First time eating there yesterday. We were going to IHOP but they were closed. Ended up here and I have to say the breakfast menu is just too expensive! 2 pancakes 2 bacon 2 eggs over $20 dollars. There are 3 other restaurants within less than a block away where you can get the same amount for less than half. I would not recommend breakfast at this place if you don't want to spend $100 bucks to feed a family of 4 when you can go to most places and spend half or less for even more food. Now! Because breakfast was so expensive we decided to get a burrito and Mexican corn on the cob. I will say the burritos were very good! A little plain and not much ingredients inside but a good amount of food to over fill you and the service was excellent! 2 burritos, 2 corn, 2 drinks came to about $60 out the door. A bit more than we wanted to spend but between the service and the food we did get I was ok with it. The place is big, no one was there at 3-4 except maybe 1 or 2 people. When it was Coco's it was always packed. The people here are very nice and I worry between the rent and all the other bills how they can afford to keep the place open. I hope they become very successful! The place is very clean as well. I would recommend people supporting this neighborhood business, my worry is the base of their customers are people from the neighboring hotels which isn't much. I may give them another chance, but breakfast we will go to the other large franchises in the neighborhood. The reason I said the meat was micro sized is due to the fact that my 14 month old was able to eat the pieces without a problem. My issue is I ordered a plate for an adult which should have adult sized protein sizes not 14 month old bite sizes.... As a service provider myself I would never ask a customer if I can keep the change that's down bad but I mean if she needed it that bad it's okay just a little weird to ask for tip and not come by and even ask if our food was ok if we needed anything else. Don't be fooled guys this restaurant is basically only the people that go to the hotel... but thank you for your efforts in trying to provide the best service it's not your fault your employees aren't well mannered or trained in the service industry. Was recommended to try a new mexican restaurant near us. To our surprise was a great choice. Service was excellent, very attentive for being recently opened and clean atmosphere. My only suggestion would to use less " fabuloso " cleaner, I smelled that as we walked in and don't care for that cleaning brand. Perhaps look into using something less scent. FOOD was very delicious, very authentic too. I ordered burrito and was satisfied along side of chiroso beans. They do not give complimentary chips and salsa, you have to pay for them. Which is alright and worth it. The salsa was also authentic not your store bought salsa that some restaurants use. Very disappointed with the breakfast we had. My husband ordered the 3 egg bacon and cheese omelet with home fries and I ordered the Popeye Crepes with a fruit cup. We each ordered coffee. I think they used 3 quail eggs for the omelet it was the smallest 3 egg omelet I've ever seen. Now let's talk about the crepes, they were rolled up and looked like two burritos. This was our third time at this location. Rated the one in Saugus in 2017, which was awesome at the time. The service was good, however, soon as we were given the menu, the wife and I were surprised at the prices in comparison to other restaurants in the area. On average I'd say this place is about $3 to $5 more for most of their offerings. For the prices, I was expecting to have a lot more food that was on my plate when they brought it. I ordered the Chorizo and eggs. Not enough eggs in the dish but overall it tasted just ok. The fruit that came was also just ok. The coffee and waffles are good. I would suggest two things regarding the menu, first, offer a senior citizen selection, it doesn't have to be much but a lot of your customers likely during the weekday are retirees. Also, maybe offer some specials for the week. Each day have about 4 or 5 different dishes that are cheaper than what you currently have on the menu. Your decor seating arrangement and hidden bar as you visit the restroom are the gem of your restaurant. I really hope you take to heart your low ratings and make changes or I think you will struggle while other places adapt better. Right now, if I were in the area again I'd choose iHop over you. If I wanted to pay closer to what you're charging based on the quality of food I'd go to Neighbarista. read more

So my husband and I are from out of town we saw the restaurant and thought it looked OK. So we were there around dinner time...my husband was craving a breakfast since we had missed that do to driving, they said that would be no problem..so he ordered overeasy eggs sausage bacon potatoes and a side of toast...yes sounds like a lot but when he got it they were scrambled eggs one dried up piece of sausage and a super hard piece of bacon (one piece) sure they had no problem giving it to him because I was sure it was from the morning..also he did not want to say anything about the eggs because he thought they would do something to them...the waiter never came around we always had to flag him down...I don't feel like we were bad customers because we were always cordial with him.
