We enjoy eating at Cava and have tried them at several locations. However, this location was disappointing. The portions were small and they tried to charge us extra for items that should be included. For example, when we asked for greens for the pita base, they told us this would be an extra charge (no other base was provided). For our dips, we got one on the pita and asked for hummus on the side, another charge. read more

They are open for business! I placed an order through the app and it was ready upon my arrival. This was my first time eating at CAVA and the food was amazing. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I had the grilled chicken and basmati rice bowl with various toppings and everything was seasoned to perfection and very fresh. Walked in today to get some cava. When I walked in, it looks like no one was working there at the stand. not a Welcome in just dead silence. They all actually were just staring at me the entire time until I got to the line and then for a few minutes more all they did was look at me and my girlfriend didn't say a word and to take down what I wanted to eat. finally, it looked like the manager had woken up from the kitchen to decide to help some of the guest up at the front due to their being no one there to help me and the other customers that were also in line. She ended up taking my order in the beginning and then handed me off to a lady that was sagging her pants I almost found it hard to believe that someone could actually be as rude or if not more ruder than the manager. When I had questions about the menu or how much something cost, she looks like she side shrugged her shoulders, and then just pointed at the menu for me to find out . I can understand a certain extent if you don't know the menu, but don't be rude and point at the menu the customer just to look at it when you don't know your own menu. read more

Worst food I have ever tried to eat. The beef was so tough it was inedible. The chicken wasn't much better. We ordered two wraps from the menu,no special requests. The two employees didn't even know how to make them and they were menu items not custom. I ate half of my chicken wrap, my husband just couldn't even eat the beef wrap. Hurts to spend $30 for two sandwiches that went in the garbage. Ugh! Yuck! read more

I placed the order on Cava app to pick up at this location today at lunch time. The order was completed and my card was charged..When I arrived, all the doors are locked and there is a sign on the front door that says it is closed. I can see the staff are inside the restaurant talking behind the counter, I waived at them to open the door since they already charged my credit card, they completely ignored me... so rude. So I called the number of the location and a staff picked up and acting normal. I told her I can see you and I need to pick up my order. She finally opened the door and gave me my order and I asked what is going on with the restaurant and why is it closed??.. she offered me no explanation and just closed the door..The lack of service training and rudeness is beyond....not to mention I was with my two young children this whole time and we were all just shocked by how rude the restaurant is treating their customers!..I will never ever come back to this location again... there are plenty of better Mediterranean restaurants choices nearby and owned by small business owners and I will definitely give my business to them next time! read more

IN AGREEMENT WITH THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS - I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN ON SUNDAY. I've never met someone who would be serving me, and then leave in the middle of doing so for 15 MINUTES to go be on there phone in the back, AND CANT EVEN HIDE IT WELL. Barely any greeting at all - and I had to ask to be helped. They also did not have any: Avocado Chicken pita crisp And the drink machine wasn't "working" (sound like they just didn't want to do it) Also - I shouldn't have to tell them which ingredient is which on the shelf - I don't work here... This was just a terrible experience, and they need to rethink who they put for this crew. read more

After going to this Cava now 5 times it is very clear management does not care to see this place fail. The food is great, which is why I continue to go, but the service is terrible. Only one person is seeming to help those in line, while pre order servers wait around. But if you preorder you still have to wait. The turn over rate is insane to have not seen the same face once in two months. I would not go there expecting any service, but still good food. It's definitely given chipotle next door business. Management needs to figure out their employees and hire people that want to work and can work efficiently. Each time going there the people serving behind the counter do not want to be there. I hope management can get their things right around there. Would hate for this easy food option to go away read more

We were enjoying our meal - the food was quite good - when a severe thunderstorm knocked out power and was hammering the store. Citing "company power outage policy", the manager made everyone go outside into the storm so that he could close up the store. They provided lids and bags so that people could stop eating, pack up their food, and leave. We were all drenched when we stepped outside. read more

I was excited to try this new location and was disappointed today. I got a make your own salad bowl. There was barely any greens placed in the bowl. Not really enough to be called a salad. (Also the lady doing the grains and greens station seemed unhappy to be at work. Very unpleasant being the first face one sees when they walk in.) The dips, toppings and Greek vinaigrette were all great. But the grilled chicken was SO badly burned it was crunchy if edible at all. I ended up digging the chicken out and not eating it. The other two workers in the line were pleasant, wouldn't call them friendly. Perhaps some additional training in customer interaction would help? Restaurant was clean and bright and everything looked nice. I will try it again but will likely give them some time to work out their issues. read more

I am a big Cava fan. I love their take on Mediterranean and that it's a new and different offering from what's usually available. We've been to this location twice and it's been a poor experience both times. The first time we ate in, and the wait was long. One person behind the counter making bowls and checking people out. It definitely made the wait very long. Once we finally got to the counter they were out of some items we wanted. Our next visit, we thought we would order ahead so we could spend less time waiting for food. Again this time, many items were out of stock and when I tried to put my bowl in, it let me add all the items but at the end it just kept telling me that the "greens and grains bowl is out of stock" with no specifics on which item it might be so I could change it. So again, we went in. The line was looped around the entire dining room and again, only one person behind the counter. We waited 15 minutes and the line didn't move (there was also 4 people waiting on pickup orders), so we left and went elsewhere. This location can't seem to handle the demand in the area. Hire more employees and order more food! read more

Very poorly managed. Always understaffed and always running out of menu items. Frankly unacceptable for the prices you pay. I have tried to order ahead online to combat the line and of the 3 times I have tried, not once has the food been ready within 15 minutes of the actual pickup time.
