The OldSeasons has been renovated, CASA's decor is very modern and airy. Big bar separated from the main restaurant, they also have a nice patio to dine al fresco. Our waitress Denise was super pleasant, explaining some of the dishes and very knowledgeable. The tortilla chips, served with three sauces; the only tasty one being the warm bean dip, were store bought and tasteless!! I had the Tacos de Birria, 3 small Tacos, very tasty with shredded beef in a crispy corn quesadilla, onion, cilantro, lime and Birria broth on the side. I enjoyed them. My husband had the Fajitas de la CASA, steak, chicken, 3 big shrimps, onions, peppers, served with rice, beans and tortillas. Lacking taste all around, kind of under seasoned, very bland, specially the steak A BIG NO NO , is charging for three extra flour tortillas, when we all know there are so cheap! Our friend both had the Fish Tacos and raved about them! Now for the drinks. I had a Michelada , Bloody Mary n beer, well worth missing for $10.00, lacking taste, no Bloody Mary there. My friend enjoyed the Modelo beer and the Strawberry Margarita $12.00. As for desert, they liked the Churros, the kind you can buy frozen, and the Chocolate Tres Leches cake. All in all it was ok, food deserves 3 stars, Denise gets the fourth! With the plethora of Mexican restaurant, Casa will not be my first choice.

We finally checked out Casa Mexican Kitchen for dinner and we enjoyed it! The food was authentic, plentiful, beautifully plated and delicious!! Our server was excellent and friendly and everyone who dropped off food and picked up plates was polite and professional. This a family run business and their food, service and decor exemplified that they truly care about providing an enjoyable and tasty meal. Please note that the delicious side of guacamole is an add on for the fajitas. The complimentary chips and salsas were awesome. The salsas have different heat levels. The margarita and mocktail were great. Looking forward to our next meal there, so we can leave room for dessert!

First time here and ordered the beef tacos. Lacked flavored. The chips with assortment of salsa dips was nice. The margarita was good but pricey. The side of rice and beans was ok. The rice lacked flavor and it had pees and carrots inside. With a name like casa I thought I found a spot full of flavor. Passed on dessert because I didn't want to keep spending a being disappointed. My waitress was very nice and the place itself looked nice and clean.

Went here for dinner at the recommendation of a friend telling me it was the the most authentic Mexican restaurant in the area. We are no longer friends. Don't even bother wasting your time, money, or tastebuds. Worst Mexican food in the area currently. Lacks flavor and seasoning. This place will only please people who lack the ability to taste anything. The drinks are the only hope for this place. The hot sauce is also excellent. Plenty of parking space. The decor is just as bland as the food. The service is wonderful, which makes you feel bad that the food is god awful. We went to Burger King after.

I did take out tonight for myself, my husband, and 8year old. My husband got chicken tacos which came with a side of guacamole. The whole thing was brown like it was made from a rotten avacado. He said it was overly salty and couldn't finish it. My son's burger was wayyy undercooked and the fries it came with tasted like microwaved fries and a bit cold. I got enchiladas with mole sauce. It was ok but I emphasized when I ordered to please not include onions. I can't eat onions. Guess what was in the mole sauce and on top, onions?! I have no idea about these other reviews and the beautiful looking food. Ours looked like it came from somewhere else. Sooo disappointed.

Love Casa Mexican Kitchen!!! Food is amazing! Love the decor. Chris the owner is such a smart young man. So personable and always makes the best margaritas for me. This time he made me a TeQuila Mucho cocktail that was delicious! My friend had a Cafe de ola cocktail. Yummy! Enjoyed a delicious dinner. Would highly recommend.

Went into this established 30 minutes before closing with a friend that had just flown in. We both ordered the enchiladas and enjoyed our food. The staff was friendly considering we were there just before closing and stayed 30 minutes past. They never tried to rush us out and provided exceptional service throughout.

The food was great! It really reminded me of home and my grandparents. My grandfather is from Sonora and everything was prepared so well! The queso fundido was spot on. This is traditional style Mexican cuisine from northern Mexico which cannot be compared with what I feel most people are complaining about (if you want over seasoned food Taco Bell is open not too far away). The homemade tortillas are probably the best tortillas I have had in the Hudson Valley!! You also cannot go wrong with the churros. The service was INCREDIBLE! I do not think I have had this great of service outside of NYC. Truly phenomenal work and everyone on the wait staff was so kind. It's really nice inside and on the exterior and you can tell they put a lot of thought and effort into making this place special. Te deseo mucha suerte! Van a ser un éxito!!

Came here for the first time today. Place is decorated nicely and very clean inside. Our waitress Rosie was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were fantastic. We got shredded beef flautas they were flavorful. Carne Asada tacos just like your authentic street taco also flavorful. Definitely recommend.

We arrived at 3:50 p.m., and they told us that they were closing in 10 minutes. Yikes. A family that arrived after us was turned away. I could see the deep disappointment in their eyes. I can only guess that BEAST doesn't want the business. Again, this was during the afternoon on one of the busiest BBQ days of the year. I.E. This wasn't some slow, late, and empty night. It was a sunny afternoon, and Fishkill's Main Street was hopping and vibrant. The staff did allow us to eat our meal, though, and didn't kick us out, but they were itching to close up shop. I guess they all have better things to be doing. (?) The food was, well, "okay" but overly pricey. The smoked wings are good here. I'll give them that. I would only get those if I ever came again (though the blue cheese dressing was weak). The other food (brisket, sausage, and mac n' cheese) was not poor, but it was also not memorable. Maybe a "C" grade all around? It's a neat spot for drinks (good spirits selection) and wings if you're in the neighborhood and they're open. But double-check their hours before heading out.

Restaurant is in a space…read morethat's had a lot of turnover through the years, but reviews were good and it looked updated. Sat at the bar and ordered a strawberry mojito. Fresh strawberries and mint were nice to see, but there was hardly any alcohol in the drink and the straw was far too narrow to be able to take a sip without it becoming obstructed. Poured woefully short as well, topped with even more ice and seltzer. Had the tempura shrimp to start. Generous portion, well seasoned. Slightly rubbery but not detracting from the dish. Aioli was great, but could have used a little more. Chili sauce was also good, but could barely get any in the ramekin it was in. Bacon cheeseburger with mushroom for my main followed. Looking back, there was actually NO bacon on the burger. Not sure if the kitchen overlooked it, or what. $4 for added mushrooms seemed a bit exorbitant at first, but they were oyster mushrooms. Fries were crisp and wonderfully seasoned. Ordered the burger medium - came out medium and juicy.... But absolutely flavorless. If their head chef loved salt like their fry cook, this burger would have been spectacular. The mushrooms never got to drive off extra water because of the lack of salt, and the meat just fell flat without seasoning. I wanted to love this burger, but I just couldn't no matter how hard I tried. Had the crack pie, advertised to be similar to Monofuku Milk Bar... for someone who had crack pie multiple times before it became the phenomena it is now, this falls short, by a lot. The chess pie filling is far too dense, lacking caramelization. The pie crust was undercooked and anemic. Sugar decoration on top added zero value to the dessert, and coconut ice cream is far too competitive a flavor to put against this dessert. Sauces on the plate were weak and boring eye service. Paid my $80 bill, tipped (even though the bartender was rarely seen or asking how things were), and headed out. For a quiet weekday, the service and quality of food were severely underwhelming.

We ordered oysters, prosciutto with watermelon, chickpea-crusted fried calamari, scallops, and two pasta dishes--one with veal and the other with scallops. Plus cocktails and wine. The oysters were magnificent--fresh and delicious. The pasta wasn't particularly memorable, but the scallops turned out to be very tasty... While the dishes weren't extraordinary, they were certainly tasty enough. The most unpleasant--and even awkward--part was that the waiters were in no rush to clear away dirty dishes (and sometimes didn't do it at all), even though the tables there are quite small. You end up eating surrounded by dirty plates and glasses, which certainly doesn't help the impression of the service quality. Even when we asked for the dishes to be cleared, it didn't happen. We were told they would clear everything when they brought our second round of cocktails, but since the cocktails never arrived, the dirty dishes stayed on the table. It's unlikely we'll visit this restaurant again. We live just a seven-minute drive away, but we have no desire to spend over $300 again to eat in an atmosphere reminiscent of a roadside diner.
