Good food, but my goodness every time I come in the place is dirty and filthy. I have to clean my own table. It's off putting. Last time I came in I spent about 40 min in the restaurant with a friend and the tables were not wiped a single time while I was there. Every single one of them was dirty. I hope the management fixes the issue. I generally love the Cava food. read more

The food is always good but very disappointed in the service. I ordered my food at 5:45 online but it wouldn't let me pick it up until 7:15. When I show up an hour and a half later it is not busy and they very clearly had not started on making my order yet. I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make my order. Unfortunately the service is getting the poor review- the food trays were filthy, the girl behind the counter was sloppy dropping sauces everywhere. We were excited to try this place, because we have a cava restaurant back in Dallas and the service, and the quality of the food have been impeccable. We thought that coming to Colorado would probably be a consistent experience because of the overall general attitude of health mindedness Colorado folks have. Unfortunately, the service was subpar, the drinks ran out, the brown rice had a lot of uncooked pieces in it so I had to return it and get one with the regular saffron rice. Over priced garbage. For how much they charge you'd think you would get a full meal but you'd be wrong. Despite asking several times for more greens I got a half empty bowl of little more than a few toppings. I was also charged an extra price for chicken that was mostly fat and gristle and falafel that tasted like it was made out of flour with a few chickpea bits thrown in. I honestly don't know how their rating is so high. I LOVE Cava, but this location is terrible. I have been here so many times, hopeful it will be different, and I am disappointed pretty much every time. The food is either under cooked or overcooked. The lentils are always super crunchy - awful! The sweet potatoes are chewy AF because they're so overcooked. If you come here anywhere near the end of the night, they're out of half the items. The staff are hit or miss in terms of service. If you are lucky enough to come on a good day, at a good time, you'll love it. Went in to dine and I tried using my gift cards, but they weren't working. The girl at the register didn't have a clue so the manager came out to assist. The manager, Joe, was very accommodating and understanding and eventually figured out the problem. This just makes that place that much better knowing Cava has employees that care that much! The food is great here, if they have all ingredients and toppings available. They're lucky I'm addicted to their shkug sauce and continue to come back for more. Service is hit or miss. Either you get the happy, positive employee or you get the one that could care less about being at work. I ordered from here for the first time today. I had a falafel pita. The flavors were excellent. The pita was very large. I had their crazy feta added to it which is whipped feta with spice.That was very delicious. My only complaint is that it was cold. The falafel balls were cold and mushy. Falafel should be hot and crispy on the outside. The pita bread was cold as well, had it been warmed up it would have made the experience much better. Cold sauce, cold pita and cold mushy falafel is not a very good combination in my opinion. The great flavors compensated but my suggestion is serve it hot and freshly cooked. read more
