We bought a car about 3 weeks ago and were told plates and registration would arrive in about a week. After we bought the car there was absolutely no response from Sam about the status, we tried texting but no response. We were also told the car had no issues, but we took it to a mechanic and got told there was a torn bushing and a worn motor mount which would be about $700 to fix. Overall, based on the lack of communication I wouldn't recommend this place. They do the DMV paperwork for you which is nice, but after that you're basically on your own for paying for potential replacement plates, registration as well as fixing any mechanic issues there may be if it comes to that. read more

Not a trustworthy business. I bought my car at this dealer in February. I didn't even drive 400 miles when the transmission broke down. Hard to believe they weren't aware of this issue but gave them the benefit of the doubt. I called them and they agreed to take it to the Nissan dealer and replace the transmission for a new one if I would pay for the labor. I agreed. For over two weeks l was asking for the status of my car. They finally told me it was ready, I picked it up, paid the agreed $700 for "labor" and when I asked for my receipt and car documents they said they would be emailed to me. Two more weeks I had to chase them down for this and when I finally received the "invoice" I was in shock! Not only they did not send my car to Nissan as agreed but they put a USED transmission using a shop I've never heard before. I told them that this was not the agreement, I was disappointed and wanted my money back. Of course, they refused. Definitely not a trustworthy business!! read more

First all I'd like to start with the fact that this place looks and is shady. They offer carfax but won't show you until you pay as Sam told me, Most of these reviews say that Sam helped them and that he was great but Sam genuinelyhas no people skills. He's not good at communicating what so ever. I went to look at a car that I thought was going to be 8k but when I went in person he ended up saying that it would actully be 9.5k. Of course I didn't accept the offer so I left. A couple of hours went buy and he offered 8.7k in which I became interested once again. I finally had time to check the car out so I went to give it a second try to which I was ready to drive off the the lot with the car but when I was ready to pay they try charging an extra 2 percent just to pay with a card. (FYI if you do come to this dealership come with cash) I decided to return with cash as I didn't want to give out an extra hundred dollars away for free as anyone else would , so I planned to return the next day in which I was told not come cause they had to sort issues with the title (it was lost) in which I was told I'd be kept updated to which I was never. Two weeks went by and contacted them to check up on the on process and the guy litterally said "Hi I thing we have to return it to the seller because they don't have a title. Sorry" (copy and paste) long story short stay the hell away from this place. read more

WOW was this the best car purchasing experience I have ever had!! Sam, the owner, is so kind and accommodating. Normally buying a car off of a site like Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, etc, I proceed with much caution due to bad experiences in the past. However this business made it easy and totally trustworthy. You show up and they have the carfax of every car they buy, they detail the car and have it cleaned, and get whatever you need done fixed. I got a 2014 Nissan Altima and they fixed a speaker, painted a scratch, and fixed other minor outward appearances. He even offered to fix the speaker AFTER I had purchased the car and noticed it was blown out! The car feels like new and I know I can 100% rely on it. He even takes care of all the taxes and registration for you. Seriously an awesome company. I 100% reccomend and will go back when my fiancée or I need a car different car the future!! read more
