Erica and Chris were super friendly, efficient and helpful even when the line was out the door! Store AND kitchen were clean which is super rare in build-your-own bowl places. This is my favorite CAVA out of the ones near me! Never disappointed. Also gave us fresh ingredients that just came out! Thank you :)

Erica at the register was so kind! This was my first time here and she was so welcoming.

Great as always, in town for work near this location. Great service, super fast, super warm and fresh food.

The one staff member there deserves a gold medal- he gets 5 stars. The management, however, was extremely disappointing. We came in around 9 pm, and he was completely alone running the entire assembly line and cashier station, which he mentioned he had never done before. A huge line formed behind us, and he handled the situation wonderfully, especially considering he was very new and left to manage everything on his own. I also saw two other staff members walk right past the line without helping or acknowledging the situation. It made the lack of management and support very obvious. That said, the restaurant itself was clean, the food was delicious, and the portions were absolutely worth the price. Ambiance was good for a to-go location. The Blueberry Lavender drink was also excellent. One thing I've noticed at multiple CAVA locations, though, is that they tend to run out of several ingredients later in the evening (around 8 pm and after).

The Baseline: For Mediterranean salad the ingredients must be quality/fresh, the taste must be savory, and the preparation must make sense for Mediterranean cuisine. Food: Tried the Garlicky Chicken Shawarma bowl and it was a delicious, filling bowl of food. The ingredients were fresh and I saw certain items being cooked in front of me. Quality fast casual food. Service: The staff put together my order quickly and were nice about asking what I wanted on everything. Ambiance: Came in to order and go and the restaurant was clean and had an easy layout.

This was a delivery order. I have heard about this restaurant before, and decided to give Cava a try. Cava is a Mediterranean restaurant that serves plenty of delicious variations. The bowl that appealed to me the most was, Half grilled steak and half chicken Shawarma. The restaurant prepared a delicious bowl of grilled goodness. Inside the bowl was your choice of proteins, greens, grains, toppings, dressings, and an optional side. There are many different ways to customize your own bowl. The bowl is large enough to hold a hefty amount of delicious food. My bowl was a flavorful, fresh meal. I am so glad that I made the choice to order from this delectable, bountiful, and delicious restaurant. First time, and not the last.

I hate myself a little for sleeping on this place, as it is wonderful in many ways, like the many constellations that appear in Zeu's galaxy. For example, we all know that the economy has become demanding, as in expects us to have two gigs, and a passive income stream to cope with it. But this place stills offers a good lunch for under 15.00 dollars, which is honestly, not only a good deal, but a refreshing deal as one can go here, even if one does not have the Golden Touch of Midas. Like today, I got a very filling bowl, with chicken, sweet potatoes, brown rice, romaine lettuce, hummus- traditional- tzaiki, olives, pickles, and some other stuff, that made a welcomed melody of flavors. I also got pita strips on top, which gave my bowl a delighful crunch, so textures play a factor in its deliciousness too! For no other reason, this place deserves its own statue in Greece's Pantheon or Circe's Hall of Trophies, which I am sure she has, not only a pen for the warriors she turned to swine. Another wonderful aspect of this place, is that, like Chipotle and other such joints, it allows you to customize your plate, which means that what you can have for lunch really is incomputable. I think I heard somewhere, that no two games of poker can be the same, because with 52 cards in the deck the possibilities of game play run into the millions or more. Thus, the combination for lunch at this place, might literally stretch the cosmos. I am trying to recall my math class of yesteryears and perhaps the word I am looking for is permutation, as the permutations in a bowl from Cava are quite literally incalculable., less one has the wisdom of Athena. So, this means, that all types of eaters are welcomed from Vegans to Omnivores and every type of biter in between, including those wearing Gladiator sandals. I do not recall, going to this place, and them not having a long line. Well except this one time where I went and waited for the joint to open. But to be honest, as soon as they opened, me and like three other folks stepped in, with measured steps, not like the Greeks who barged into Troy. I really cannot find fault in this place, except that I do not live close to one. I do not have to travel the length and woe of an Odyssey to get to one, for sure, not, but still one is at least 20 minutes from me, so it does kind of feel like a Herculean task. For those who might not have gleaned it by my over use of Greek references this place is Greek inspired fare.

I honestly stopped by mainly to try the café since I was in the area, and I'm so glad I did. Since I love exploring and café hopping, this place was a really nice find. From the taste of the food, it's easy to tell they take their time preparing everything, and it truly shows. I tried the Bang Bang lentil bowl, which was flavorful and very nourishing, and for juice I ordered the Solar Citrus, which was absolutely refreshing. The food felt organic and fresh, with a good variety of vegan options. Kennedy and Meredith were great with service, warm, attentive, and made the experience even better. The overall atmosphere was calm and not chaotic at all. Before coming, I also confirmed whether the café was open to the public, and it is. You don't need to be a member to enjoy it. The café area is perfect for bringing a laptop or book without distractions. I really enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back.

The last time we were here, it was during a busy lunch and both the service and the food were below par. But tonight, it wasn't as busy and our server, Geovani, was excellent. First, we were quickly greeted and asked to select our table (since they were not that busy). Since there was only two of us, we picked a table for two. But, after we decided that we would split an appetizer and an entree, the table for two became way to small way too quickly. Geovani jumped right on this, suggesting we move to a larger table. He helped us move everything over and, voila, we were able to stretch out and relax and enjoy our meal. We started with the pear and blue cheese salad and, wow, we could have just ordered this, split it, and we would have been full. Very flavorful, generous portion that is definitely big enough to share. We also ordered the Sausage & Leek Fettuccine and I was definitely not thinking. Totally forgetting that leeks are part of the onion family (and I have a sensativity to onions). Once the dish arrive, I immediately noticed the similarity and was slowly trying to pick them away from my portion. Once again, Geovani came to our rescue. He asked how everything was and I told him I made a mistake (noted above). He quickly volunteered to have the kitchen make it again without the leeks. I asked, "Are you sure?", and he immediately said yes and removed the dish. Very shortly after, he returned with the "onion sterile" dish and it was wonderful. Both of us were so full you could have rolled us out the door. Good thing the parking garage is so close so we could just hop in our car and go home. Time to loosen the belt! ;) In a week where we have had some personal issues, it was so nice to be treated so well and received such a great tasting meal. Hope you get the time to stop in and I hope you get Giovani to answer all your questions and issues. Enjoy!!!

There's a real chew here--a springy, structured bite that gives just enough resistance before yielding. It's deeply satisfying and makes every dish feel more intentional. The cappelloni shows it off best: that almost-famous sauce wraps around each piece, but the pasta holds its own, so you get that perfect balance of silky and structured. Same with the tangiello--the meat sauce tastes like it's been simmering for days, rich and layered, but the noodles never get lost because that chew carries through. The Caesar isn't an afterthought either. It's got a subtle spicy kick that wakes everything up, and if you add chicken, it's done right--well-seasoned, nicely grilled, juicy with a bit of char. It turns a classic into something you actually remember. Dinner is where things go a little heartier, and the pork chop delivers. Fall-off-the-bone tender, but still full of flavor--not just soft for the sake of it. Jame just gets the fundamentals right, then pushes a little further. I was impressed with the clean and modern look of Jane Enoteca from the moment I walked in. Their dishes consist of several handmade pastas, salads and Italian inspired comfort food. My friend and I chose to start our meals with the Meatballs and Brussels Sprouts. Being a Brussels Sprouts fan, I really enjoyed their roasted crispy Brussels sprouts that were tossed in schiaffoni dressing and finished with sesame. Equal in deliciousness were their Meatballs. The Meatballs were tender, rich and saucy. These starters were a great way to kick off our meal here. For our mains, we got their Paccheri Lisci and Tonnarelli. The Paccheri Lisci had a bit of a spicy kick to it. It has spicy pork sausage sugo, fennel, sage and pecorino. It was meaty and flavorful. The Tonnarelli or Cacio e Pepe contrasted nicely with the Paccheri Lisci. This pasta dish was simple, sharp and peppery. This was more bold versus saucy. Last but not least we had some cookies for dessert. I loved the fresh baked snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies. It was a sweet and perfect ending to the meal here. Overall, I really enjoyed dining at Jame Enoteca. I am now looking forward to trying out their sister restaurant Jame Taqueria down the street.
