Carrabba's is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. The hospitality is always great. Our server was so cheerful and did a great job. I enjoyed my Italain side salad to start. This had lots of tomatoes, red onion and carrots. The lettuce was very fresh and the dressing was delicious as always. My Chicken Bryan was so tasty. It has the perfect blend of flavors including lemon, goat cheese, sun dried tomato and basil. I have tried to replicate this dish at home and it turned out pretty good. But nothing beats theirs. My penne with pink sauce was served hot and tasty. I decided to take advantage of the $10 take home special. You can actually choose any entree that is the price of your entree or less. So that is a great way to try other dishes. I only eat Chicken Bryan here although I could be missing out on other tasty entrees. Italian side salad was only $2. Both were still very good the next day. I need to buy the $10 take home entree more often. read more

We recently had lunch here and everything was delicious. The restaurant is clean, service is good and the wine glasses on the table add a nice touch. We had some bread with that amazing combination of herbs and olive oil, while looking at the menu. There are lots of options here, including pasta dishes, chicken Marsala, Tuscan grilled sirloin, Salmon Capperi, appetizers and their Tiramisu deserves a mention. Cocktails and Sangria pitchers are available if you're not driving. The Mezzaluna that hubs ordered disappeared fast. I decided on the eggplant Parmesan and it was served with a side of linguine. You get a choice of soup or salad to start, everything was fresh and good. The best part of our lunch was when we decided to take advantage of their offer to choose an entree for ten dollars to take home. We got two more meals to go, and it's always nice to get a break from cooking dinner. Two entrees of this quality for twenty dollars was a great deal for takeout. I chuckle when I return to a place without looking at my previous review. I ordered the same dish and soup as I did the first time. Reading my review, I became interested in some of the same problems we had in 2019. Our server came and filled our soft drink order. Before he did this, he offered us a sample of wine, which we had twice refused. After our soft drinks were served, he asked if we were ready to order. The new menu had slowed us down a bit, so we asked for a few moments. Always a big mistake as the server seems to take moments for 10 minutes. So he shows back up we order and a bus boy brings the food out. When the bill comes out the server has not taken the $10 coupon was not taken off. The manager comes by and fixes the bill. The server did not come back to pick up the bill. I paid cash left a very small tip and told my wife some places are just not worth the hassle. I feel this is our last time here. read more

My bf and I had a great dinner at the Carrabba's in Naples. I'm vegetarian and he's vegan, so we knew going in that options would be limited. Our waiter (can't remember his name, unfortunately!) was fantastic--super friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. He even tossed out some movie ideas while we were chatting, which added a nice personal touch to the evening. Although the menu isn't designed with vegetarians in mind, we made it work with a few smart substitutions and sides. Their bread and dipping oil is always a favorite, and we were able to customize a few pasta dishes to keep them meat-free. The food came out lukewarm but good enough to eat. My noodles were just past Al Dente, almost too soft. Food was mediocre. I've had better from Carrabbas but the atmosphere was cozy, perfect for a casual date night. read more

Came here for a late lunch/early dinner around 3:30 pm on Tuesday after Memorial Day weekend. There was only one other party of people in the restaurant. There were two waiters, a hostess, and an additional person assisting with food and drink service. Plenty of staff on hand, so service should have been phenomenal. It was adequate. Daytime staff is usually made up of the "B" team that are often still learning the ropes. Our waitress offered us fresh cheese on our meal, but failed to ever bring it by. I asked for another sweet iced tea twice before it was finally brought to the table by another server. Other than those little hiccups, the service was good. Food was plentiful! We took home boxes. I wish they had small sealable cups too for things like dipping sauce that came with the zucchini fries. I hate that all of that stuff will go to waste. Fresh, warm bread was brought to the table along with a plate of herbs. A large bottle of olive oil was already on the table. It was up to is to pour the oil to make the dipping sauce for the bread. I found this "do-it-yourself" to be unusual in a restaurant like this. In the past it has always been done for you. My mom also ordered a small container of balsamic for dipping as well. Both delicious! Our meals came with a soup or salad. My mom went for the soup with sausage. It was a heavy lentil soup slightly spicy due to the sausage in it. It was supposed to be a cup, but that cup was very large and seemed more like a bowl. I chose the Caesar salad. It was as expected. The zucchini fries were light and fluffy. They were perfectly shaped and breaded. Some bites didn't even seem to have zucchini in them. They were tasty both with and without the accompanying sauce. My mom got the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp. I thought the mushrooms on her dish tasted like they had been used for the masala wine dish, but my mom seemed to be pleased with her meal. I got the eggplant parmesan with a side of grilled asparagus. The latter was super salty, but very crisp. The former was very thick and not as good as I remember. There was very little red sauce. I expected more. The eggplant seemed too juicy. I imagined that they were frozen and just didn't seem cooked to perfection even though they were served hot. I probably would not order them again and will most likely put the leftovers in the air fryer to crisp them up a bit. Overall, it was a positive experience and an acceptable meal. The prices are over $20 per person. They do have a cheaper lunch meal combo that was available, but we both decided to splurge on items not found on the lunch menu. If you are strapped for cash though, the lunch options are definitely the way to go. read more

On 12/10 my grandson and I visited to celebrate my 82 birthday. We were seated at 5:50P. 2 booths were immediately seated after us. They received their water and cocktails within 5 minutes. It's as if we were invisible. Not one of the 3 food servers that passed us would make eye contact, offer water or even acknowledge they were busy. My son loves going to Carrabba's. We go often because when we ask him where he would like to eat he always says, "Carrabba's, my favorite restaurant." We have never had a bad meal and the service is great. Adam, one of the managers always comes to our table to talk to my 5 year old son. It does not matter how busy it is he always makes time. My son loves it that Adam always starts the conversation with, "How is my favorite customer?" Adam is an exceptionally kind man and we always enjoy seeing him. My sister in law and my 3 month old niece recently came to visit from California. She was excited because she loves their salads and lasagna. Pretty disappointing. Spouse and I dined here last night (5/9/26) with a 6 pm "call ahead" reservation. Were seated in a booth in the bar, which we requested. Ordered 2 martinis. After about 10 minutes, our server came by to tell us that the delay is due to the fact that they had to chill the glasses first. What?? Why wouldn't a restaurant that serves martinis and displays them prominently on the menu not already have a few chilled glasses... or just roll them with ice cubes as most places do. So... another 10 minutes. Finally received the martinis. She spilled them a bit on the table and left them at the edge of the table instead of in front of us. No apologies. And they were actually "mini" martini glasses for $12.99. Oh well... on to our food. 2 Caesar salads - rated 3 out of 5. Not more than 2 minutes after our salads arrived, a runner brings our entrees. Huh? No, please take them back and make us new ones after we've finished our salads. He did so. Our server NEVER came by to comment or apologize. OK. Ordered 2 glasses of wine before the entrees arrived. Now, the entrees. They were actually very good - chicken piccata w/ spinach and Fettucine Carrabba (like Alfredo w/ peas, chicken and sauteed mushrooms). 4 out of 5. Thanks for those! Server asked if we wanted dessert. No, but "do you have decaf cappuccino?" She didn't know if they had decaf - they did. Had one + spouse had double espresso. She brought the check and just walked away. All in all, a very underwhelming experience for $96.49 before tip. When we left at 7:30 pm, the bar was completely empty. Not one stool was occupied. This is pretty unusual for a restaurant on a Saturday night. As we left, there were 3 ladies/girls chatting at the hostess station. Not one of them said thanks or good-bye or good riddance. "Respect the herbs!" You're greeted by a warm hostess who sat us in a nice tucked away booth. We ordered chicken trio and my son had Tuscan grilled chicken. The food could not have been any more delicious- that sounds like a lazy characterization but it is what it is. The aforementioned herbs were on point. I'd like to tell you about the experience I had last night attending the bourbon dinner at Carrabba's in Naples. In short, it was wonderful!! I expected to be out of town on June 10th so I did not RSVP for this event. However, I found myself still in town, and hungry, and I remembered the bourbon dinner was happening that night. Since restaurants are always less crowded in summer around here, and I know people sometimes cancel at the last minute, I decided to stop in anyway and see if they could accommodate me without a reservation. Best decision I made that day! I arrived just as the bourbon dinner was beginning. Michael, the General Manager, immediately welcomed me in and quickly set up a table. Stephanie was my server last night (as she has been in the past) and was amazing as always. She is very attentive, friendly, and professional. Michael was right in the thick of things, coordinating the evening with the perfect combination of warmth, friendliness, and efficiency. Adam, Proprietor, who I've noticed is always present at these events, was his usual warm and friendly self as he engaged with diners. At no point in the evening did I get even a hint of anyone being inconvenienced by my unexpected, last-minute arrival. I've been to other Carrabba's restaurants, and though they are all typically good, I find myself favoring my very own Naples' location. I think what impresses me most, besides truly delicious food and the perfect drink selection, is the care this location puts into every detail of the experience. I am consistently impressed with the way everyone (Adam, Michael, Stephanie, and all of the kitchen and dining room staff who I do not know by name) works so well together. This is my fourth time attending a Carrabba's "wine dinner" in Naples, and each event has been wonderful. Maybe it was the bourbon, or the way everyone went out of their way to make a lone diner without a reservation feel welcome, but this was the best event yet!! read more

Stopped here while on a mini road trip for a bite to eat. Although I have tried other locations where the food was delectable, unfortunately, it wasn't the case at this location. I ordered their fried zucchini appetizer and their chicken alfredo and they were super salty. I mean it tasted like their salt topper came off the bottle and all the salt piled on the food and they served it that way anyway. My boyfriend's dish was also super salty and I believe he had ordered the chicken parm. We had a similar issue while visiting the Clearwater and St. Augustine location. Most likely will leave the same review for them. Don't know what's going on with if and any changes to the ingredients or cooking procedures within this business were made but if that's the case, hopefully it can be fixed soon. I'll be staying away from this place for awhile until they control their salt portions and will be hanging out with the Gardeners who grow all those Olives, in the meantime. The reviews are correct. It's ok. Nowhere near most Carrabba's. Probably the worst one I have been to. Just ok. Not horrible. Ok: it was a busy Saturday night. So I expect some slow service. I give a lot of slack to the bartender, he is just very Inefficient. Running back and forth instead of working the area in a pattern. We ate at the bar. We did not want to wait for a table. Dirty dishes behind the bar when we got there and sat there most of our meal. Dirty dishes left after people left and didn't take salad plates after we were finished and got our meal. Those kind of things. Food was just OK. I was surprised when I ordered sausage on my pasta is was dry crumbled Italian sausage. Really? I've never seen that. I expected a sausage link either whole or sliced. Crumbled sausage? It's not a pizza. The Italian butter had way too much herbs and spices added to the saucer. Over the top. Should be mostly oil and it appeared that they were trying to make pesto. We wanted casual and something where we knew what we were getting. Not in the mood for a new restaurant. When the hostesses "greet" you are instantly transported (not to the sweet plains of Italy or even the semi friendly lobby of Olive Garden) but the hallway of a public high school with a low graduation rate. There were WAYYY too many of them and they all had terrible attitudes and no people skills. I couldn't tell if the Hostesses were so unfit for their job or the place is such a mess that they screwed up our reservation so we had to wait. No biggie. We head to the bar and that's when things got worse. Bartender was such a revolting individual. I was so appalled by his behavior I forgot to get his name so I could file a complaint against him to headquarters because the local management was dumb enough to hire him so they won't be smart enough to fire him. I will do my best to describe him. He was skinny, young, white, black hair and acted like he was straight out of the Babadook. He was disgustingly rude to my friend. He glared and snapped at her for ordering a sangria and basically did everything he could to be nasty without verbally assaulting her. At first I thought it was mental illness that made him act like that, but he treated the old folks next to us like humans so he is capable of choice. If you have a hard time finding him just look for the bartender that looks like he bites people when stressed, he may give you a bad time completely unprovoked. If you want to hire unskilled restaurant staff, it's okay!just hire the nice ones or you will keep getting bad reviews. SAVING GRACE: Our waiter was awesome! Hello Yelp readers, CARRABAS Staff and Management Members, and the World, I recently dined at CARRABAS with my family. Although she was not our server, it was JULIA. who provided us with CHEESE. I am italian and very hubgry so this service was of utmost importance to me. When JULIA came to us with the CHEESE she was increbidly polite, friendly and friendly. I asked for some CHEESE on my pasta as well as some CHEESE on a small plate on the SIDE for later. JULIA skillfully grated the CHEESE. A whole mountain. My arms would have been quaking with the effort of grating that much CHEESE, but she remain COOL and COLLECTED under the strain. Rarely do I encounter a person being so phenomenal. JULIA filled my plate with CHEESE and my soul with joy. She deserves a raise or possible proprietary ownership of the WORLD. read more

For a restaurant chain, I really give this place a lot of credit! I was here 2 weeks ago for lunch with my Grandmother and S/O. We have been to this location multiple times, and are always satisfied. We were started off with some warm bread and drinks. I ordered the mussels in a white wine sauce for us to share as an appetizer. This was probably the only dish that I have had from them so far, that I didn't like. The mussels were overcooked and mushy. I don't think they were fresh either. And unfortunately the sauce was terrible. Thankfully our entrees were good! My Grandmother and I ordered their Salmon Filet, which we have had before, and is delicious. They do a nice job marinating and cooking it. I ordered mine with broccoli and she chose asparagus. My S/O had a fresh salad with grilled chicken, that he was very pleased with. Our server was great and very helpful. He was present every-time we needed him, and kept our sodas refilled. Although we didn't like their appetizer, we know the food is good here. They also make a slammin shrimp fettuccine! It's a nice place to come when you don't want to spend too much money. Went there last Friday for our date night. Was not crowded. Started with some drinks and an appetizer. Waiter came back to ask us if we had questions and we did. He went through an explanation about one of the combo entrees which included chicken Bryan. My date ordered that. I ordered the Mahi. We finished our appetizer and another 45 minutes, maybe an hour passed. We flagged down the waiter to ask about the status of our entrees. He looked at us and said that we hadn't ordered anything yet. I thought he was joking. He never put in our order. And no apology. We were in disbelief. We asked for the bill, paid it, and left. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Took 40 minutes to get a drink. Was told there was "no bread" anymore, but the tables around us with a different server were being served bread. A woman literally said her husband needed bread because he was diabetic and they were still told "no bread is made." Not only that, but the tables around us were getting served their salads and soups In minutes. All while we waited 40 for drinks that were wrong. If you're gonna lie, be smart and don't let everyone else see that there is INDEED BREAD. We also asked for a glass and butter, we never got it. We never got our appetizer either. We never got anything. AND when we asked for bread the man said "don't worry your salads will be here soon"....no salads were ever to be found. Sometimes I wonder about what people expect.?!?!? We go to Carrabba's since they opened in Naples. The food is consistently the same. Price is very reasonable for Naples. Sevice is 99% great ( there might be one who is slow) and friendly. YES there are a ton of "nicer/better restaurants in Naples but when you add up the price/location, quality etc. you can't go wrong. I have been craving some Carrabba's for a while now. Decided, today is the day. Went with my boyfriend and my son. My son is a super picky eater, but he LOVED the Penne Mac and Cheese! He ate 75% of his meal and took the rest, which surprisingly he ate the leftovers. My boyfriend decided on the Chicken Piccata with extra noodles and lemon butter sauce. Obviously not the same as the Piccata sauce which was noticable, but do able. We also got the Stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and OMG they were delicious! Can never go wrong with some stuffed shrooms lol. I ordered the Linguine pescatore with crushed pepper on the side. The menu said with a spicy marinara sauce, but did not taste the spice at all which was unfortunate. Yet still tasty. The salads that we chose for our picks were the Cesar salad and the House salad and both were perfectly coated with dressing. I couldn't leave without taking an extra dish and dessert home lol. Ordered an Eggplant parmesan with asparagus to go and a tiramisu! The linguine pescatore was such a large portion, I had to take almost 75% of it home. I wasn't disappointed with the portion sizes at all! Very good lunch, even though we ate like it was our last meal lol. I love this location, because I've never had a bad experience here.
