I needed to replace 8 year old basic builder carpet and pad before i moved into a new place. I only had 1.5 weeks before move day so I needed to act quick. After getting 5 quotes, nobody came close to the price and install turnaround that Matt at Carpet Choice was able to offer. I cannot recommend this place for several reasons. They brought the wrong floor boards and we had to wait for them to get the correct ones. The tile they installed chips extremely easily. It took weeks and several calls to get an extra box of tile for future repairs. (See the review that mentions how orders are managed by pen and paper.) They also installed the tile on top of the previous floor so now the bathroom floor is higher than the bedrooms. The bathroom vanity door style they brought did not match what they showed me in their showroom and they couldn't actually get the style I chose from their samples (to match the rest of the house). And today I went over to the unit where they installed bathroom vanities and the counters, which looked like white quartz when installed about 4 years ago, is extremely discolored and completely yellow. read more

After 10 years of putting up with a light carpet and a big German Shepherd it was time for a new one. I always hated shopping for carpet so many choices so many opinions and the big box stores really never take time to sit down with you and go over the options. Based on Nextdoor reviews I went to Carpet Choice and was greeted by Sam one of the sales staff who asked me what I had in mind a little bit about my household and what traffic I expected on the carpet. He then proceeded to show me the types of carpets that he felt would be best suited for my home. I took photos of the various colors and styles I made an appointment to have him come and measure. Sam arrived on time and brought samples of the carpets I had shown interest in. He was here for about 15 minutes and called me the next day with an estimate which I thought was very fair. I'd dreaded installation day because with past carpet installations I had to supervise show them how to take the beds apart and watch them every second. This was definitely not the case. The installers were obviously long-time employees who knew their stuff. They came in and immediately began to disassemble and move the bed flawlessly move the dresser TV stand and television (which I had removed the cabling from earlier). When the installation was complete they vacuumed thoroughly and walked every room making sure everything was perfect. They vacuumed, trimmed loose threads, tapped down areas they thought needed attention and really went over it with a fine-tooth comb. What a great experience. Thank You! read more

Two where quite high but thought that could be the price for the job. But then as a referral we got a bid from Matt at CC. The bid came in considerably less and the work was on point. Horrible... Don't waste your time. We called and confirmed an installation for two rooms before we were moving into our new home, then when WE called THEM to confirm they "had to check" and see if they were able to make it out. Hmmm what? We already set this up??? No calls back at all, my husband went into their office to get the name and style of carpet we wanted so it matched the rest of the house. He said that all of their orders were done by hand.... on paper.... and that everything was a total mess and disaster. No system, no computers, like working in the 80's. OH!! We werent 100% certain what type of flooring we wanted to install for our new home, and Matt was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in recommending the correct type of flooring for our family. Ok so an honest review of Carpet Choice. We shop around and do our homework when it comes to remodeling anything. Our first remodel was in 2006. We went EVERY where. We went to these guys and ended up going with them. It was the highest quality carpet and it was at an awesome price. They did our upstairs carpet and stairs, they tiled two bathrooms and a laundry room and installed two limestone counter tops. My neighbors came over and loved the color of my carpet. It was really a beautiful color perfect for kid/pet stains but still light. My neighbors shopped around and they will tell you "I don't know how your guys did it but it was the best carpet for an awesome price, they must have connections." lol. They now refer Carpet Choice to their friends as well. In 2012 we moved. We shopped around again. We still went with Carpet Choice. I had the same installers that I had the time before and they are the nicest guys. We trust them so much that they were actually left alone during the install. The poor guys had to move about 60 little figurines in my daughter's room with no problems. I highly recommend you at least put them in the running when you shop around. I strongly recommend them for flooring. read more

This is really a mom and pop shop. Very limited choice with the Carpet and service is horrible. I walked to this place saw come carpet and told the person there to come home and measure the area so that we can go ahead and place an order He said he will come but did not show up. I called again and he apologized and took another appointment and again did not turn up. This happened three times. If the pre order service is so horrible I can imagine what kind of service they will provide once they get money from the customer. I would avoid them at any cost. read more

I went to Carpet Choice on Sunday, Oct 27, 2013. My wife and I found a nice carpet and told Sam the dimensions of the install and he quoted me $500. We went to Lowe's and then came back to Carpet Choice and said we wanted to order the carpet. He followed us to our house and confirmed the measurement I gave him. Then he said the price he gave us might be accurate because "it's a new carpet we just got in" He later called us and changed the price from $500 to $670. That was a huge red flag and we quickly went elsewhere. I would be afraid to work with someone who uses such tactics. read more

Carpet Choice really is the best choice! Competitive pricing and the customer service was impeccable. Had my entire house done with new flooring, but it didn't end there. We had granite installed in the kitchen also and added a designer touch to a new back splash. The installers were very professional and they showed up on time, Matt came to check on the job and he really inspected the work more than I would. He knew what to look for and only had one item to correct and they were on it immediately. I have referred them to friends and neighbors and they have not disappointed. Actions speak louder than words, don't believe what Carpet Choice says. Our experience has been bad, starting with the installers and moving up to Sam the manager. To be brief, within days of installing the carpeting, the padding was splitting under the carpet leaving large holes. (At least they blamed it on the padding.) I asked them to replace all the padding to not have to deal with this in the future. They said it should somewhat isolated and they would come back as needed. I have been trying to get them out here for over 6 months. Now the carpeting is popping up in places (including the stairs) and needs to be stretched. I don't know about their installers stealing jewelry, but I know they took my money for this carpet job and did a terrible work. Al and/or Sam take their time returning phone calls, cancel appointments at the last minute or don't commit to them at all. I'm at the point where I asked them to confirm an appointment in writing because they have rescheduled 3 times. "Oh yes, I will get that fax to you". Still waiting Sam. Don't waste your time or your money. read more
