    Kids Chicken Tenders
    Norianne P.

This review is just for dinner. The pros: The restaurant was clean. There is a Large parking lot. No wait at 6pm on a weekday. I was very disappointed in the food. Prices seemed disproportionate to quality. FYI there are no prices on the actual menu. Complimentary bread was dense, and butter lacked flavor. For a $50, we got a 12oz pre-sliced, tough ribeye, topped with microgreens and some type of fried green garnish on an oddly shaped plate with a decorative knife that didn't work well. Meat was thin, chewy, and under seasoned. Baked potato was ok for $10. Lobster risotto was very watery with a chewy lobster tail for $26. The most concerning part was my child's undercooked chicken tenders. We got an apology and refired kids meal, but I would've expected a comp'd soda or something for risking feeding a child raw chicken.

Great service & delicious food. The only downside is that the menu didnt have prices but what we ordered didnt break the bank, so yay! The complimentary bread. was dooooo good! it came with TWO spreads, a butter and a apple marmalade (plz correct me if i'm wrong.) Very good!!!! I got the cascade salad. came out to $12. it was small but sooooo goood!!!!! Would get it again. My friend tried the bruschetta and said it was the best bruschetta of her life. My other friend tried the brussels sprouts & the shrimp scampi and would recommend. Fun fact: This place had absolutely no one there on Thursday at 7PM. We had the place to ourselves for 2 whole hours. Apparently its a popular breakfast spot so that makes sense. Would 100% come back for dinner though!!

    Short Rib Potato Hash
    Vera L.

Came in for brunch and there were plenty of seating. I ordered the Short Rib Potato Hash and it was delicious. There were plenty of potatoes and meats. I also requested to substitute the toast for a pancake and they happily did that for me. The pancakes were fluffy and great! However, I did felt a bit rushed as the waitress kept clearing the table when we were still chatting and there were still food.

Short Rib Potato Hash and pancakes

Yelp suggested this place so we tried it. We tried the short rib hash and a short stack of pancakes. First I just have to say their pancakes were good. Really fluffy and had a hint of vanilla in the batter. The butter cream was a good compliment. The short rib hash was really tender and seasoned well. There was inconsistent in texture, some were nice and crispy and some were a poorly mushy and undercooked. Service was average and place was clean. I think it was overpriced though. Still a decent option for breakfast

Short Stack with strawberries and blueberries.

Found this place on Yelp. We wanted to try a new brunch place right after attending church. Located in a strip mall off of Euclid and Eucalyptus. There is plenty of parking available. I was craving pancakes, so I ordered the short stack pancakes with strawberries and blueberries and my husband ordered salmon potato hash with poached egg. We shared our entrees since it was a lot of food. Both were excellent choices and very tasteful. Service was great and staff were pleasant It's a nice restaurant and has quite a bit of seating. Enjoyed our experience here.

The prices are ridiculous. I'm not in Beverly Hills. I don't care if the food is good when the prices are way out of line.

Cowboy Burrito and Chicken Caesar Salad
    Life with L.

Cattle Ranch Cafe has never disappointed me. I have gone for their dinner service and breakfast and the food is always delicious. Today we went with the cowboy burrito and a chicken Cesar salad. I do like that they toss the salad in the dressing. Service is always great, and the restaurant is also always clean. One of my favorite spots.

    Short Rib Chilaquiles
    Maggie C.

Overall a solid brunch place with pretty good portions! We ordered the healthy omelet, chilaquiles, and eggs Benedict. The eggs Benedict's sauce was a bit too tart for our liking. My chilaquiles' sauce could've been a bit spicier and the meat was a little chewy. My only gripe is it's a little expensive compared to some of the brunch places around here

We went on a weekend. It can get packed. This service was slightly slow, but for us it wasn't a big deal. We were outside at a table, so that could have been a contributing factor. It was a nice patio on a cool morning! Sun isn't beating in there at all. The food was amazing. We both finished our plates. I'd recommend the chilaquiles. Their iced tea was perfect on this morning as well if you're a black iced tea kind of person!

Another delicious meal here! We were seated right away and service was friendly as always. My hubby ordered the 2+2+2more breakfast and i ordered the meat omelette with house potatoes (these potatoes are absolutely delicious by the way!) The coffee they serve is so smooth i can drink it black.

    Here he is Chef Neff...

While visiting in the Eastvale area of southern Calif., I was invited to dine at the restaurant of an award winning chef. I must say I was impressed. My experience at Cattle Ranch Cafe was truly memorable. There were five of us and we all had varied tastes. My wife and I shared the Ribeye steak with Brussel sprouts. The steak was prepared to perfection. Tender, juicy and hot. I'm not really a fan of brussel sprouts, yet these weren't bad. I actually eat about five or six of them. The others had breakfast, New York steak and a salad. No one complained and plates were wiped clean. I'm a big fan of breakfast and their pancakes and eggs looked so good. My friend sure devoured it like it was. He left a small pancake triangle on his plate. I wanted so bad to reach over and grab it before the plate was removed. My wife felt the same . My sincere apologies, as we were so busy eating and enjoying ourselves, that I forgot to snap pictures of the food. No worries as other reviewers have done that for me. CRC is a very nice place, but it is not cheap. You get a premium meal for your choice, and the taste is amazing. So expect to pay a little bit more. I still think you will enjoy your meal and the ambiance. I truly don't mind paying a little more, as long as it's with it. I don't want to pay extra just for someone's name. Before we left the chef came out and greeted us. That was cool. Bravo Chef Neff! My vote, great food, great atmosphere and a nice location. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

    Vanilla latte
    Kimberly J.

Let's start off with the good! The location is in a great spot, the inside is beautiful. We were sat very quickly for a Sunday morning. The waiter was friendly and got our drink orders right away. He told us about the promotion for a free drink from the coffee bar or the smoothie bar as long as we scanned and signed up for their rewards. My husband and I both did it, different phones but when it was time to pay they said it was one per table mind you it was never mentioned nor is there a sign. I should've known better I guess. Now the food. We ordered a vanilla latte, strawberry banana smoothie, pancakes, short rib potato hash, and half green half red chilaquiles with short rib. The strawberry banana smoothie was pretty good you can tell it's made in house, mind you it was $9. The vanilla latte I can't honestly say they added vanilla anything it was so plain. The pancakes were dense and veryyy sweet, I think they made it with condensed milk. The short rib hash wasn't great...the potato's were soft, the vegetables weren't seasoned, the short rib tasted like carnitas. The chilaquiles I ordered red and green, the green was super tomatillo-ey like sour and bitter. The red sauce was okay not too much flavor, not spicy. My main complaint was the sauce was hot but the short rib was cold. Over all it's a cute brunch spot but I would go mainly for the vibes.

I found this coffee shop near me so I decided to go with my sister in law. We arrived 10mins before closing time so I was excited to make it on time. Apparently the ridiculously rude young lady working there wasn't having it. She took a couple minutes to take our order since putting in the patio furniture was more important. When she finally finished, she came to the counter with a horrible attitude asking what we wanted. My sister in law wanted a hot coffee and she refused to served it since the machine was "off" already. Then she proceeded to order a banana iced coffee (don't know the name) and again the lady refused to make it since it was one of their most "complicated" drinks to make. We ended up ordering two "quick and easy" ice drinks. We asked if she was working alone... this lady only had rude comments and answers to say (smart ass). It is unfortunate to be treated that way specially when it was my first time there. It is also very unfortunate that the Spanish Latte I ordered was delicious, BUT I will never be returning or recommending this place due to the horrible customer service. I have family in the coffee business and customer service is always a priority, not at this location. Very disappointed with whoever hired her and trained her.

This location is convenient and accessible because it's a drive-through, although traffic can get backed up. The eggs are also more expensive than the ones across the street, and in reality, I really couldn't tell which ones were better. I know some people are sticklers about eggs, but I honestly couldn't see much of a difference between the blue eggs I got from Maust Farms and the brown eggs from here. My biggest issue with this place was the amount of fecal matter on the eggs. That wasn't exactly appetizing, especially compared with the eggs across the street, which were much cleaner. I know farm-fresh eggs aren't always going to look perfectly clean, but for what I paid, I expected them to be cleaner. I originally thought you weren't really supposed to wash farm-fresh eggs with water, but when there's visible fecal matter on the shells, obviously you want to clean them before using them. I later learned that you can buy an enzymatic egg wash specifically made for cleaning fresh eggs and that the water should be warmer rather than cold when washing. Using cold water can cause the contents of the egg to contract and potentially draw contaminants through the porous shell. So if you're coming to this location, I would recommend knowing how to properly clean and store farm-fresh eggs, especially if yours are as dirty as some of mine were. The people here were very nice, and the drive-through is definitely convenient. However, between the higher price and how dirty the eggs were, I'll most likely go across the street next time.
