When this place first opened, it was good. It's been a while, but since I was nearby, I thought I'd give it another visit. It was around lunchtime. I ordered a super burrito which one of the ingredients it comes with is guacamole so halfway through my burrito I noticed there isn't any guacamole. I asked the person who took my order if the super burrito comes with guacamole he say yes I told him I'm halfway through. I don't see any in my burrito. He then tells me Let's open up the burrito. doesn't sound like he believes me and why would I want to ruin my burrito experience by opening it. he gave me a side of guacamole, but as far as the taste of the food it isn't really there anymore. which is why I don't really go back. Also, it was around lunchtime and the place wasn't even busy. I wouldn't go back

Claw machine is super fun and easy to win!

First off they are Legit! Pastor is yummmmmm...we got a bunch of tacos and all seasoned perfectly and then they have a little claw machine that is super fun for the kids, but honestly us adults love it it even more! WINNING!! Great vibe and ambience and the service is welcoming! Thank you GST!

    Regular Quesadilla with Carne Asada
    Jose C.

I been here a couple times already over the past three years. It never disappoints. I was on my way to physical therapy, and quite hungry. Ordered a simple quesadilla with Asada. I can't emphasize how consistent this place has been, every single visit. It's quite remarkable really. Same taste, same good service, same speed of service, and overall always a good experience. If anything, maybe a little pricey, but considering it is in Pleasanton and prices going up everywhere, i understand. In conclusion, it's great tasting food for the right price!

May 2nd - Thursday lunch taco review We ordered Al pastor, carnitas, pollo, bbq pollo, chorizo tacos - taste was great, the salsa on the top was tasty with a kick :) Taste was great, chips and salsa were a welcome start Service was quick ! We will be back !

3 Al Pastor tacos -- $9 on Tuesdays & Thursdays
    Dwayne C.

Great classic street tacos after a long day. Server at the checkout desk was very helpful with price checking & was very welcoming, and they spoke Spanish. The corn flavor in their tortillas was strong, a good indicator of freshness. Their Al Pastor is more oily than I'm used to, but so full of flavor. My order also came with chips & salsa, ultimately used the salsa on the tacos though, lol. Highly recommend coming on Tuesdays or Thursdays for their $9 3-taco plate. Bathrooms and seating were also nice and clean inside. Would highly recommend to anyone craving tacos in the Dublin area.

Carne asada super burrito, al pastor super burrito- requested refried beans
    Jessica D.

We doordashed two super burritos- one carne asada and one al pastor, and requested refried beans instead of whole beans in case whole beans were the default- and we enjoyed them both. I liked the pastor and my boyfriend liked the carne asada. The tortilla was soft and stretchy and the guac and beans were good. I did wish the pastor and rice weren't as dry, though. One call out would be their salsas- skip the red but grab a bunch of the green salsas. They are thick and one of the best salsa verdes I've ever had. Decent Mexican food is hard to find in our tri-city area and this is not bad.

Al Pastor (left), chorizo (right cut off). Mango agua Fresca
    Rimi S.

I loved the $3 tacos . We got the Al Pastor and chorizo meats. Flan is alright, mango agua Fresca is alright (tastes of fake mango). The free salsa tasted odd (not sure if they messed up salsa, but tasted old) I'd expect a Mexican place compared to non-Mexican to have a solid salsa. Overall giving 5 stars because I'd come back again for them tacos

I wouldn't expect traditional Mexican food coming here because it's definitely more of a Cal-Mex fusion! The presentation, ingredients, ways of preparing are different and I love that :) Asada Fries ($25): I enjoyed this much more than I expected, and I thought I would bring some home...I didn't. The ranch and BBQ sauce surprised me, but the flavor profile worked! Also loved the shape of the sidewinder fries, kind of like c-shaped wedges. Crispy Plantains ($14): I enjoyed these dipped in sour cream! It came with a lot, so I would for sure save some to eat with vanilla ice cream at home :) My friend got a side of black beans ($8) with it which she said was okay; I think she was thrown off by them being drowned in water lol Our server was lovely even as the evening got busier. I will be back to try their enchiladas and Mahi Mahi burrito!

They even split the meal onto two separate plates for us. The food was reasonable priced, around 20-25 per dish. As our organizer mentioned, they were fully booked that night so do reserve early. Warm earthy tones in the decor made for a comfortable, inviting atmosphere and the light jazz ensemble and lovely vocal performances elevated the evening's experience. The ambiance is a strong point. Being a paella newbie, I definitely looked forward to tasting a version especially after watching cooking shows over the years. The saffron broth rice nicely counterbalanced the seasoned shrimp, sausage and other ingredients. Thumbs up. I had several portions. The tempura cauliflower - good. KR Enchiladas were cheesey and rich, plumply filled, and the accompanied rice accented with corn. Since we shared the three enchiladas, my small piece was enough for me. Suggest passing on the sourdough side that came with the paella. The bread had melted, but cooled cheese on it and there was not much free broth in the paella to soak therewith anyway. With water being the group's primary beverage, perhaps request a carafe of water at the table to ease the thirstier folks (me). Our wait person gave helpful suggestions and efficient service. The rest of the staff had hustle. As normal with live music, be prepared to raise your voice and repeat yourself in conversations. Parking is ample, with a short walk, in this Nob Hill Foods shopping center.

They gave us two cups of free tortillas, a self-serve, generously stocked salsa bar. The food came out pretty quickly, and that's when we realized just how much we ordered! Plates were huge and both the dishes came with beans and rice. The fajitas plate was $20.88 and could easily serve two people, it came with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, tomato slice, meat and veggies, and beans and rice. The chile relleno wasn't as crispy as I'd hoped, since it was drenched in sauce, but it did have a nice cheese pull. I noticed a lot of people getting takeout, and next time, I think I will do the same.

So, I ordered my usual fish taco and shrimp taco with a Corona at the counter. There is a small chips and salsa bar next to the counter. Oddly, they provide VERY small paper bags to hold a few chips. That wasn't going to work for two hungry adults so I asked for a basket. That turned out to be an awkward ordeal. The owner/ manager ( not sure who) made kind of big deal about how "special" I am to be the only customer who gets a basket. We both thought it was awkward and rude at the same time lol. They have two small rooms to sit at a table. The tv was turned up when we were half way through the meal. It was much too loud for the small space. Another weird event. We couldn't wait to leave. Outdoor seating? There are a few small tables in the front of the restaurant, but the road noise was too loud for that option. Impressions The tacos were bland and unappetizing. I was very surprised how they lacked flavor. My husband had some kind of ala carte plate. He loves Mexican food! It was a disappointing meal for both of us. Suggestions The customer is the focus so you earn return visits. I think that was lost to the staff on this particular day. It's not a big deal to offer a bowl or basket for chips. If you have customers, especially who aren't watching tv, turning the volume up for the employees to hear is not going to make a good impression.
