    Falafel bowl.
    Krissy W.

It delivered as Cava should. Falafel was good. Veggies were fresh. And the sauce was the perfect condiment. The dining area was clean with inside and outside seating options. The service was friendly and prompt. Opted for seating by the fountain in the shopping area's center.

Erica and Chris were super friendly, efficient and helpful even when the line was out the door! Store AND kitchen were clean which is super rare in build-your-own bowl places. This is my favorite CAVA out of the ones near me! Never disappointed. Also gave us fresh ingredients that just came out! Thank you :)

The Baseline: For Mediterranean salad the ingredients must be quality/fresh, the taste must be savory, and the preparation must make sense for Mediterranean cuisine. Food: Tried the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma bowl and it was a delicious, filling bowl of food. The ingredients were fresh and I saw certain items being cooked in front of me. Quality fast casual food. Service: The staff put together my order quickly and were nice about asking what I wanted on everything. Ambiance: Came in to order and go and the restaurant was clean and had an easy layout.

This was a delivery order. I have heard about this restaurant before, and decided to give Cava a try. Cava is a Mediterranean restaurant that serves plenty of delicious variations. The bowl that appealed to me the most was, Half grilled steak and half chicken Shawarma. The restaurant prepared a delicious bowl of grilled goodness. Inside the bowl was your choice of proteins, greens, grains, toppings, dressings, and an optional side. There are many different ways to customize your own bowl. The bowl is large enough to hold a hefty amount of delicious food. My bowl was a flavorful, fresh meal. I am so glad that I made the choice to order from this delectable, bountiful, and delicious restaurant. First time, and not the last.

Great as always, in town for work near this location. Great service, super fast, super warm and fresh food.

I came here with my family for the first time and if I'm going to be honest, I'm not in a rush to come back. The food was great, super flavorful and fresh but the wait time is a bit much. Yes, this place is very popular which is why there is a huge line but with the amount of staff, you wouldn't expect to wait about 45 minutes to get to the front of the line from the door. From my point of view, the slow process is from the staff unfortunately. When ordering, each employee that would take over the next step of your bowl kept forgetting to add something because they're trying to move too fast or they would go somewhere else to help another employee while in the middle of building your bowl, so that would cause you to have to wait for them and of course causes the slow down in the line. The employees are also not that friendly here. They come off as hostile and annoyed. Maybe they're overwhelmed from the amount of people coming in but it just seems like you're causing an inconvenience if you ask them a question about the food or for certain toppings. It made me not want to be there anymore at all and my whole family felt this way too, unfortunately. I may try a different location, but from this experience, I'm in no rush.

I hate myself a little for sleeping on this place, as it is wonderful in many ways, like the many constellations that appear in Zeu's galaxy. For example, we all know that the economy has become demanding, as in expects us to have two gigs, and a passive income stream to cope with it. But this place stills offers a good lunch for under 15.00 dollars, which is honestly, not only a good deal, but a refreshing deal as one can go here, even if one does not have the Golden Touch of Midas. Like today, I got a very filling bowl, with chicken, sweet potatoes, brown rice, romaine lettuce, hummus- traditional- tzaiki, olives, pickles, and some other stuff, that made a welcomed melody of flavors. I also got pita strips on top, which gave my bowl a delighful crunch, so textures play a factor in its deliciousness too! For no other reason, this place deserves its own statue in Greece's Pantheon or Circe's Hall of Trophies, which I am sure she has, not only a pen for the warriors she turned to swine. Another wonderful aspect of this place, is that, like Chipotle and other such joints, it allows you to customize your plate, which means that what you can have for lunch really is incomputable. I think I heard somewhere, that no two games of poker can be the same, because with 52 cards in the deck the possibilities of game play run into the millions or more. Thus, the combination for lunch at this place, might literally stretch the cosmos. I am trying to recall my math class of yesteryears and perhaps the word I am looking for is permutation, as the permutations in a bowl from Cava are quite literally incalculable., less one has the wisdom of Athena. So, this means, that all types of eaters are welcomed from Vegans to Omnivores and every type of biter in between, including those wearing Gladiator sandals. I do not recall, going to this place, and them not having a long line. Well except this one time where I went and waited for the joint to open. But to be honest, as soon as they opened, me and like three other folks stepped in, with measured steps, not like the Greeks who barged into Troy. I really cannot find fault in this place, except that I do not live close to one. I do not have to travel the length and woe of an Odyssey to get to one, for sure, not, but still one is at least 20 minutes from me, so it does kind of feel like a Herculean task. For those who might not have gleaned it by my over use of Greek references this place is Greek inspired fare.

After that many visits, I can honestly say the quality and consistency are second to none. The food is exceptional. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, the ingredients are obviously high quality, and the menu proves that healthy food doesn't have to be bland or boring. Whether I'm grabbing breakfast, lunch, or a smoothie, I always leave feeling energized instead of weighed down. The service is just as impressive as the food. Every member of the team is welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. They remember regulars, make you feel appreciated, and create an atmosphere that keeps you coming back. Finding a restaurant that's both genuinely healthy and consistently delicious isn't easy, but Love Life Cafe has absolutely nailed it. If your goal is to eat clean without compromising on flavor, I can't recommend this place highly enough. It's one of the few restaurants where I never have to wonder if today's meal will be as good as the last--it always is. Love Life Cafe has set the standard for what a healthy café should be, and it has earned a loyal customer in me.

My order: * The Farm Club: You really can't go wrong with this one. The pickled red onions and herb aioli give it such a nice tang compared to a standard club sandwich. The turkey was high-quality and the bread held up perfectly. * Spicy Curried Couscous: I had to grab a side of their signature couscous, and it didn't disappoint. It has that signature roasted cauliflower and just the right amount of spice to balance out the sandwich. It's easily one of the best sides on their menu. The highlight of this visit was definitely sitting outside (inside is ok, a bit noisy and crowded). The patio area is clean, spacious, and perfect for catching some sun while you eat but most tables are shaded by umbrellas. Even though it's right off PCH, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy the El Segundo breeze. A couple Tips: * Parking: The plaza can get a little tight during the peak lunch hour, so give yourself a few extra minutes or try to arrive just before the 12:00 PM rush. * Ordering: If you're in a hurry, their mobile pickup is always super seamless at this location and can help you get in and out or you can take your food and eat in the park like courtyard area. I'll definitely be back next time I'm craving a solid sandwich and some fresh air!

Pretty fine. Not bad. Not fantastic. But good. With the price of everything else these days ($25 for 2 double-doubles, 2 fries and a shake...). The salmon was ok. It doesn't say fresh or frozen salmon anywhere, or if it's wild or farmed. I'm guessing it's frozen and farmed. The blackened flavor helps to hide that. The rest of the bowl was pretty good. The quinoa/rice was pretty tasty. The salad was ok, but I'm not a salad lover. Avocado, fresh. Salad dressing, VERY lemony if that's your thing. Brownie was slightly dry but also delicious cuz it's a brownie. It's gluten-free after all. The best part? It's just kind of a mellow meal. There's a lot of places to eat out in South Bay, but I don't always want pizza or sushi or burgers or steak. Sometimes I just want some chill food that's real and good, that's easy to get and easy to take home and this fits the bill! Pick-up is easy. I love the little area it's in, there's plenty of parking if you drive around. And there's a nice place to sit outside in the back/on the side with CLEAN tables and umbrellas. The last time we were here, it was during a busy lunch and both the service and the food were below par. But tonight, it wasn't as busy and our server, Geovani, was excellent. First, we were quickly greeted and asked to select our table (since they were not that busy). Since there was only two of us, we picked a table for two. But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. Hope you get the time to stop in and I hope you get Giovani to answer all your questions and issues. Enjoy!!!

Then literally 30 seconds later my brother is here, then I tell him he is right right there, he goes "ok, I will let you know when a table is ready", why not use stove common sense & say that a table is not even ready? Sounds like steering maybe because of the 4 kids ? Maybe something else? Very rude and I'm acceptable behavior. Then to add to it, turns out I was talking to the manager "Ello", who is acting in your face and challenging you more like a night club bouncer than a "manager" at a cafe....

My friends and I were recommended this spot by another friend, and it certainly did not disappoint. We were able to try out their Dine LA menu, and everything about this experience wowed us all. From the moment we arrived, we were immediately greeted by the hostess, who went out of her way to move some reservations around to better seat our party (we had 3 people but were only able to book a reservation for 2). I really appreciated this gesture, as well as the friendly and attentive service we received throughout the evening. We were seated on their beautiful outdoor patio, though it seems like you can't go wrong with either indoor or outdoor seating. Now, onto the FOOD: Caesar Salad: 5/5 Damn, I really wish all Caesar Salads could taste like this. Fresh, crunchy romaine drizzled with a spicy Caesar dressing and topped with toasted breadcrumbs - simple, but done very well. I really liked how tangy the dressing was! Chicken Parm: 5/5 First of all, can we take a moment to appreciate the massive portion? The chicken cutlet was perfectly breaded and fried, and the crispy exterior was nicely contrasted by the velvety, decadent vodka sauce and generous layer of melted cheese. I couldn't finish it all and had to take some of it home, which ended up being a delicious meal the next day. Meyer Lemon Pie: 4/5 I love pie, I love lemons, and I love lemon pie done well. The tartness of the Meyer lemons really shone and cut through the sweetness to create a perfectly balanced dessert. The dollop of whipped cream on top definitely tasted like it was freshly whipped in-house. Although the whipped cream tasted a tad bit salty, I still enjoyed and devoured it all. I just wish the portion were a little bigger since it was so yummy! Parking: There is a small parking lot out front, though it seems to fill up quickly in the evenings/on the weekends. Thankfully, we were able to find street parking pretty easily. My friends and I all raved about our experience here, especially for the $45 Dine LA price tag. I can't wait to come back!

If you've been to elephante in Santa Monica, it kind of reminds me of that, but the eggplant is a little bit more dense, but really great flavors. You may have to order an extra eggplant dip, because the ratio isn't exactly favorable towards the eggplant. Got the kale salad with shrimp. The shrimp was cooked to perfection! Kale was pretty good, but asked for extra cheese. My husband was all about the burger and he claimed it was one of the best burgers he's ever had! He got an IPA beer and I got a watermelon mint Mojito. It was really good, but I think I will try the skinny margarita next time. The price is actually pretty reasonable for the clean /delicious food! We are most definitely coming back!

The food is really fresh, flavorful, and filling. I highly recommend the Chicken Shawarma Sandwich, side order of the Falafel balls and Chips that was warm, filling, and fresh out the stove. The gentleman was very friendly, welcoming and service was quick! I love a good restaurant that encompasses greenery and natural light! It just makes the ambiance feel relaxing, comfy, and tranquility. I encourage you all to continue supporting this local mom/dad shop. BONUS: If you or your family has a wheelchair, there is a ramp that allows for easy access to the building! There is parking available, and it has a little patio outside to enjoy some fresh air (or maybe if you bring your little pet/service animal-- you can sit outside).

Super friendly staff, quick service, and the food was legitimately delicious. I had the falafel…read morepita sandwich and absolutely demolished it. Crispy falafel, fresh veggies, great sauces--the whole thing worked. The outdoor seating was really nice, too, with a warm, relaxed atmosphere that made it an easy place to sit and enjoy lunch. So why four stars? The falafel math. $16 for a falafel sandwich is already getting into fairly ambitious territory. But for $16, I opened that pita expecting a small army of falafel. Maybe five? A respectable battalion? Three. Three falafel balls. Look, they were delicious falafel balls. But at $5.33 a ball, I feel like each one should at least have a tiny résumé and health insurance. Still, really good food, lovely people, and a warm, welcoming spot. I'd happily come back. I just need the falafel-to-dollar ratio to undergo some light restructuring.
