To start off when I first…read morewalked in I was in a panic because I was headed to Michigan to take my kids home and I was supposed to get a rental car and that fell though so I was in a panic on making sure I got my car safe to drive a 13 drive there and back. Chris immediately insured me that I was in good hands and he was going to take care of me, and that was an understatement! He did so very much for me. I don't have the best car and it definitely wasn't safe to take 13 hrs there and back the way it was but when I left it most definitely was safe! I went there with very little money and knew I at least needed 2 tires because my tires were completely bald. And I knew I needed an alignment because I didn't want my alignment to ruin my new tires but I knew I didn't have the money for all that, he went outside to check my tires and he immediately came in and said you know you need windshield wipers it's blade to windshield and I completely forgot about that but he definitely was right (he wasn't trying to get money out of me!), I let him know only had to much money and he said no problem I am going to make sure you are going to get to and from Michigan safe with your kids! He then about 2 hrs later after he done out my car on the alignment stand and checked that and stated to me just to let you know you need front break pads, I asked him if I would make it there and back safe, and he said my personal opinion would be no. Well at this time I was already over $40 out of budget and I was panicking, well I came up wit the money because at this point I definitely trust him and he did that also. I could of not got a better price anywhere else or someone who cared so much about our well being. He did 2 tires, break pads, 2 windshield wipers, and an alignment! He helped me the VERY best he could! I can't say thank you enough because without Chris I wouldn't of been able to get my kids home safely and I could tell that was in his concern! Chris needs the most recognition that he can get he is absolutely amazing! Thank you Chris you got my girlfriend, my self, and my kids to Mi and back safely!

They said I needed wipers that I just replaced about a month ago, but hey what better way to trap a customer than to say you need wipers so I said ok replace them, mind you the tech was a young lady and I noticed she was struggling with the passenger side wiper, another young man comes by and asks her if she needs help, he then proceeds to push up on the hood of the car attempting to help her he then tries himself and I hear the wiper arm slam against the windshield, that's when I had enough, aside from the lady wearing pig tails working over a running engine, I walked out and said IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING THEN I WILL DO IT MYSELF.... Young guy says with a smart tone "if you think you can then try"..... I close the hood install the wiper and walk back into the waiting room.... Was still charged 44$ when I should have been charged 22 because I installed the passenger wiper....managers train your floor techs better
