Michelle Riesling the next course was Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Arugula Salad paired with Quilt Threadcount Sauvignon Blanc very nicely done our main course was Linguine & Grilled Shrimp with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce paired with a Belle Glos Balade Pinot And for desert we had Cheesecake with Walnut Brittle that was absolutely fantastic very lite and it was paired with Decoy by Duckhorn Vineyards Merlot . What a value for $65 a person . T was a full dinning room for a Wednesday night I have to really complement the staff because the service was absolutely amazing. So I attended the March 5 course Spritz it Up Dinner and it rocked. 60 bucks for 5 courses along with beverages. This was my first time attending one of their events. Let me say the appetizer and dessert blew me away lol. The chicken on a kebab with a hint of spicy was delicious. Then dessert omg I could have taken another one home I enjoyed it so much. I attended the monthly wine dinner and was happy that the menu description lived up to reality. The appetizer kicked off with the perfect portion then macaroni and steak. All perfectly cooked . Although we stop here often it is normally for drinks only at their very nice bar. The few meals we have had in the past were all decent or better but nothing over the top delicious. Where they do shine is their service delivery at the bar which is top notch in every respect. The two bar tenders Katie and Emily are both awesome. So my boyfriend and I came here for date night on Wednesday, and our server Jamie was amazing. We haven't been to Carrabba's in so long, so we had no idea what to get. We asked our server and the young man who delivered our bread for food recommendations, and they gave us great suggestions. We ended up ordering them and genuinely loved our meal. We didn't feel rushed like some restaurants do. If anything, Jamie was more patient than any server I've ever met. We also had a million and two questions, which the manager--Ed, I believe--thankfully answered all of. We should have just invited the two of them to sit down and eat with us with how much we bothered them throughout the night. Not only did it take us an hour to pay because we couldn't figure out our gift cards, but again, patience and thoughtfulness were in the air because they helped us out immensely. We will 1000% be back for another date night--this time as professionals. I will for sure be getting the Pollo Rosa Maria again. Absolutely delicious! read more

Best of the fast-casual Italian restaurants yet! Having never been to a single Carrabba's in all of my life, I was abashedly excited to finally be at one. I've been to Olive Garden numerous times and been to a Romano's Macaroni Grill in PA and I can totally see why this Carrabba's location has 3.5 stars on Yelp when most fast-casual restaurants fall well below that mark. We strolled in for, what is for us, an extremely late dinner at 6:45pm on a random Wednesday evening. And, well, the restaurant was very busy for a normal weekday. The interior was nice and clean and they had a big bar right behind the hostess table, which we sat near. Service from our waitress was excellent throughout as, despite how busy she was, made some small chat with us and our kids. That's always appreciated when waiters/waitresses try to get to know their customers just a little bit. Since we already did our homework prior to sitting down, which is now clockwork for us whenever we dine out with our kids, we ordered immediately after we sat down with no time wasted. First, we arrived JUST IN TIME for happy hour so some appetizers were just $7 of which we got the Calamari. For entrees, my wife ordered the Johnny Trio with the 7 oz. Tuscan Grilled Sirloin Marsala, Chicken Bryan and Mezzaluna. On the other hand, I ordered the Classic Trio with Chicken Parmesan, Lasagna and Fettucine Alfredo. For the kids, we ordered the Kids Chicken Fingers with Fries. Overall, the food was much better than what we've had at the other Italian fast-casual restaurants. Speaking for the Classic Trio, the portions were reasonable for each item. The Chicken Parmesan was crispy and flavorful, the Lasagna was tasty and the Fettucine Alfredo was super cheesy. I was actually surprised just how good they all were. My wife mostly enjoyed her Johnny Trio as well. As for the Kids Chicken Fingers with Fries, it looked quite ordinary and typical of kids' food at restaurants. However, I took a few bites of that as well and, to my surprise, I really liked the Chicken Fingers. It had a bit more flavor and seasoning than other restaurants. I'm not sure if all Carrabba's locations are this good, but this one was definitely a winner with the service and food. I assume the food is probably similar at each location, however, the cleanliness of this restaurant and friendly service definitely made our visit much more enjoyable. read more

Had the Trio lunch special which was quite a deal. You get bread, soup, a salad and a choice a small plate of food. I had fettuccine. I am not usually a salad person, but the salad was unusually good! The soup ( MAMA MANDOLA'S SICILIAN CHICKEN SOUP) was awesome! very flavorful. The fettuccine was a little bland but could be that I was getting full! Service was great! We were not annoyed with constant "check ins" which I appreciated. Carrabbas has been and has continued to be a spot for my family to eat. Everytime we come down for a beach visit or just around the area we make it a point to come to Carrabbas. I hope it's just the time we come because it seems their tables are never really filled. It's also sad to see how many 1 star reviews this place has received just due to service. The only note I have for the service is it varies. You really can't give an accurate review on the service because our waitress was great! The guy that brought our second round of drinks out was great! But then the first girl who brought our drinks was very monotone and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. It's always different, not just here, everyone has their own personalities. I always strive for the calamari, which is always tender and never chewy, the caprese salad with burrata, little note either save your bread or ask for more so you can stack the burrata, tomatoes and onion on it. For my entree I always get the Johnny Trio, which comes with a tender piece of grilled chicken with goat cheese which accents nicely. A grilled filet with a mushroom sauce on top and the famous mezzaluna. It's always so good. It's such a wholesome place with nice Italian music playing in the background. I order the shrimp and filet pasta and received 4 pieces of shrimp and three thin sliced pieces of steak and the shrimp was undercooked. Horrible location . Server was no where to be found . Manager had to come over to give our check and boxes to go . Not one time did she check on us to see if we needed anything? Pre pandemic we used to come for happy hour they had half off appetizers and discounted selected drinks.So we decided to give it a try after not going for a long time.When we arrived we asked them if they still had a happy hour menu and they had no idea what we were talking about, they said let us get a manager.A manager never came.We asked our waitress she asked the bartender and she named a few drinks and we asked about the appetizers they were clueless...We had the parmesan salad dressing and the Italian dressing the salad was fair,I asked for no tomato so they decided not to give my husband tomato's either.The Berry sangria was delicious! The pasta Carrabba was Horrible Al dente is one thing hard and chewy is another besides the it was dry and really gross everything was extremely salty. I would never eat her again! read more

Consistent but it's always kindve loud in there and sometimes good comes out very separately time wise. Or you're not even halfway through your soup or salad and the main comes. For the prices, and thus the 20% tip I always do at the minimum, I need the service to be a little more aware and not overfill the table. Makes it feel rushed. I like the Alfredo and they're always happy to put the mushrooms and peas on the side for me. The chicken parm is solid too. The soups are pretty good. The bread and olive oil is always a nice starter with the herbs. read more

We met some friends there for lunch but when the waiter came to our table he wasn't very cordial. Upon putting out our bread dishes he realized two were dirty "big turnoff for me". We ordered beverages but when I asked for a straw he proceeded to throw them on the table and said I was getting to that! Anyway the food was tasteless not like it was years ago. Solid Italian/American food served in a pleasant atmosphere at family friendly prices. It's been a while since I've been here, and after tonight's dinner, I wonder why it has taken so one to return. Everything from salad to entrees was fresh and well prepared. service was friendly, drinks were cold and bread was warm and crusty. Everyone in my party of three, all of us being very good home cooks, thoroughly enjoyed our dinners of Lasagna, Eggplant Parmesan and Fettuccini Alfredo. I was craving a nice restaurant quality meal without having to go out! My roommate agreed to pick up Carrabbas on her way home from work. She ordered the Chicken Picante with asaparagus and a Caesar salad. She ate it all so without having discussed it she seemed happy with her selection. I ordered the Spiedino di Mare which is normally shrimp and scallops but I ordered all scallops. It was one of those times that I couldn't really tell if I was actually eating scallops (there's a lot of fish "they" switch out for scallops) but it was pretty good. The asparagus is s as an upcharge and I'm not sure I would say it was worth it. The Caesar salad was good. They sent along bread with a packet of olive oil and seasoning for dipping, that was my favorite part of the whole meal. Overall the cost and flavor were as expected, no better, no worse. Nice ambiance and decent service but our meal from beginning to end was super salty. Even the seasoning for the olive oil to dip the bread was too salty. I had to send my meal (rigatoni Martino) back. My partner's chicken parm was more of something I would expect from a diner than an Italian restaurant - a slice of mozzarella on top of a cutlet with barely any sauce.
