Would one star these jokers if I could. Took parts to them for car restoration. Wrote up extensive quote and invoice itemized items. Paid cash on initial payment. I would check in on the parts from time to time and they did not move forward with prep and paint until approximately one year later. They lost parts I had purchased from a restoration house. When I started to send emails preparing to sue to get my cars body panels back they finally slapped some paint (Not the agreed to color) on the parts which was a terrible job that flakes off. Would never provide a invoice that showed what was already paid for. Overcharged me going out the door which I paid to get my parts back. I would never recommend these guys to an enemy much less someone looking for acceptable work in a acceptable amount of time. Do not use this place. Can post photos of the work they did if the owner disputes any of this. read more

10/10 would 100% recommend this body shop to any friends or family because I know if they came here they will be taken care of! Alfredo is absolutely amazing look for the true customers best interest. I've dealt with so many auto shops in the past and this place blows any of them out of the water. Alfredo is so humble and has such a willingness to help. He's super knowledgeable when it comes to repair. I've unfortunately had two accidents in the past and he makes it seem like nothing ever happened. Crashed my 4Runner not to long ago and he fixed it in less then 2 days with the most perfect paint job to match the rest of the car. I came here about a month ago to get a quote on my car's damaged door. The gentleman who helped me (I'm assuming is the owner) told me he will be able to fix the door at a reasonable price and told me to bring the car in the following Tuesday. Come Tuesday, and the gentleman says I came too late ( I arrived at the shop around 2pm) and he won't be able to work on the car for the day. I wasn't surprised since I know car work takes hours. I asked him if there was any way I can leave the car there since I don't want to drive it back and forth to my home. He said yes and said he will be working on it during the week. A whole week passes by, he still has my car, and I get NO call or text from him. During the week, I called him 3 times to get an update and no one answered. Finally, my boyfriend and I decided to stop by in person to see what's up and find that my car was not fixed and it had a new deep scratch on the door. The window was also left open so all the ash from the fires came inside the car. We asked for the owner and he was not there. A worker there calls the owner and passed the call to me and my boyfriend . Owner tells us that I will need a new door and that he is out looking for one.....we were mad at the lack of communication but still wanted my car door fixed so we remained peaceful and respectful. The owner said once he gets the door it will be quick to paint and put back on the car and it will only take 2 days. During the same call, we let the owner know that we will be out of town for 5 days so we won't be able to pick up the car on time when it's done. He said it's fine and car should be ready by then. * 5 days passed* During my 5 day vacation the fires got bad and my city got an evacuation notice. I still did not get any phone call from him to get an update of my car. I called three times the same day driving back from Arizona and no one picked up. My boyfriend and I were very tired from the 5 hour drive but still stopped by the shop to see what is going on. This time, the owner is there AND THE CAR WAS STILL NOT FIXED. We told him that we need to take the car back home due to the fires and he let us know that he will call us once he finds a door for the car. We said , cool, keep us updated. * 2 weeks passed* I'm still CURRENTLY waiting to see if he'll ever call me to updated me. Bottom line, I wasted about a month of my time with this shop. If he didn't wanted to take the job, just say so rather than not communicating and making me drive to the shop so I can get an update on my car. read more

If I could leave 10 stars I would . I've been coming here for years and Alfredo always does a good job on all my cars and my families cars. I got into a bad accident and the first person I called was Alfredo to see if he could help and I can't believe his work. He's a miracle worker! My f150 looks and drives like new after a front end collision that left it totaled with frame damage. Alfredo is an old school type of guy but he's one of the nicest repairman I've ever met. Honest owner and he really helped me out with the quote price by sourcing me quality affordable used replacements for a lot of the parts so I could stay within my budget. Great work! read more

This is the ONLY auto body shop my family and I will use. From dents, to paint, to just about anything, these guys can make your car look like it did the day it rolled off the lot. They do paint and body, frame work, custom painting, body and fender, restoration and repair. They are also EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE which in this economy is essential. Just recently my little brother backed his car into my car and they fixed everything by the following day. Alfredo, the owner, personally, took care of us (like he always does) and made sure all our needs were met and gave us an honest price. Car repairs, especially body work, can be a pain. I have taken my 2000 Honda Civic to Alfredo several times over the years. He has fixed anything and everything from windshields, to my passenger-side window falling off the track and inside the door due to the passenger-side door frame being bent. Alfredo and crew also bent the door back in order to shut the door! I actually thought I was going to need a new door, it was pretty badly bent. That was a HUGE expense he saved meee! I have also had both my back-doors mysteriously locked shut, making it impossible to open from the inside OR outside. Alfredo also fixed that! Not to mention he was hundreds of dollars lower than what Honda quoted me. Most recently I had my ceiling liner replaced, also at a much lesser cost than everywhere else I called. Not only is Alfredo less expensive, but most importantly he is honest and reliable. I take my car in, and it is returned to me that same business day. I have not once had to go back for any corrections to his work, and I am always 100% satisfied with his service and costumer relations. I would recommend him to ANYONE!!
