ONLINE BUYER HERE. So, I've been searching for A specific car for months and finally found the one at the CarVision Maple Shade location. I reached out and made contact with Richard the Sale Manager (who was great!) and he got me going with Alberto. I live in California. So, seeing the 2016 Range Rover Evoque in person was not an option. Alberto took exceptional care of me. He sent me videos in great quality of engine/interior and exterior. He made sure to answer all my questions and concerns in detail. He even made sure to follow up with me on his days off and while on vacation! And even weeks after delivery Alberto is still available through text/call which is very comforting. Being across the country, Alberto really made sure I was comfortable with this transaction. Without Alberto's constant contact I definitely would have NOT made such a large purchase like this. The dealer offered shipping for $500 anywhere in the US and while the delivery service was a 3rd party trucking company and in no way affiliated with CarVision. My car made safely across the US and in great shape. I've been driving my Range Rover for a few weeks now and I've had ZERO issues. Everything works great! All and all this was a very pleasant transaction. If I had one negative thing to say, it was CarVision's ridiculous call center. They called me 5 days after I bought the Range Rover to ask if I was still interested in buying it haha. Want my advice? If I could give ZERO Stars I would. Boyfriend went in to only look for a car. He walked around saw a couple and we left and said we'll be back next week. Next week comes, we go in to see and only look! We see this red tesla and wanted to see it in-person. They showed us a car fax that said NO accidents and no damage! Also, when my boyfriend was signing the paperwork, they slid and hid the actual car fax into the paperwork stating it was in an accident but my boyfriend thought he was signing the car fax from the sales rep that showed us on his computer. When my boyfriend was driving off the lot there's been non stop problems with this car. They DID NOT disclose anything wrong with the car nothing zippo. Theres SAFETY issues with the car. The cars sensors are covered from car vision "fixing" the bumper. Also, they sold the li.ited warranty that we said NO too. All they did was put a new bumper on top of the car sensor. Car paint doesn't even match. The trunk doesn't open by itself. The tire sensors are not working. They lied through and through. We need a solution. It's been 2 months of non stop problems. We've been to multiple tesla dealerships and they said they can't fix it because the car was from a tesla wholesale group and sold it because it wasn't sellable from teslas point of view. We've been back to the car visions in maple shade nj location. The person who greeted us stated that Miles the sales associate said he quit but come to find out the sales manager said he didnt quit and said he's our best sales employee laughing while saying it. My Mother is looking for a decent Car to get around in. She came into a little bit of Money, not a ton but certainly enough to find her reliable transportation. I am trying to find her something reliable that won't chew up all of the cash she's getting. So I have been searching all the local dealers for something for her. I have found several cars over several local dealerships and since not only do I want the car to be mechanically sound she needs to feel comfortable driving it. That was for context and it exactly what I am telling each dealer that we visit. Roger at CarVision (Maple Shade) the salesman that was assisting us seemed to understand that. He was helpful and engaging. We test drove both cars we came to look at, one had a couple of issues and the second was a contender. So we informed Roger of that and thanked him. We then told him we had some cars at other dealers we wanted to checkout first before we made a decision. That they were merely the first stop in the process. He seemed OK with this but he said he had to talk to his manager first and asked us to wait. This had me raise an eyebrow but we waited a couple of minutes and I forget the guys name that came over but he wanted to know if there was anything else we wanted to look at before leaving and I politely told him no, and that we had seen what we needed and we have other cars to look at before making a decision. Then came the pressure. ( I hate pressure sales and I don't know what purpose it serves except to annoy people like me ) I asked him if he makes a decision on a major purchase after looking at one option. He fired back immediately that he would if he loved it. Without missing a beat I returned with "Ok then we liked it we didn't love it" Then he asked us to wait while he talked to his manager ( HOW MANY MANAGERS DOES THIS PLACE NEED? ) Perhaps if they had less managers like this they might make more sales. Next Monday will be 45 days from the date of purchase of the Tesla Model 3 in Car Vision. Why do I know this? Because on Monday, the first payment on the loan for my husband's dream on which he did not travel a day. More precisely, 1 day from the moment of purchase at the New Jersey CarVision until the air conditioner breaks down. One day. Or maybe it was broken? We're not sure, because we were incredibly happy. I give this dealer 5 stars. Think of it as spitting at the CEO of this creepy company. Please note that the cars do not have any check before they are sold. It is difficult not to identify the impending breakdown of the air conditioner if the car is checked. Especially an electric car. What's important. The manager promises every Friday that the car will be ready on Monday. And every Monday they promise to make a car on Friday. It sounds like a joke. Or bullying. This dealership is entirely unorganized, unfocused, and does not show authentic empathy towards customers when time is wasted at the hands of the dealer. We found a vehicle online, called the dealer to discuss seeing and testing the car, drove 3 hours from out of state arrived at the dealer, and this is where all the issues began: 1. The dealer incorrectly listed a different vehicle under our profile. We arrive and are being shown a different vehicle. 2. The vehicle was incorrectly listed by the company for this location when in fact it was at another location 2 1/2 hours away. 3. We were told someone from their company would get the vehicle while we waited, no one ever did. 4. Two of the managers we spoke with gave us incorrect information. One said the vehicle sold, when in fact it didn't. The other spoke about the vehicle as if it was at this location, speaking on how well it drives, all other perks, when he never even drove the car. 5. We were told prior to arriving, a warranty was offered. We get to the dealer and now no warranty is offered on this brand of vehicle. We walk outside, see the same brand vehicle, different model, warranty sticker is on the window. When we inquired, they mention it was limited warranty (which was never mentioned or offered to us). Overall, this dealer gave a lot of misleading and incorrect information, all to get us to come to the dealer and waste our time. When I shared the frustration, an insincere sorry was offered. Our salesman never even approached us to apologize. In fact, he was working on someone else's paperwork while we were left in the dark about the lack of progress regarding our potential car. Did I mention that we walked into the dealer with a loan approval already? The only good thing about this dealer was their clean restrooms. The problem was, it was a their PA location and I wanted to buy it at their NJ location. So instead of saying "No we don't really care enough to move the car and sell it to you." they pretended they were going to move it, even told me times it would be at the NJ location by but they never moved it. Finally after multiple stops in, and hours of driving wasted. I gave up with them told the sales person I was done and they didn't need to worry about moving the car anymore and walked out. His response was that he would call me when it got moved regardless, incase I was still interested (he never did because it never got moved I guess). I did however get a call from them days later saying a missed my appointment.... Bottom-line: -The appointment scheduling people will aggressively try to get you in. We submitted an online inquiry about a car and received countless emails following up-which initially was great. We then received numerous texts about setting up an appointment, which we did. We drove about an hour to see a specific vehicle that was verified was in stock. From the time we arrived it was an absolute mess. We entered the showroom and were told, not asked to sit down and wait because they were short staffed and busy. Three different team members asked if we had an appointment and then took the group before us that did not have an appointment. After about 30mins of sitting a gentleman who's name I do not know (tattoo of NJ on his neck) came and asked the same questions but actually got us the car for a test drive. The car was as described and we wanted to make a deal, after being sat down and waiting over an hour they finally came to us with numbers, the only problem was it was $6500 more then the listed price. The salesman (Bradley) acknowledged the error and said he would talk to his manager to get us an updated contract. After another 30mins or so of waiting he came over and said "you guys know how much these sell for?" which we obviously did. He then told us that the person who does the online listings made a mistake and that his manager was going to investigate but that they would need to honor the price because this was essentially a "bait and switch"-his exact words. He explained that he would call us with corrected numbers and that we could return around 5pm that day to finalize the deal. The call never came and the car is now listed online at the higher price. Then I got an "offer" texted to me. When I look, they had lowered the price of the vehicle by $100 but raised the price of the document fee by $100. I was also suppose to receive a message from a sales manager with videos of the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Weekend passed by and no one ever contacted me. Initially at the time of sale the experience was great but it took them 75 days to make it to the tag office me constantly calling and getting the run around. by the time someone finally got to apply for the plate my insurance was out motor vehicle system so no plate was issued by a title was. You think they would've called me to let me know, hell no. I had to do the leg work myself and pay for the tag myself. This was supposed to be included in Tax, Title and tags. Why did I pay for this service and they didn't deliver. Absolute worst service ever. I want to be reimbursed for a services not rendered and the money I had to lay out for my tags. Buyer beware went to this dealership twice for two different vehicles. What a waste of time, the run around was immaculate. The first vehicle I was told online it was at one location , only to take the 1 hr drive to find it was somewhere else. Oh no it gets better I had trade in after 2-3 hrs for the appraisal I was told someone would give me a call, because the person who purchases their vehicles was out of town. Good thing I didn't hold my breathe. Apparently I'm a gluten for punishment as if the fist time wasn't shenanigans. I went for a different vehicles on a different low and behold they have vehicle but it needs repairs , didn't even that was a thing to list a car your not ready to sell SMH!!!! I gonna find you another car. We finally found another vehicle in the same price range they say. Wait for my offer was for me to put $ 3000 , down 8000 for my trade my monthly payment wait for that too!!! Over 1000 a month mixed up the car fax report. What else there's more but I'm not trying to write a book. Apparently unbeknownst to me they have been sued in 2015 for their practices, and have multitude of complaints with the BBB Better Business Bureau. A waste of time. I had an appointment to see a specific car this morning. I told them I would be coming in from out of town, and that I'd have to rent a car and drive about an hour to get to their Maple Shade location. They confirmed my appointment at least 5 times. I rented a car, drove an hour to get there, and when I arrived they told me the car I had arranged to see was at another location and it would take 2 hours to have it delivered to Maple Shade. As "compensation for my time," they offered to give me a deal on an extended warranty or some kind of deal on detail work. When I told them I wasn't interested in an extended warranty or detail work, they told me they'd fill up the gas tank for me (LOL), but wouldn't move on price. If they had seemed at all apologetic for wasting my time, I might have waited, but all they did was offer me "compensation" that was worthless to me and give me a convoluted story, the gist of which seemed to be that the people who set appointments don't actually know where their cars are located, so these screw ups happen regularly--as though I'm supposed to be consoled by the idea that their business model is to waste their customers' time, so it isn't personally directed at me? If I can't test a product I'm interested in buying you can believe it won't be purchased from you. They push extended warranties stating you can use it anywhere but note a Tie back restriction in the back ground (not on agreement) that service has to be completed at their shop if with in 50 miles! I purchased a vehicle from the Mable Shade branch back in April. It is now November and I still don't have my tags. I called daily to check on the delay. The company assured me that the paperwork was processed and the DMV was the reason for the delay. I called my local DMV to check on the delay and they stating at they didn't have any information on my vehicle. Somebody is not telling the truth. I just want my tags. Buyer beware! My recent experience with Car Vision- Maple Shade was a nightmare! I purchased a car from Car Vision- Maple Shade location last November (less than a year ago). During the purchase, I was advised to purchase the Platinum Coverage (highest) package and was told "if there is any issue, Car Vision's service department would take care of it." It is now summer and after attempting to use the air conditioning, the passenger side of the vehicle blew out hot air. I took the car to the service department and was told that I would need to pay $125 for them to simply diagnose what could be wrong. Then, I was told the cost to repair the air would be $300. When asking for clarity, the service department responded, "the sales department just says anything to sell those coverage packages, but the charge fee must remain." After moving forward with service, the department told me it would be worked on immediately the following day and ready for pick up no later than 40 minutes upon opening. However, the next morning, I was told it wouldn't be ready until mid day, and upon paying, the service representative did not know how to work the payment system, ran my debit card 3 times, and had to call another Car Vision location. As a result, I had to wait an additional 35 minutes. This is unacceptable to someone who made a purchase, with the highest level of protection, less than a year prior. I highly recommend that you either take your business to a different Car Vision location or auto dealership altogether. read more

I called about a 2019 VW Atlas and spoke to Jose. The ad on their website said it was recalled because of a wire harness and was in perfect condition. I asked Jose if it was in an accident and he said no. I decided to check the carfax before I came in and it was in a severe accident that damaged 3/4 of the car along with the roof. Before that it was in the shop 7 times and was taken back because of the lemon law. When I confronted Jose he said that the accident wasn't really structural so he didn't tell me about it.
