I chose to seek out someone to perform this service for me as it had been a while since we had cleaned our couch. I feel like we overpaid for what we received and the service was not even done that well, no attention to detail. The gentleman that came out wanted to show not only my husband, but me as well what he was doing and repeatedly asked if there were other spots on our couch that needed attention. I felt like there was too much handholding and not enough action on his part. Our couch still needs to be cleaned to get it back to looking as close to new as possible. I came in from my garage & saw my dog laying on the floor (carpet) surrounded by blue food coloring! While I was gone he grabbed a bottle of food coloring and tore it open & had a great time! I called Carpet Kings and David was out in an hour!! & cleaned it up! He was prompt, professional and easy to work with. There was SOOO much food coloring/dye I'll have to have them come out again once it dries out (it got down into the pad of the carpet) but right now it's a world better than it was! That isn't the fault of Carpet Kings, after all food dye is meant to stay in once it's applied.
