After a long morning of visiting the Dallas Arboretum we drove about 30 mins to Casa Mama. We wanted something yummy & the pics on Yelp looked convincing enough to give it a try. After all it was my birthday & I was craving some queso & chips. The restaurant was clean & welcoming. Our server was super attentive which made our experience a 5. My enchiladas were so yummy I would drive 50 mins just to come eat here. If you're craving something delicious, I recommend you give a try! You will not be disappointed.

This place is amazing. We went about 5:30 on a Friday so we got lucky to get a table. If you go any alter it will probably be a bit of a wait. I love the look of this restaurant. It's spaced out pretty well. Our waiter wa spectacular. I was convened my dish was gonna be too spicy and he said nope it's just the name and he was right. Everyone there was so nice and welcoming that this place will be on our rotation.

The restaurant was very clean and well taken care of. The service was top notch and I appreciated them keeping our salsa dish topped off along with our drinks. The enchiladas were very tasty and I really liked the chimichangas.

Way too late eaten combo fajitas!! Hahahaha!!! Destroyed!!

Service was fast and friendly for a party of 18, 16 teenagers and 2 adults on a Thursday night. Atmosphere is lively but has divisions to keep intimate. Food came out quickly and was enjoyed by all. Combo fajitas were delicious, with enough peppers, onions, tender steak and chicken. Full setup with rice, beans, sour cream, guacamole and pico. White queso is very good with a milky, buttery flavor. Red queso is perfect a little like Cuban salsa To reiterate 18 people were very happy with their food and the atmosphere! First time here, thank you Yelp reviewers!!

Salmon "taco" (more like a salmon wrap)

I really, really wanted to love this place but won't be able to give more than a 3-stars. We had dinner here on a Tuesday night thinking it would be a good time to check it out when they weren't too busy. Despite being a Tuesday night, the restaurant was still fairly full and had a steady stream of customers coming in the entire time we were there. We were seated immediately which was nice. The chips and salsa came out which were unremarkable. The chips were the "hard" type rather than light & airy and the salsa was just OK. Next came the margarita on the rocks that I ordered. This was the best part of my meal! The margarita was legit. We wanted to start out with an appetizer of queso with brisket and indicated this to our waiter who also took our dinner order at the same time rather than coming back later to take our dinner order. Our meal came out about 10 minutes later but there was no sign of our appetizer. At that point, we made sure to let them know that we no longer wanted it and asked that it not appear on our tab. Now for the food... I was in the mood for tacos so I ordered the salmon taco which was advertised as 1 "large" taco for $11.99. It turns out it was a "wrap" in a spinach tortilla cut in half. It came with some type of dipping sauce and tasted OK, but the description on the menu should've listed it as a wrap, not a large taco. It also came with rice & beans which were totally flavorless. Between the no flavor rice & beans, the unimpressive chips & salsa, and the missed appetizer, we decided that we will not be returning. The good news is I don't think they will be hurting for business judging by all the families that were coming in while we were there.

Tried this place for the first time this weekend. Service was quick and very good. The prices were great. The chicken enchiladas and chipotle salmon were delicious. Churros for dessert were also very good! Will definitely be back!

Finally got to Casa Mamma in downtown Rockwall. Too bad. Totally uninspiring food with service to match. Enough said.

A week later and I am still thinking about the delicious food and fantastic service! We didn't wait…read moresuper long for a table and the hosts were great. We took my dad to dinner and he complained that it was a little loud, but felt like we sat right under a speaker. I explained to him that it was part of the "vibe". Other than the volume making it difficult to hear, everything was fantastic. We probably could have asked to sit on the heated patio. The chips were warm and fresh and came with both red and green salsa, and both were super tasty. My husband asked if I could make salsa like that at home! We ordered drinks and they came quickly. I appreciated the quality of the drinks especially since we mostly ordered from their drink menu. We ordered "The Good Guac" to start and our server made sure that it wasn't too spicy or anything for my dad. I thought that was very thoughtful that she asked if how it came was ok. For food we ordered street tacos, Baja fish tacos and the parillada en fuego. The food runner seemed confused and brought us another dish (maybe the Verde molcajete) but with the loud music the message that we didn't order it was lost in translation. My husband thought maybe it was what he ordered and started in. Because our server came to check on us so quickly, she caught the mistake right away. She apologized profusely and said they were bringing what we ordered. They allowed us to keep the dish, and no sooner did we have a few bites of the deliciousness the correct food came out. They checked on us quickly, apologized profusely, brought the correct food immediately, let us keep the other food, sent another manager to apologize and finally followed up with coupons to return after making sure we were satisfied with how they handled it. I understand humans make mistakes, so I feel like the recovery or response is what is important. This is the type of amazing service that will keep us coming back. We were actually happy with the mistake as we were able to try another dish we likely wouldn't have ordered (but ended up being our favorite thing to eat). The ambiance was fun, parking was easy, the wait was reasonable, the service was FANTASTIC, the food was delicious and food/drinks were made with quality ingredients. We'll be back!

The decorum is cool if you like fake plants. Though they add cool lighting, which helps. Food, well I wish I could give it five stars, but my second visit confirmed my feelings about the food. It's super spicy, and the portions for the price are crazy small. Don't count on sharing. So, if you can go during a happy hour give it a try. Otherwise, there are better places for Mexican food.

BLEW ME AWAY!! You can tell they use the highest quality ingredients and everything was absolutely TOP TIER. The tortillas were so fresh and delicious. The creamy jalapeno sauce, guacamole, salsa, and queso were all PHENOMENAL as well. This was the perfect selection of dips for the thin, crispy, perfectly salted, chips! All of the proteins I tried (fajita steak and fajita chicken) were SO tender, well seasoned, and the ancho chili butter really set it all off!! I think my favorite snacks of the night were the empanadas and the beef picadillo tacos. The empanada crust was so flaky and buttery and the picadillo filling was so savory and absolutely PACKED with flavor! This is hands down the best Tex-Mex I've had in a LONG time! They need to bring a location to Frisco ASAP!! In the meantime, I'll just be counting down the days until I have an event that I can hire them to cater for. If you're blessed enough to live by their brick and mortar, or need Tex-mex catering, check them out, and enjoyyyy!!

It's def not a lot of meat and was $40. So, depending on the appetite, I would probably order a larger size even for the cost to make sure you have enough. The meat was good but could've used a little more seasoning. It did come with a cup of melted butter that was nice. The sides were all good. The salsa was really good, probably the highlight for me. I also got a cheese enchilada on the side. It comes with a chili over it and it was good. So, with all of that said, Adios Fajitas was good but it's expensive for what you get. I mean a 4 oz queso was $4. 4 oz is tiny. Given their prices, I wanted to love it.
