Original review: I messaged Drain-EEZ Plumbing about my broken disposal on a Sunday morning, hoping they could provide a quote for the fix. Jose troubleshooted quickly with me over message, and suspected it was the toilet even though I insisted the smell was coming from the shower. Fast forward we had another company come by first and they weren't able to diagnose the issue, so when I reached back out to Windy City Plumbing they were able schedule someone to come quickly. Turns out Jose was right all along and he suggested an easy fix for us to do ourselves, and didn't even charge me for the visit. And the administrator followed up over message after their visit to confirm what we talked about - love the follow through.
