The ambience is great, good service but my issue was the food. I ordered chile Relleno and it was very greasy that I had a hard time eating it. The rice was very dry and beans looked like they where from a can. Improving the food would make me come back because again service and ambience where great. I went to Casa Brunch on Saturday Morning. I saw a reel on Instagram and it looked great. We got there early and were immediately greeted and seated. The staff was very friendly. The place was nicely decorated and clean. It was very inviting. The kind of place you want to be eating at. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros. Presentation was phenomenal. It was served with potatoes and beans on the side. The eggs on the tostada and the sauce were very good. My tostadas stayed nice and crunchy till the end. The potatoes were deliciously seasoned but they could have been cooked longer. Some pieces were nice and soft and others were a little under cooked for me. Next time I will ask for them well done. The beans were probably my least favorite part. They were a little dry and had a different taste which I just couldn't figure out. All in all I was happy with Casa Brunch and would definitely come back and try something different. There are so many things on the menu that I would love to try. read more

If I could leave no starts I would. Terrible staff. The two front desk girls were so rude. My wife and I showed up with our toddler and right off the bat they were so discourteous. After waiting for 35 min on a Saturday at 2pm in 90 degree weather we returned to ask if we were almost next to be seated...they got our number wrong and we'd have to wait an additional hour since we had a stroller. Definitely save your money, don't bother with this place, take your family somewhere worth spending your Pennie's at. Hopefully they change their attitudes and get better if not don't see this place being around or profitable for very long. read more

First thing I notice when I walk into a spot is the coffee. If that's off, everything else gotta work twice as hard. Casa got it right. Coffee actually hits. Espresso got that real bite to it, not watered down at all. Feels like you somewhere in Italy for a second. You could tell your girl you're taking her to Italy and just bring her here, she'd understand. Food wise, I don't even really like pancakes like that. They usually leave me feeling heavy and sleepy after. But theirs are different. Light, still got substance, and you end up finishing the whole thing without thinking twice. Sizzling plate is where they really did their thing. Get it with tendon and add a side of serrano peppers. That little kick brings everything together. One of those orders you wish you got sooner. Haven't even gone through the whole menu yet, but you can tell this is one of those spots. Not just about the food, it's where you bring people, where you stay a little longer than planned. Great place to go eat at. It's small so when they are busy , they are busy. The food was very good. Food we ordered was eggs benedict,chilaquiles,gorditas de chile Verde (green chile) , gorditas de lengua (cow tounge). Since it was busy we did have to be a bit patient but I felt it was worth the wait. After we got our food they make sure you are very happy with they're food quality. Been here for brunch and today dinner. The service is really really good. Everyone is very friendly and talkative. The bar has very unique drinks. The food and music was a surprise, they had a gentlemen playing in the patio and everyone was joining in. The bar TVs, bar set up is very classy. Great job with the lighting. We are told they have a DJ on Friday nights and Saturday. We will be returning. Glad to see people enjoying a Sunday evening dancing in the patio and enjoying the ambiance. read more

We came in to try this new spot and had a mix of really great drinks and some timing issues with the food. Drinks were definitely the highlight. I ordered the Honey Pistachio (iced) -- it was strong, but the honey balanced it out perfectly and made it sweet and delicious. Rated it a 5/5. My daughter got the Strawberry Matcha with strawberry cold foam and she rated it a 5/5. My wife ordered the Vietnamese latte (iced) and also gave it a 5/5. All the drinks were solid. For food, I had the huevos rancheros (3/5). The tortilla felt a bit stale and hard to chew, but the sauce with the egg was good and tasted homemade, which I appreciated, just not something extraordinary. The potatoes were basic, nothing special, but the beans were 5/5 definitely the best part of the plate. Service timing was the main issue. We arrived around 11:45am and didn't get the first plate until about an hour later, and dishes didn't come out together. It was just two other orders of Nutella pancakes, and by 1:20pm (1.5hr later) we were told they were "almost ready," but when we asked to take them to go, we were then told they weren't ready at all. We ended up paying only for the huevos rancheros and the coffees. The vibe is cool, they play good music, and the waiters were nice. After waiting nearly two hours, we ended up going to Guachos instead. We were really looking forward to trying the pancakes, so hopefully next time the timing is better because the drinks were great and the vibe is cool. I'm giving it 3/5 and hoping the timing improves so we can actually come back and try the full food menu next time. read more

We came here over the weekend for the first time. Our coffees came out after our food, the waiter was very apologetic. My husband ordered the mole chilequiles which were delicious. We also ordered the guava French toast which had good flavor but was very wet. I ordered the eggs Benedict, as I was eating I realized mine had a big piece of egg shell in it. I let the waiter know and asked if he could just remove it from the tab. He offered to have another remade to go, to which I declined but he insisted so I thought it would be out of courtesy so I eventually said yes. The price is high for the food and some of the quality was lacking a bit which was disappointing. read more

The food was amazing it was worth the wait, and I enjoyed the cookie butter latte it was just right it wasn't overly sweet at all. I don't usually write negative reviews as I love supporting new businesses but this experience really left me no choice. This spot is all style and absolutely no substance. It feels like they poured all their energy into making the place look cute for photos and completely forgot about what actually matters--service and food. We were basically the only people there and somehow it still took forever to get any attention. Staff seemed disinterested and unbothered, which made the whole experience feel even worse. The food didn't help either. It looked decent at first, but everything was bland and lacking any real flavor. Definitely not worth the price or the hype I'd been hearing. I'm convinced the other reviews are coming from friends of the owners because there's no way this place lives up to all that praise. I really wanted to like it, but it just didn't deliver. Maybe I'd give it another shot if they seriously improve, but right now it's a pass. We left very unsatisfied for the amount we paid. read more

I came here this morning for my 21st birthday brunch, looking for any spot around.. 10/10!! The staff made me feel so special! great job hiring ! Big thank you to a woman with blonde hair and bangs and the guy with the man bun. They are amazing! They made me feel so special and celebrated. Me and my mom spoke after how cool they were ! They offered me an espresso martini on the house for my bday! and the printer for the drinks wasn't working and i saw them trying to fix it for 15 minutes! They got it to work and gave my mom my drink and even made me another one for the wait! They packed our leftover and offered to take pics and even mentioned their saturday dj nights and banda in the mornings! Don't get me started on the food! AMAZING! it came out nice and hot and it delicious, big portions! I got the gorditas con costilla en salsa verde, carne en su jugo, and the nutella french toast. I absolutely loved it here. Our waitress was so sweet and gave us great recommendations. I had the Mexican breakfast burrito with chorizo and it was amazing; the chorizo was flavorful and the hash browns were so crunchy, which perfectly balanced the other soft components. It came with a chipotle sauce that was smokey and delicious. I asked for a side of salsa verde and that was the perfect addition. The side of potatoes were a little undercooked but delicious also. I took them home anyways because it was SO much food. I had the brown sugar shaken espresso latte with oatmilk and it was one of the best latte's i've had in a while. Where do I even start? I had the chicharrón red gorditas and the reason they're not pictured is because I ate them so fast, but they taste super traditional and def a 10/10. Tried this place this morning and it was good. I feel I need to try it again since it's new. However here is my feedback for my first visit. Definitely 5 stars for service! Arrived when it just opened and staff and service were excellent! Aesthetics was five stars too! Lovely decor. I ordered the huevos rancheros and the sauce was tasty. I would prefer the sauce on the side so to keep the tostadas crunchy! The potatoes were very well seasoned and the portion was super generous! The beans had this flavor I couldn't nail down but were good, a little more salt I think or cotija would help. The cheese on them was powdery like so it didn't taste like fresh cotija, but I still enjoyed them. They have salsa macha sitting at the table that was also very good! I would like to return to try their chilaquiles. I will post an update when I do get around to them. Honestly, the only thing suggestion I have to the owner is perhaps lower the fans early in the morning. My food got cold before I was done. Next visit I hope to be able to get a seat where the fans overhead aren't so strong! Otherwise, bravo! Thanks for bringing a cozy and much needed all day brunch spot to this beautiful city I call home! UPDATE: so I guess I couldn't stay away! Came back again today, and I sat in the patio, away from the fans. I loved the patio! We ordered the mile chilaquiles, with eggs. My friend and I went on Monday. We order the pancakes with PB w/strawberry on top. The pancakes were so disgusting they were so dry I felt I was chewing on rubber. The green match green didn't tastes like match. The waitress said she was going to tell her manager. Manger never came to our table. The waitress said she was going to give me a discount for the bad food we were served. Huevos rancheros were good, and so was the Spanish Latte. However, the pancakes were extremely dry and hard. The pancakes look good, but they are not good. We did mention this to our waitress, and no offers were made to try something else or rectify the inconvenience. Will wait a bit before going back. The only redeeming factor for this restaurant is the great wait staff and the coffee, but other than that it is not worth going for now until they change their menu or recipes. First and last time here. The food was mediocre at best but it was pricey. Have never been to a Mexican restaurant that charges for chips and salsa! My main complaint was the service. Our server was JENNY L., she dropped off our food and not once did she come to check on us. And she was not busy! We sat at least 10 minutes waiting for our check. I had to wave her down and she finally came, dropped off check and left all our dirty dishes, which we had carefully stacked and placed at the end of the table. She came, we tapped credit card payment and she still left all the dirty dishes. We received no service whatsoever. She needs to be retrained as a server or needs to work at McDonalds, where no table service is required. read more
