Cava is great but not this location. Got build your own bowl and was barely given and lettuce compared the normal amount at other cava locations. I asked for more and was scolded by the worker and was charge double the price. Not a huge deal but $19 for a half way filled up bowl is terrible when it costs me $12 at other cavas. read more

I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and satisfying. The atmosphere is relaxed. The service is fast and friendly. Ariana was especially helpful and pleasant. I follow a gluten free diet, and she cheerfully changed her gloves before serving me--without making me feel like I was an imposition. Rita was also very sweet. Make-your-own meals were a hit with us though some of the additions seemed expensive. Counter staff was friendly and accommodating but did not specify the added costs for some ingredients. We ordered takeout. It was super easy to order online. When picking up an order you don't have to wait in line. Just go to the front rack and select the order with ur name on it. Super fast. Love it. Vegatarians BEWARE: Cava has a great concept to create your own bowls. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. After some experimentation you'll be able to craft your perfect mix of ingredients. Any unsatisfactory meals I had was due to my selection of ingredients, which I have since fixed. Cava would otherwise be a 4 star or low 5 star for me, if not for one experience. I am not a vegatarian, but some in my family are. When there is one piece of chicken mixed in with vegatables on an otherwise no meat bowl, I'd say you done ducked up. While I can't imagine a world without eating meat, I can sympathize for someone who accidentally ingests something seemingly hidden in their bowl that their body will most certainly reject. Seems like common sense to me that there would be measures to prevent that mistake, unless done as some sort of a joke. I'll consider using Cava again, as this issue is likely more of a staff issue than anything else. In this economy it is tough to get a full staff, let alone a good one. Otherwise, if you want a healthy option, this is a good choice. read more

Is like a subway but for salad. You can choose your greens and toppings... or just like me go for one of the house recommendations. What a disappointment eating lunch there. Ingredients where mmm ok, not as fresh as I would like. There were teenagers working in the kitchen, the seemed very stressed about it chopping vegetables and only one rude guy in the counter taking orders and yelling at the kids to hurry up, ugh! As my previous experiences with the former Zoe's kitchen where place was pretty clean and friendly staff, this time with the new Cava was horrible. After waiting in line long waiting for undecided ladies about what they wanted(obviously because nothing in the counter looks appealing) finally got to my turn and I just ordered one of the salads recommended on the menu to speed the process(Mediterranean), then I told the guy: "please no dressing just little olive oil" (is my own personal preference, I don't like dressing) and he got very upset and after yelling to the kids in the kitchen then almost yelled at me too, said "this is a vinaigrette, there's nothing wrong with it! Do I have to explain myself why I don't want the vinaigrette? I just don't want it. No need to be upset! So I replied: "I'm sure is delicious I just don't like dressing, it already has tzatziki in it, can you just put it on the side, please? " offf . Then, frustrated I payed almost $20 for a small salad, saggy and swimming in tzatziki :( The drink station was more that unacceptable: the napkins on top of spilled drink, everything out of place, the pile of ice on the tray, gross. I won't back again to this place, probably they have more orders to go, good for them... as a customer, is better if you order online so you don't have to see the kitchen, or the place, or rude face. read more

I asked for salt and was told the restaurant does not have any . I asked how they seasoned the food and was told with salt but it's only for the kitchen and it's a " liability " to offer it to me. The first time at this location and I have to brag, the ladies behind the counter were amazing. If you've never been to CAVA, this is one of the healthiest choices out there when it comes to 'fast' food. Think chipotleX100 when it comes to healthiness and choices. I could write an entire paragraph on how many choices there are here but I'll save you the time and just say, go try it!! There is literally a flavor combo for everyone. I get the arugula and spinach first, lentils to top that and then pile on the spicy chicken and roasted veggies every time. My favorite sauce/dip is the spicy hummus and the tzatziki which goes very well together and then after piling on some tomatoes and peppers I will have them dab some garlic sauce over the top. I also really like the jalapeno/cilantro sauce but it is a little spicy for someone who is heat sensitive. I took mine to go this time or else I would have posted a photo but it didn't do justice after having a top put on it. I'll say it again, this is a must try spot and it's guaranteed to please anyone you bring but the best part about all of this is that you will feel great afterwards and that is worth its weight in gold. My friend and I went to lunch today at 1/25/24 @ 11:30. We both tried the new Steak salad bowl. This was a recommendation from the young man at the register and I'm sorry I did not get his name but perhaps the manager will fill that in and then we got passed to employee Rita. She convinced me to try the pickled onions...was I pleasantly surprised as I didn't think I liked anything pickled! Then the young man at the register came by to check on how we liked the salads. Upon arrival around 6pm, during its peak time on a Saturday, I walked in to a greeting from what appears to be a member of the management team. I ordered my food with Mario and his very enthusiastic attitude made me feel welcome. I have wanted to try this for a while. Passed by many times but never took the plunge. Tonight I finally decided to try. I created my own pita. I am very picky on my falafel and I didn't have high hopes. I was not let down. This falafel is difference than why I've had before. Not hot and or deep fried. In fact it was just room temp by the time I ate it. That's ok though. It was phenomenal. It had much more flavor and texture than I have ever had. Almost more like a veggie meatball. I could eat these all day. All of the toppings and sauces literally made this pita exceptional. Absolutely exceptional. My husband picked it up to bring home. Very disappointed! I paid $35 for two grain bowls that barely had anything in them and when I got home I discovered that the pita bread listed on my pickup receipt was not included for either bowl. I called the restaurant to let someone know that no one was checking orders for accuracy and the girl who answered the phone didn't seem at all interested in trying to keep me as a customer. It needs to be a horrendous situation for me to leave a bad review. I've never been so infuriated with how a situation was handled. My husband always says we're not going back because it happens all the time at this location but I love the food so always gave it another shot. Never again. We placed an order at 11:50 for a 12:30 pickup. They're always about 10min behind so I prepared myself for that when I got there at 12:28. 4-5 others including a security guard came in after me also waiting for their food. After 10 min the first person got their order (I politely asked when her scheduled pickup time was and she said 12:45). Then possibly a manager came out and asked all of our names and wrote them down. I said that woman that left had a pickup time 15min after me so, she said I'm sorry we make orders as they come in..... Then a couple minutes later a woman came from the back and brought the security guard his food. She proceeded to ask him right in front of us if he placed his order online and next time not to order online and just walk to the front of the line. Then the last couple people got their food and I lost it. 30min later and they didn't even acknowledge me again while I was standing right there by the register. I said I CANNOT wait any longer. It's 30min late. I literally could have gotten in line and ordered and been out already! (I watched where in line the woman that walked in the same time as me was). As I was speaking to the front woman who originally took my name I saw the lady in the back scrambling frantically to throw the bowl together. Manager must be used to it though because she sounded like a robot continually spouting off a website to file a complaint and request a refund. She kept saying we're very busy as you can see..... which that made it worse saying that to me. If I was waiting in a long line that answer works. She threw in these desserts to "make it right." Poor experience in picking up an online order today. Half the toppings from the items we had ordered were missing. The toppings were in my online order confirmation as well as on the pickup ticket but not on the actual item. I don't live close by to get a replacement. So, I called the store and the manager said they were busy and it happens sometimes. I said okay give me a refund. Guess what, he cannot do so since I placed an online order. No apology offered or any disappointment for my inconvenience. I now have to spend even more time putting in a request on their website to get some kind of a refund.
