After installing my winter tires and mounting the TPMS, the local mechanic discovered that the TPMS will not work. After explaining the situation to one of the staffs at Six Robblees' over the phone, the supervisor immediately coordinated with Big O' Automotive (another great place) and arranged my TPMS replacement at Big Old Automotive free of charge at the next day. I am very satisfied with their service and will have no reservation recommending it to anyone.

Three employees in the store to help only myself and an elderly man…read more I only needed to get a fuse easy job. The elderly man only needed windshield wipers. Instead of helping the man out he was told to go back outside grab his license plate number and his old windshield wipers. When the man asked for help getting the wipers off he was told it was easy to do it. Easily one of the other two employees could have helped him. Instead I helped him get the wipers off and get the new ones on. Horrible customer service!
