Elemental Energy has been outstanding in post customer care. In the eight years since I've had my system, I've only had two issues which were properly taken care of. The project manager in 2008 was absolutely awful. Poor communication and someone quit so my project got pushed to no-man zone- no one was taking care of my project or communicating clearly about what was going on. I didn't write a review in 2008 because I was upset about the process. However, eight years later, the install is absolutely fantastic and the product has held up really well. Plus the person who was so awful is likely gone so thinking you'll have a better experience than I did. I'm getting quotes on battery and they are the first person I called

However, when the project was completed, the 19th panel was placed near the back of the house, which is shaded by tall fir trees. We could have gotten better results, albeit the difference is not particularly great. If they had installed the panels as we had indicated, I would give them 5 stars. As it is, during the summer months, we are producing enough electricity to send it back into the grid for a small credit on our PGE bill.

When I called back after they finally reached out, the guy said that the door to door people don't know the schedule and that they don't do assessments on the day that he scheduled. I said they might want to educate the people representing their company because I no longer want to do business and I also saw the bad reviews online about horrible communication. He told me "I am just an engineer, if I say anything it will fall on deaf ears" BIG RED FLAG OF A TOXIC COMPANY! When employees don't feel heard, there's many issues within. He proceeded to HANG UP ON ME when I told him he should try because he can make a difference especially if they are losing customers over poor training or scheduling with their outreach. AVOID AVOID AVOID this mess, and management, DO BETTER! No employee should feel like they aren't heard, especially about a very serious lack of communication and training that lost you an opportunity. Shame.

They came out and looked at it and said they thought they had fixed it, but the next time it rained it leaked again. So I called again and they let me know they would fix the roof as well as any damages inside. I signed the form but since then have not been able to get ahold of anyone to schedule the work. When i call their support (dozens of calls which I have documented) starting FEBRUARY 2026 after new roof completion, to reinstall my panels EVEN AFTER I PAID THE THOUSANDS OF $ for their warranted reinstall. Sometimes I was on hold 30 minutes to 3 hours and got no one. Other times I was told they know I am on list to be scheduled but they cannot speak to scheduler nor can I. I asked if I call back in one week for an update could they let me know, and they said no. WHEN REINSTALL FINALLY SCHEDULED MAY 26, 2026 the technicians arrived and I gave them the box of reinstall components that sunworld/blue raven sent. These attachments weren't the necessary items SO THEY COULD NOT INSTALL MY PANELS. THE KIND TECHNICIAN ALSO DID NOT HAVE ACCESS TO CALL SCHEDULER OR COORDINATOR DIRECTLY. THEY HAD ALREADY BEEN TO ANOTHER PROJECT EARLIER IN NEIGHBORHOOD THAT DAY AND CAME UPON THE BOX OF WRONG COMPONENTS SENT TO THAT JOB TO REINSTALL PANELS. What kind of company treats their paying customers with sub standard consideration and service. TWO WEEKS LATER, I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM the company or received new attachments. I went to website and AI Evan gave me a customer support number to call: 855-608-5036 specific to my query to reinstall panels after roof replacement. I shouldn't have been disappointed ONCE AGAIN THAT IT WASNT EVEN A WORKONG NUMBER. Lastly, the technicians driving the BLUE RAVEN SOLAR van QUALIFIED TO DO WARRANTY INSTALL OF PANELS expressed concern about not being paid for work if they don't install panels. Being a RN, I am outraged by a company that has no accountability for mismanaged products and services. This is why unions are required and wouldn't need to be, if companies would treat consumers and employees fair like companies owners and shareholders want to be. I have never written a review online and I hate to spend time and energy doing it. A and R sent their sales person to our house and he got right to work. He went into our crawl space under the roof to make sure our roof was properly supported for the panels. That was a relief as the other place wanted to send a structural engineer to do that very simple job and charge us for it. Ridiculous. Our project was two years, so the crew may be slightly different, but they were great. When there was an issue, like that we didn't have electrical grounding, they just put in grounding bars. Amazing! They offer production guarantees which is rare for a solar company, like those ones that come door to door. lol A and R was professional, easy to work with and easy to communicate with. They were great to work with and took care of all the permit stuff. Now on sunny days we feel great watching our power meter running backward! Our system easily generates 3000 watts on sunny days, They even found an inverter that will give solar electricity during a power outage. We can log onto our inverter through our computer and watch the power generation data over time. Cant recommend these folks enough.

Will never hire again.
