Impeccable service and scrumptious fare alert! This place did not disappoint--every single member of our party loved their food and devoured it, until their plate was empty. The chef went above and beyond to make sure I had a decent meal, even though I'm nightshade, seed oil, and gluten-free because of autoimmune conditions outside of my control. The restaurant was filled to the brim with patrons, but the service turn around was still speedy. I can't recommend this place highly enough. And the parking lot has great views of the Castle Rock itself. We didn't have issues with finding a parking spot near the entrance, but I can see how that might get trickier when it's a busy time of day, as there are businesses flanking it on every side. But don't let that deter you, it's worth walking a block as well. We can't wait to go back again!

We came here for breakfast and had a unique advantage of sitting at the bar overseeing the kitchen and man do those people work! (One man in particular). The food was good, the value is decent but what really sells it is the service. There is a similar cafe down the street that is always overflowing and this place will give them a run for their money!

This newly opened little café located in the downtown area is a place to try. It has a bright and welcoming decor. We went there Sunday morning around 10 AM and were able to grab a table During the busy brunch rush. Our server was warm and welcoming. Food service was quick and the food was delicious. We ordered the Relleno breakfast dish, French toast and chicken quesadillas. Everything came out correctly and it was delicious. The French toast is super thick. The Relleno was wrapped in an egg-roll paper and formed into a square. It came with eggs. We added a side of avocado. The quesadilla can with beans and a side. We picked the potato salad. Everything was good. We recommend checking them out.

Very cool little cafe in charming Downtown Castle Rock. My wife and I came here for brunch today with our local friends and really enjoyed it. The place was reasonably busy but we were seated very quickly. The menu was more extensive than we had expected due to their plentiful selection but we were all easily able to find something we liked, assisted by our polite server. When everyone's meals arrived, they were perfectly prepared. We were all very pleased with our experience and look forward to our next visit.

This new restaurant is cute. We didn't have any troubles getting a table at noon on Sunday. Our server was friendly. The person I'm assuming is the manager was checking on diners, which was nice to see. I had the Mass Confusion and it was delicious. I actually cleaned my plate which I never do. The sausage gravy is the best I've had in the area. My daughter was happy with her chicken tenders and I don't know how you make the chocolate milk but it was perfect. The only downside we had was my husband's Huevos Rancheros. He was very disappointed that it came with one giant tortilla instead of several small ones. He said he might as well have ordered a burrito. His meal looked a little sad compared to my giant plate of food.

Move over B&B cafe there is a new kid on the block! As a lifelong resident of castle rock we were very excited to have a new breakfast spot open up and it did not disappoint one bit we will definitely be back! Make sure you get your parking validated & don't be a lame and leave a bad review on this restaurant if you don't and get a ticket it's not them specifically handing out the tickets!

We come here often for breakfast and it never disappoints. The service is consistently warm and attentive, and the food always comes out quickly without sacrificing quality. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared, and the menu has enough variety to keep things interesting. It is an easy spot to rely on for a great start to the day. Highly recommend.

Shameka like her patty melt. Kenn and Antanaysiah grit that their steaks were tender and cooked to perfection. The Cajun shrimp and lobster linguine was mouth watering goodness. I loved that the Alfredo sauce was made from scratch, The pork chop was juicy and tender; so Asante had no complaints. The salmon was flaky and sweet so Vince liked the veggies that was with it. The bbq bacon wrapped shrimp was devine and sooo good. Josh and Candice really enjoyed them. Jade loved the taste of the couscous with the shrimp. The fries were hot and on point with the garlic Parmesan. KJ said his chicken wings were seasoned with just the right amount of sauce, The salad was crispy and yummy. They loved the creaminess of the mash potatoes and the texture of the veggies. The place was cleaned, neatly decorated and the bathrooms were clean too. Oliver was simply amazing. As I have the past several times here, I went with the egg and carnitas tacos. I added a side of fresh fruit...both the eggs and fruit were very good. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. The other daughter tried the quiche for the first time and loved it. It is one of the better quiches around. Coffee is very good as well. Service was fine for the most part.

It's been our casual and fun go-to spot for a great brunch, lunch, or dinner to enjoy time together or watch a game! We know and enjoy good food and hope it will always be around! The owners are wonderful, and the staff they hire reflect that. Beyond that, what really matters to us, at least, is great food--and Hideaway delivers every time. With the ever-growing Castle Rock food scene, we admit we've strayed from time to time depending on what we're looking for (fine dining, etc.), but we always come back to Hideaway when we want consistently good food, friendly staff, and welcoming owners. We've never had a bad meal. Unfortunately, that's hard to say about other comparable places in the area we have tried (but to each their own). Best onion rings we've tried anywhere (chicken tenders, fish tacos, burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, the Hideaway Signature Pasta--the list goes on), but honestly, everything on the menu we've ordered has been delicious, and every time we go, it takes us a while to decide since everything is so good! Hideaway has become something of a standard we compare to other similar establishments, and we look forward to dining here in the years to come!

It definitely had a kick to it, even without using much of the sauce on the side. Vegetables were good, but when they put the chicken on top of the fries, those end up getting a little soggy. Wanting to try something different, one daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich. While she wasn't terribly impressed at the start, the more she ate, the more she approved, deeming it to be "fine" and something she'd likely get again. The other daughter, also wanting something different, had the green chili burrito. She wasn't as impressed with the dish, saying it didn't have much taste, even after adding good amounts of salt and pepper. The burrito was described as "mid", which I guess means 'not very good.' Doubtful she orders this again. Service was fine at the start, but somewhat sporadic as the meal progressed. Then they added an enclosed heated patio that has more seating than the inside of the restaurant. Our server was really nice. We got the wise guy - deep fried mozzarella, crispy prosciutto, balsamic, pesto, etc. It was a bit dry, as it did not have enough pesto. It had a huge deep fried mozzarella on top of the patty, bigger than the patty, so def needs more sauce to balance all the dry ingredients. It basically tasted like an Italian sandwich, we think they should have just put marinara sauce in lieu of the pesto and call it a pizza burger We upgraded to Wisconsin cheese curds which were very tasty and the same portion size as the fried which was a lot- it was nice. But it was very redundant with the burger since the burger had a huge deep fried mozzarella on it. I think these cheese curds were also mozzarella The Love stinks was good. It was very messy with lots of cream cheese. My partner said it was good but too wet. Fries were good. I would probably order this again . We couldn't finish all the curds and fries, burgers were very filling But there's always room for dessert. We got a S'mores milkshake . For $9, it was smaller than I expected, more of a medium size not a large. But honestly I wouldn't get it again. It was not very tasty and it was very difficult to sip thru the large straw.
