Their nachos are great here, but I always have mixed feelings about place that give you free chips and use those exact same chips in their nachos. Friendly staff and pretty good service speed. Great sit down restaurant for a date. The Bad: Burritos are about $10. The Ugly: Nothing ugly. The Verdict: Some might be turned off by how the burrito can be packed with meat and they put all the fillings (lettuce, cheese, whatever) on top of the burrito. I get confused because I believed I ordered a Super Burrito last time and it was covered in sauce, I ordered it again for my mom and there was no sauce. I personally don't know if was suppose to ask or if I ordered the wrong thing. Even though they tried real hard to provide us with great service, I think we came at a very bad time where they were having A few large Company holiday lunches and so they were a bit preoccupied. Love, love, love this place! Setting: Very festive and sort of like a maze. Kind of hard to get to the bathroom because it's in the very back of the restaurant. There's outdoor seating behind a wall filled with vines and stringing lights, which is super cute. Service: Always amazing. The waitress came right away, and brought us our food quickly. I can't forget to mention to constant refilling of the nachos bowl. Food: HUGE portions. I'm pretty sure any dish could be shared by two people. I shared the chicken quesadilla steak with another person, and we still had two extra slices! And the fried ice cream. Beware: it's about half a tub of ice cream and it is extremely sticky. I was very happy to see they installed a printer to print out your "freebie" from multiple checkins. That was the ONLY good thing going on here. I have reviewed this restaurant many times (and have been a regular for years). The only reason I keep coming back is the food. Well, this is my last review because I am never coming back. I received a free nacho. We ordered it with "just cheese". Then ordered cheese and chicken enchiladas with rice and beans on the side. What came out? Nachos with everything on them. We sent them back. The waiters response, "I'm sorry, when you said just cheese I thought you meant no meat". Really?? Our cheese enchiladas had about 1/8 inch of cheese in them. I touched the inside and they were just warm, no strings after cutting them with a fork. The rice had a quarter of a tomato in it, and it was the end that attaches to the vine!! The sides usually are heaping in the dishes and this time they were level with the sides. Our nachos came out half way through our entrees and we told the waiter to give them to another table so he could get a bigger tip. Portions have been reduced!! Finally, when the bill came I noticed they were higher than the menu. Everything! Sodas, enchiladas and sides. I asked for a menu and this one had the prices we were charged. Prices increased!! So portions are reduced and prices have increased. The owners are just greedy. There are too many good restaurants in the area to spend my money. And that's where I will gladly spend mine. I'm waiting for my car to get serviced and the shuttle driver was telling me how she used to own a Mexican restaurant so it got me craving Mexican food. After being dropped off at one Mexican place in Dublin, I immediately knew it wasn't where I wanted to eat--take out only. So I walked to another place. They had outdoor seating but no alcohol. So I walked to another place. Third place was IT! I called Casa Orozco before walking here to make sure they had outdoor seating and the lady that answered the phone was so sweet and detailed in their accommodations. I was hesitant because it's only 3 stars on Yelp but figured what the heck! I didn't have a lot of options during COVID restrictions. So I'm still here. My belly is now full of delicious food. My waiter Roberto has been phenomenal!!!! The margarita was good and they had my favorite tequila. And oh! The salsa!! I always judge a Mexican restaurant on their salsa. If what they're giving away for free is good, you can rest knowing the food you pay for will be even better. I will definitely be making the drive (and/or walk) out here again. read more

So, the first time we ordered delivery about a month ago, we were so happy to get authentic, delicious and hot food! A little pricey but didn't mind because..homemade and large portions! Ordered a second time, order was incorrect, tamales old, and some of the sauce tasted old too. This last time, ordered 2 sodas ($6), no sodas delivered. Ordered a 3 item combo including a carnitas burrito, hubby bit into it, not carnitas, some grisly unidentifiable meat. My Alteño carnitas burrito was 70% bean and rice, and the lettuce and guac tasted so old it was inedible. In the past this was my go to place for Mexican food. The place in the past was always packed. We walked in on a Sunday night and getting a table was not an issue. The quality of the food is always good and the portions are huge. My eyes are always bigger than my stomach. Ordered the three combination of Burrito, Chile Relleno & Enchilada ($19.95). Ended up eating only the Chile Relleno and Enchilada and took the Burrito home. Hey what the heck, the difference between the double and triple combination was $1.00, so in theory I got the Burrito for a buck. Meal went really well with a pitcher of margarita's on the rocks ($27.00). I guess I can save on the dinner bill if we had the meal without booze (yeah, right). It's a family business first opened in 1984 in Dublin. I remember there was a Dairy Queen at this location prior. So besides originally remodeling this place, they have expanded from the original configuration adding a full bar with big screen televisions. Since 1984, prices have gone up substantially, but the meals are still worth the price. Next time I'll probably get the restaurant cards sold occasionally sold at Costco which makes the meal at CO a fantastic deal. read more

In High School (in the 90's), my family and I ate at the Livermore location. As an adult, i started eating at the Dublin location. Typical visit to the Dublin location has been with co workers and friends for lunch or dinner. I have always had a decent meal and good service at both locations. My most recent visit was for Happy Hour after work, my co workers and I received great service and the food was really good that day as well. Our server had us waiting 10 minutes because he "forgot" our drinks and never thought to take our orders until we mentioned it to him. He was extremely short with us and unfriendly. Plates took a while to come out. Our server didn't return to our table until we were all nearly done with our meal.
