When the manager stopped by to check on us, I had to announce my own birthday because apparently my friends were not going to help me out with that (some friends, huh?). I had a lot of questions about the proteins (freshness, differences day to day, what was best that evening) and he took the time to explain everything honestly. He made thoughtful recommendations based on what had just been prepared and dietary needs, without rushing or making it awkward. The bowl itself was well balanced, generous, and incredibly fresh. Everything tasted really good, you can absolutely tell when the ingredients have just been made. At checkout, Sam was unbelievably kind and welcoming.
