This farming couple have been here for about 5 or more years. They have tons of fruits and vegetables, everything you will need. I bought homegrown tomatoes, squash, field peas, and peaches. They were very friendly and had information on all of the products. I went to the Seguin Farmers market last Saturday, and there was only one booth, This couple on the side of the hwy sells the equivalent of 5 booths. If you need organic vegetables, look for the farmer's stand right across the Chevron on Hwy 78 in Mcqueeney/Seguin.

Got some Chicken Empanadas, Mira Matcha Iced Latte & Fresh Japanese Eggplant. She got a Shredded Chicken with Cream Cheese Stuffed Coxhina from Pingo De Mel Bakery. I chose the Chimichurri sauce with my Empanada and it had a slight kick to it with the red peppers. There were a lot of stands today and people and I'm thinking it's because of the Father's Day holiday and extra offerings as well. There were gourmet Oysters on the Half Shell, Aperol Spritzers and free Frozen Blackberry Icesticks they were handing out near the Pullman Market. We walked around The Pullman Market but it was quite busy by 12pm. I saw Beet colored fresh Pasta and would like to try one of their fresh Tagliatelle next time. There was a Lavender vendor, Sourdough Vendor, a few Farmer vendors with fresh fruit and veggies, Kettle Korn vendor, Mushroom vendor I've bought Lion's Mane from before so good to see them, Dog Chews vendor and other vendors. Lots of samples around in the Farmer's Market area that spanned from CIA to the Pullman Market. Street Parking is free for 2-hours and there's all-day parking in the outdoor Pearl lots for $13. The Koehler Garage is free for 30 minutes then 2-5 hours is $10 and another charge for more hours. The Oxbow Garage is less expensive but further away. Check the Pearl Parking rates on their website. There are a lot more shaded areas to sit now.

On Saturdays they host more of the classic "farmers market" where you can find local produces from around the area. However, on Sundays they host a "makers market" where is mainly produce and stuff made by amazing local businesses. The market has grown so much in the last couple of years that now truly covers the entire outdoor space of The Pearl. For the summer they changed their hours and markets start at 9am and I believe in winter they will move it back to 10am. They also host a couple evening markets on the weekdays for those looking to stay out of the heat. This market is always such a great time and it is very family and pet-friendly! Make sure to check them out on an upcoming weekend.

Their booth at the FM yesterday was only selling tomato plants no actual fruits but she told me that they sale to local restaurants and that Olivia's can not get enough of their Black Cherry for their salads - that was enough to sell me on one of those babies. I also purchased a Texas Wild which she described as putting out fruit all summer and even hard to kill in the greenhouse when they want them to stop putting out fruit. Pamela is very passionate about farming and explained that she did not even like tomatoes until her husband made her sit down and eat one of their family heirloom tomatoes. She tried hard to sell me on one of those but I know my backyard growing conditions and have never had success with large tomatoes so I stick with the Cherries. Pamela also gave me some great tips such as using hay or oak leaves as mulch and putting some tin foil around the bottom of plant to keep bugs off. They also set up a booth at the downtown FM and in addition to tomato plants they sale jalapeno, zucchini, nasturtium, oregano and chocolate mint plants all 2.00 each except tomatoes 3.00. Great spot to stroll through and perhaps pick up some homemade stuff, jewelry, handbags, etc. Tons of different vendors selling their goods. I'm sure they have something for everyone. As for me, I actually didn't buy anything. I was very selective in my purchases that day for some reason. I spent no more than 30 minutes walking through it. Please note this is not exactly a farmers market... I don't recall seeing any fresh fruits and vegetables or maybe there were some and I just didn't notice. Most of the vendors were selling non-food items. Do check for the days they are open. If you're looking for specialty items, this may be the spot for you! Happy Market Days!

Mostly egg shells and avocado skins and a lot of pineapple rinds. Love being able to dump off my food scraps I wasn't able to check out any other venders as I was heading into work. But chicken and eggs are my main staple. So this trip was great. See you next thyme. Love the parking. There are plenty of small parking lots and also street parking. All free of course. Ports potty's are available too. Dogs are welcomed There's a band that plays off in the back, and there are picnic tables if you want to stop and listen.

This is more like a street party with food trucks, venders and artisans. They shut the streets down. There's a huge stage with a band. Food trucks line the streets. Another area is venders and produce, seafood, and even home made items. Restaurants open their doors, they even have a small table out on the sidewalk sampling drinks. YES, looks like you can walk around with a drink in hand. I saw people selling beer in copper mugs. White Claw booth. ZAO was giving away 12 ounce drinks as well. So impressed. Had a great time. I did pay $3.00 for parking. I'm sure there is free street parking. But since I don't know my way around. I just paid at the first lot of saw that wasn't full. Well worth $3.00. I think it was for 2 hours. Can totally see people spending their whole day here getting food, listening to the band enjoying the sunshine, as the rain storm we got. I'm from Austin, and seriously, I would drive down here and spend the day here. Epic time
