This location is clean and the food is delicious. I would love to give 5 stars but, I have one complaint. My one complaint is the young ladies serving the food. Let me explain...I have been to this location a number of times and every time I experience the same thing. The young ladies serving the food seem to always be rushing me. First of all, I walk in they are on their phones and don't even acknowledge me. Other times, they are talking amount themselves. When they are done and finally acknowledge me, they rush me to order as quickly as possible. I feel like I'm a bother to them. Placdd my order online! Went with plenty of time to account for a crowd around lunch time! Sometimes apps can give bad estimates on times. Arrived to a very clean location, was greeted by kind employees, grabbed my prepared order and left. In and out very simply. Bowl was a fabulous portion and my order was correct! It tasted amazing!! The only downside to this location in particular is where it is located. It's in a complex with so many other businesses parking can be tricky! Here at 7:30 on a Saturday. As much as I love CAVA, this location is severely understaffed and lacking. There are only 2 workers between taking orders and working the cash register, so the line is moving intensely slow. Couple of items are already out this early in the night and it doesn't seem like they care to replenish so this is probably my most disappointing bowl yet. I can honestly look past all of that, but management seriously needs to pay attention to cleanliness. The trash is disgustingly overfilled, workers are not cleaning the food as they fill the bowls, every single table is dirty, and utensils are out. read more

Food was normal and ambiance is what you would expect from cava. However really poor service. I order a kids pita as a snack and asked for regular chicken. They said they ran out so couldn't provide me with what I wanted. They replace it with Harissa chicken and didn't explain anything about additional charges. When we went to pay they charged me an extra $ because they said I ordered Harissa chicken. I explained to the cashier that I asked for regular chicken and was offered an alternative. Cashier should at the least compensated the additional charge as it was the establishments issue for running out of regular chicken. Either way I ended up paying $12 for a kids meal. Where I couldn't have just got a regular bowl for the same price. I would not recommend going here until staff is properly trained in customer service. read more

I've been to many CAVA locations around the Dallas area, and this was by far the worst service I've experienced. When we arrived, they were out of both chicken and steak, which is understandable, but there was no attempt to offer any kind of compensation or alternative. The employee who served us, Maariya, was extremely micromanaging with portions. She gave very small amounts of rice, and when we politely asked for more, she said we would be charged extra for what was still a minimal portion. When it came time for protein, she took an unusually long time selecting the smallest pieces and even used a cup to measure it out. This has never happened to me at any other CAVA location. Given that they were already out of major protein options, there was no reason to ration portions so strictly. Overall, the service felt unwelcoming and inconsistent with the standards I've come to expect from CAVA. read more

Absolutely LOVVEEE coming here. The food is always so fresh, the service is great, workers are always so sweet and it's a friendly atmosphere. I love that their juices aren't sweetened so it's never too sugary and the pita chips are my favorite with the bowl. Every time I come in, I switch it up and it's never a miss. Sometimes they drown my salad bowl in too much hot harissa but that's an easy fix. Will definitely keep coming back as much as I can. read more

I'm giving it a 3 because Cava itself is VERY good, my rating and the point of leaving this review is because this location is not good. Came yesterday which was the day after everyone was snowed in. The roads were clear but of course people were slow to get back out. That being said, it was totally understandable that the restaurant would have a late start. After all, their employees are getting on the roads to serve us. However people were lined up for 30 minutes just staring into the restaurant, the workers were in there but weren't communicating anything. After waiting for 30 minutes I finally called and asked when they'd be opening and the lady said at 1 o'clock. It was already 12:30 at that point and we didn't want to wait anymore. It would've been nice had they either just come and communicated that to the patrons waiting or PUT A SIGN ON THE DOOR. I drove 18 minutes to the cava in euless, and they had a sign on the door, it's just a common sense thing to do. I came back to this location the next day and they were open but only the manager was friendly. The other servers are rude, they have no sense of urgency, no communication and just generally don't seem like they want to be there.
