Happy that a new breakfast spot opened close by. We have very few options to choose from. I'd like to say I'd come back but only if they make a few adjustments 1. Ordered the 2+2+ 2 more. Nothing special about the lite breakfast, but I tend to order basics at a new restaurant to see how well they can make a basic breakfast. Unfortunately, they couldn't get a simple breakfast right. The pancakes were undercooked and just left a mushy feeling in my mouth when I tried to eat it. If a place can't get a simple breakfast correct, I don't have faith in the other items. 2. The triple breakfast. Again, basic breakfast item, yet the bacon wasn't crispy. Ended up being tough to eat. The side of toast only came with 1 toast. 3. Vanilla latte. Great presentation and great flavor. But $7.25 for a large latte? That's ridiculous. Overall for what we ordered and the prices, I can't see coming back here unless they can at least cook the breakfast correctly. read more

I tried Cattle Ranch Cafe for breakfast a couple days ago. I have nothing but compliments. First of all, the restaurant is clean and the furniture is nice. They have quality silverware, dishes and napkins. The service was excellent. We ordered ranchero eggs and a build your own omelet. The portions are generous and the quality of the food was perfect. I also ordered a vanilla latte that was perfectly smooth and finished artistically. The owner/chef, Nef, came out to our table to greet us and check in on our experience. We came to cattle ranch café, to try out this new place. We heard good things about it. But left very disappointed! We had the short rib Chilaquiles and the chicken and waffles. Worst Chilaquiles I've ever had. They were stale store-bought chips with just some sauce and scraps of short ribs thrown on top. They should've called it cheese-less breakfast nachos. A couple of our friends were in the area and we found Cattle Ranch Cafe served brunch. We decided to give them a try, ordered our own dish, and shared the stuffed cinnamon brioche french toast. Our server, Shelby, warned us in a good way that it would be sweet and savory. When our food came out, we were shocked with how big the portions were. Definitely bang for your buck and good enough to split it with another person. Our friends got the crab cake benedict and the short rib chilaquiles. They said both dishes were very delicious. My wife got the cowboy burrito, which had short rib, and she said the short rib was excellent. I got the cattle ranch burger and that thing was massive! After stacking all the toppings, my wife had to take a picture of how tall the burger was standing. I couldn't fit it all in my mouth for one bite and it was probably half the size of my head. Flavors were good and I had to eat the burger deconstructed. The stuffed french toast was pretty good and the savory mascarpone cheese filling was something different. I would order that again. Shelby was great and provided excellent service. She checked in on us and filled our water cups. The interior of the restaurant was huge and very clean. We'll be back to give their dinner menu a try or come here for brunch if we're in the area again. We have been to this place a couple of times and found the steaks to be on point. We were really looking forward to celebrating our two birthdays, just the two of us. He had already eaten half of one. You would think that, especially because the majority of orders for tenders are for children, that they would pay attention to how they are prepared! When I asked my little boy if he could tell they were raw, he said no and thought that it was a new recipe. I can't imagine if he had eaten both large tenders. We left immediately after telling and SHOWING the waitress and host about it. Luckily, my son did not get sick. Never again. Parents and patrons, please check your food here! My family and I love Cattle Ranch and frequent here for breakfast a lot since they have great portions and excellent pancakes. We were excited when they advertised that kids eat free all July for breakfast and lunch on their Instagram page since my kids ask weekly if they can go. Unfortunately when we arrived on a Saturday morning and ordered, the staff mentioned that the deal was only on weekdays. We would be fine with this but nothing on the advertisements mentioned there were exceptions. When I spoke to another senior staff member there was no apology but a dismissive comment that there are signs outside everywhere stating that the deal is only weekdays (which was not true either...NONE of the signs outside mentioned anything about the kids deal and that it's only weekdays). I wanted to bring it up so that they clarify their ads so other customers would not be misled. There was no effort to make up for the misunderstanding and no acknowledgement of the error. Usually their service is great but after this experience we are a little more hesitant to come back. read more

The place was empty inside when we arrived., we chose to sit outside , ( doggy friendly) We are part of a group of 4 people. The service was okay, we saw our waitress about 3 times (she was polite when see got to see her ) Maybe it was time we arrived, but our food was hit and miss.
