We visited both of their stores in the greater Scottsdale area looking for an authentic Native American area rug. The salespeople at both stores were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, without applying any pressure. It was a wonderful experience. We saw several rugs that we liked in both stores, but it is difficult to envision them in your home with your furniture and the interior colors of your room. No problem: they offered to bring all four rugs to our home the next day (Sunday) to see how they looked in our living room. When I reached out to the salesperson who handled my order, he was dismissive, made false assumptions about the cause, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Before my purchase, he even tried to talk me out of applying for the store's Synchrony financing, telling me I'd "need really good credit." I applied anyway and was approved for $8,000 on the spot -- which says a lot about both my credit and his professionalism. The quality control and customer service here are equally disappointing. I've filed complaints with the Arizona Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and Synchrony Bank for the defective merchandise and lack of accountability. Future customers: document everything, because you might need it.

They were here in a day to pick it up and when returned it was perfect, without a trace of issue. This time we asked them to clean all 8 of our rugs. I spoke with one of johnny's sons who couldn't have been more accommodating. Johnny came to get them with one of his helpers and was kind enough to explain the origin of each rug, which was educational. They promised them back in 2-21/2 weeks, but much to our surprise they were finished in less than half that time. We didn't expect to see much difference in them, but were almost shocked to find them returned much more vibrant. Johnny and his helper took the time to place them back just as found, moving coffee tables back into place just exactly in perfect position. The price was incredibly reasonable, and the service was better than one could have hoped for. All we can say is Thank you to the PV Rugs family for everything that you did for us. Just fantastic!
