Ordered online for pickup and when I got home realized my order did not include 3 toppings I ordered, when I contacted the store they said they wouldn't give a refund even though their website says they will for incorrect orders. The manager said something about how it's a "training store and they can't always look at all the orders to make sure they're correct," which is absurd. Nasty. Salty as fawk. They forgot my sauces. Oh, and the cherry on top? Food poisoning. I have been on the toilet for 8 hours. Also, when I was in there picking up my food the employees were having some wild banter about who competed their health test of some sort that morning which I assume is in place for COVID safety measures) and all of them started hollering saying "HAHAH not me!" as Megan Thee Stallion's "Thot Shit" played in the background of the restaurant. Very unsettling for a place offering mediterranean bowls if you ask me. Visited this place after hearing many raving about the food served here, and it is safe to say this place is exactly what I expected; Chipotle served with pita and hummus instead of tortillas and sour cream. The food is very bland and leaves almost too much to be desired for a second visit. If you are interested in a gentrified, flavorless take on "Mediterranean" food than this is the place for you. Can only really see this place as a quick, viable option after a nice workout, but other than that I do not recommend. read more

I office across the street from this place, so I thought, what the heck, I will give it a shot. I walked in, and thought, I will just get a gyro. We don't have gyros. Really? So I got a pita wrap, which is basically what a gyro is, or so I thought. Do you have lamb? We have braised lamb and spicy lamb meatballs, so you don't have gyro meat. At this point, I was about to just leave, but she had started my pita wrap, so I just bit the bullet. The price for this pita wrap on a really substandard pita, was over $14.00 without chips or a drink, you have to be kidding me. I took one bite, and threw it in the trash. Food was good. They have a lot of options. The spicy chicken is kind of salty, but I don't mind it. I do agree with one of the reviewers about the price seem to change. I been to this location 6-7 times since opening, and had three different prices for the same bowl. So the last 3 times or so I have ordered online for pickup and its been the same price. They just opened in August, so probably new training staff trying to get accumulated with everything. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION!! I will say it again, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. I had a 12:15pm pick up, to run in, grab my food, and go. That was not the case today. I walked in and there was a line out the door with a longer line of people waiting for their pick up orders. I had to wait over 25 minutes to receive my order. Within those 25 minutes, the dine-in line had gone through, 3 or 4 people cancelled their to go orders, and some people were walking in, grabbing their online orders and leaving. In addition, by the time I had received by food, it was cold! Uusally the food is fresh and warm but not this time, it was cold. I am very upset by this place and it's clear they cannot handle the volume of people. If they are going to have a location in a busy area, they need more people on hand. This was just a really, really poor experience. If I had time to go anywhere else I would have. I still like the food, it's good but next time, forget ordering online, I'll just walk in and order to go. Ordering online is a waste of time, especially since they prioritize take out orders, very last. I am sure I am not the only one who was screwed today. I don't understand the negative reviews. This is an outstanding fast food option. Everything is so flavorful and fresh. All the sauces and dips are homemade and you can tell the difference. To compare this to Chipotle is wrong.. this does not taste like fast food to me. Been several times and the wraps and bowls are the best.
