Ricardo is the highlight of this place, making my afternoons feel much more like I'm home having a good time with family and friends. His customer service is outstanding and he is so kind to me and my family. The tray crashed onto our table and spilled water, hot coffee, and creamer all over me, and our under two year old who started crying. I rushed over to check for burns from the coffee, but luckily it was okay. After the clean-up I was waiting to see if anyone might come by to ask if anything was needed, let me know if I could get more food since I wasn't entirely finished, or at least apologize and comp our meal.
