We're big fans of Carrabba's. At this location the food is always consistent in taste, while portion size varies from time to time. The servers have always been polite and well trained at their jobs. The restaurant itself has been in Concord for years, yet it is kept very clean and looks great inside. There is plenty of bar seating and the dining area can accommodate an intimate setting to large parties. Tonight our food was delicious and we will definitely keep coming back. read more

July 29 I went with five other people to a cocktail and dinner pairing! We had an awesome night of getting together and catching up on what everyone is doing! But for the most part, the food was disappointing! One it didn't start on time, which made me late getting home and I have a hard time driving in the dark! The cocktails I didn't really care for, but I don't really drink so that didn't really matter to me! The first course the salad was very good. It was supposed to come with pistachios. Mine had just one pistachio. The next course, which was like we need with shrimp the shrimp was excellent and the other pieces ever in there not sure what they were, but the linguine itself was tasteless and just barely warm! The third course which was a grilled chicken with lasagna, toppings and grilled vegetables was also very disappointing! The grilled chicken was way too salty, and the bottom of mine was burnt. It was very dry, but the grilled vegetables were excellent. And a dessert which was like apple pie apple was very good also! There was no salt and pepper shakers on the table where we even offered any rolls which maybe I guess you don't get with a dinner pairing event! We are going to go to a wine tasting event at the Carrabba's later in August but we canceled after the poor event herel! Also, when we left at night, we realized that the parking lot was very dark, which I thought was dangerous. Made it hard to see to get to your car. read more

OK, I decided to do takeout. I ordered the classic trio which is supposed to be lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo, and chicken Parm. As you can see when I got home and looked at these pictures. First of all the chicken Parm is burned, the lasagna, I mean I'm holding this with a plastic fork. Meaning that I can literally put this piece of lasagna in my mouth and be done. I spent over $30 for this. It came with a salad, some bread and this fork size piece of lasagna and this cup size of fettuccine and a burnt piece of Parm. Never again! read more

I would absolutely dieeeee (well not *really*, but you know what I mean), for the Chicken Bryan. It is soooo delicious! Mohammad was our server and he was excellent. He told us about this offer they have to order the same thing you got for dinner or an item with lesser value and you can get it for $10 bucks. My husband and I absolutely took advantage of that! I think the kitchen was slammed though cause it was a Friday night and our order took 40 minutes to come out, so that was a bummer (& the only reason for the 4 stars vs 5). We enjoy the ambiance of a Carrabbas, watching the kitchen staff whip up dishes and move about is neat. Definitely recommend this location & specifically Mohammed as your server! read more

For Mother's Day, I asked to go to Carrabbas at Concord Mills. We joined the wait list and headed over. We checked in at the hostess stand and were told around 10 minutes would be our wait. We watched as others got set. We saw that the only people left were the family that walked in before us that was NOT on the wait list. I asked the hostess what was going on and she said she did not know how the wait list worked and that we were 3rd in line. I told her again that we were already on the wait list online. She told me we would still have to wait. At this point, we had already been waiting on the wait list online, drove over to the restaurant, checked in at the hostess stand, and had already been told 10 min at the beginning---Lapsed time 1 hour and 24 minutes! This is NOT how to treat customers much less MOTHERS on Mother's Day! I asked for her manager and another young lady came out. She did not help, did not offer to make anything right, did not even look apologetic. We turned and left--Best Decision Ever We joined the wait list for Texas Roadhouse across the street. Drove over and checked in and then was immediatley sat at a table. As the hostess was seating us, she wished me a Happy Mother's Day, her smile was so warm that it melted the tension away. Our waitress, Jana, was also amazing. She was sweet and bubbly. She checked on us multiple times, her smile was very warm, and it was our pleasure to have her as our server. That experience was one of the BEST times I have had out in several years. Was able to make a very last minute reservation for Mother's Day for 3 with ease! We were seated very quickly and our server was Lou! He was great! So kind, on it with our drinks, and super funny and personable. The food was fresh and delicious! The drinks were amazing! Me and my friends had a great visit here! It was a rather dreary Wednesday on the 13th of September, but everything was going great here. I was craving their Maria Pollo Chicken, and it hit the spot. It's a juicy wood grilled chicken breast split and stuffed with cheeses, spinach and covered in a delicious lemon and basil, mushroom sauce. Good night!!!! For some reason, I've never been to Carrabbas but decided to go and give them a try after taking my son to an event since it was up the road. Boy, am I happy I made that decision! We went on a Saturday about a little after 3 pm. We were seated right away, and the restaurant was pretty empty. The decor was nothing to ride home about, plenty space for patrons to be seated with space in between. The bathroom was clean, always have to wash my hands before eating! My waitress was phenomenal! She was able to provide some recommendations and was very personable. I hate that I forgot her name. She was attentive and made sure we had a great dining experience. For an appetizer, I ordered the stuffed mushrooms 6/10 - I've had better, the mushrooms were tiny and came in a what tasted to me like a vodka sauce. They weren't terrible just weren't great either. Entrees; My son ordered from the kids menu. Chicken tenders w fries 10/10. It honestly blows my entire mind how some places can't get tenders right! I was able to have a nibble of his tenders and they were absolutely perfect! Seasoned and cooked to perfection. I didn't try his fries but he said they were great as well! He was very satisfied with his meal, so much so he announced it to all the wait staff! Kids *giggle* I ordered the grilled pork chops with mashed potatoes and spinach(1.00 upcharge). The grilled pork chops 10 out of freak'n 10! They were cooked perfectly seasoned well and I wanted to keep eating but decided to save one for later! Wish I could say the same for the sides.... For there to be an upcharge for spinach and it had no flavor to justify that upcharge is so disrespectful! I told my waitress thank goodness the chops were seasoned well and carried the flavor for the mashed potatoes and spinach. I'd consider different sides when I go back! I also ordered the Blackberry Sangria 10/10 - It was absolutely Devine! A must try when you go and thank me later. Pumpkin spice bread pudding 10/10 - Wow, just WOW!!! I was on the fence about ordering this because I am really picky when it comes to bread pudding and few get it right! We didn't even get a photo of it because we devoured it! That dam thing didn't stand a chance! The bread pudding was warm and layered with what tasted like pumpkin pie filling/custard. It was just right in terms of texture, not too bready but also not too soggy if you know what I mean! They serve it with vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel. I mean, literally heaven on a plate. I'm convinced that even if you're not a bread pudding person, you'll enjoy this. It's seasonal, which means it'll be gone one day, and I hate that for me! This could have easily been a five-star experience for me had the food service been better/faster.. Let me explain; Our drinks came out immediately - My water and my sons fruit punch, we were served some bread. Then my sangria came, had I known it would have taken so long for our food to come I would have asked for it to come later, all our drinks were watered down by the time our food came out. My app came out about 20 after our drinks. Mind you, it was only us and a few other people, so the kitchen wasn't busy at all. I began to notice people who were seated after us getting their food. My son receives his meal and is finally done complaining about how long everything was taking. He was able to finish just about all his food before I received my food, and just for context, my son is a slow eater. My food finally arrived, and I will say at least the pork chops were warm, the spinach and mash weren't. If I'm going to wait this long for my meal, I would at least expect everything to be piping hot. Idk what happened there, but as I mentioned by this time, my drink was watered-down and just about gone. I probably should have said something, but we were there for so long that the restaurant got a little busy, and I just was ready to go at that point. Overall, I was satisfied with my meal. I don't know if maybe my order wasn't put in properly and that's why it took so long to be served, but I just can not justify why it would have taken so long for my food to be served, especially when my food was not piping hot. I do enjoy a nice restaurant which you can enjoy adult order pick up or deliver from without the hassle of getting ready. Or spending over a $100 on a meal that won't be good when it gets delivered. When I'm trying to have a decent meal for the night with possible some left overs for lunch I get the Johnny trio. It comes with a soup or salad, which is a perfect appetizer. You could also use all of half of the chicken from the Chicken Bryan for a quick easy lunch prep the next day. I had the classic Cesar which is always A good choice as well as the chicken soup is delicious, it gives the homemade soup feeling you may be craving for, the pulled chicken set it off! And flavorful. The trio which includes; a choice of side, I normally get mezzaluna! The chicken Bryan and 7oz Tuscan grilled sirloin Marsala. This meal as well as the bread and app is enough to share with a child! Normally buying Childs meal isn't completely worth it at restaurants when you think of quantity and taste and still healthy! You can even split your meal with your significant other if you're on a diet or just wanted a lighter dinner. If I got a 7oz sirloin from another dine in/takeout location it would've amounted the everything that I received in my order for just the protein and side. read more

Carrabba's is and will always be a fav Tried the new crab cakes, and they were SO good. The sauce in the skillet was good, but the white sauce served with the calamari was even better with it! I hope these find a permanent home on the menu! Service was friendly but unbelievably slow, 10 min for beverages, 20 for appetizer. Almost 30 for salads. We visited an hour and a half before close and were 1 of 3 seated tables in the restaurant. Some of the silverware had dried on food stuck to it, and the lemons in the water were "bad". My husband left to pick up at X, only to wait in the lot for another 10 minutes. Then he went in and the server said "oh yea, our system is jacked", but didn't say if they had our order or was being made. Another person came out and asked what we ordered and said they would make it right away. After about an additional 30 minutes we had our food ready to go. The food itself was grossly under seasoned, and just not good. If this was my first Carrabba's experience, I'd never be back - and I don't think I'll order to-go from here again (there's plenty of other restaurants in the area). The best part? I got a text at 9am the following morning saying they got my order and when it would be ready (for a time they weren't even open). Overall, an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. read more

The waitress came around a good amount with our drinks never being empty and the food was out quickly for a party of five. It was a cold rainy day, so for starters I ordered the Mama Mandela's Sicilian Chicken soup to warm me up, and that was short lived when it arrived to the table like warm! The waiter (Matt) apologized and brought a hot bowl to the table which was very good. We ordered the Fettuccine Carrbba and the Chicken Bryan; the Fettuccine was piping hot and the Chicken Bryan was warm. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the bathroom was atrocious! I'm not sure what was going on with the bathroom, the kitchen, the lunch time chef, or the person that left the food to get cold, but my lunch was a disappointment and someone needs to do better! read more

This was absolutely amazing. The perfect mid day meal on a Sunday. The location and staff were completely up to snuff concerning Covid 19 Precautions. They have paper menus which is refreshing instead on downloading menus from QR code's. It's a little chilly today and the restaurant had the perfect about of heat. Maybe it the scratch kitchen .... maybe the flames are directly heating the air .... idk but the jazz music, warm tones and delicious foods absolutely served me and my family. Many of us yelpers have ordered the same things .... so the pictures won't really help you understand what u might want .... and I basically never know what I want on there menu !!! She must've been having a hard day because she was not friendly at all, and just handed me the check and food without speaking at all. I love Carraba's Fettuccine Weesie, and the flavor was good as usual this time, but the portion was significantly smaller than it used to be. I counted exactly 3 slices of mushrooms and 7 pieces of shrimp, and the rest was all pasta. So for the $20 I spent, not worth it, even though the flavor was still just as good as I love it. I also love their bread and olive oil seasoning, but seems like this Carraba's gives smaller servings. read more

Our first visit and it won't be our last! Everything was delicious from the fresh warm bread with flavored dipping oil to the salad with the creamy Parmesan dressing, to the chicken piccata and the side of rigatoni with a very impressive tomato sauce. I've got to rave about that sauce... it was not overpowered by Italian spices; the fresh tomato shined through and saying it was delicious doesn't say enough... it was fabuloso! read more

Very good experience. My family and I went to Carrabba's and had a great time there. We like the food more than at Olive Garden and the wait times are usually less. The portions are good and we usually have leftovers for the evening. We had not previously visited this Carrabba's in Concord, but we did this time. The service was great! Our waitress, Suzy W. was very attentive, cordial and thoughtful during our visit. She explained how we can get something off the menu for one of my kids. She also made sure we did not have to ask for drink refills and our food came out quickly and at good temperature. Finally, we had asked for to-go boxes for the food and she wrote the names of the meals on each box so they would easy to identify when we reheated them...Nice touch! Maybe other people experience this level of service nowadays on a regular basis, but since Covid and inflation has done a number on businesses, it seems consumers are spending more on items, receive less of the item and with poorer service. This was definitely NOT the case here. Kudos to the manager Kim Logan who set the tone of our visit greeting us with a nice smile and welcomed us inside from the cold, rainy weather outside. We appreciated the hospitality of you and your staff, thank you! We'll definitely return again when we're back in Concord. read more
