I finally had a chance to come in and I was excited to try the food. I asked for 2 bowls to go. The first girl who helped me was friendly and engaging. She filled the two bowls with greens and rice and passed them along to her co-worker. From there forward, it felt like I was being rushed, judged for trying to read all the available items, and I know I caught an eye roll. If you don't want a job in customer service or aren't wired for one, don't work in these types of positions. The food was delicious but with the exception of the first girl who helped me, the rest lacked. A lot. The clerk who rang me up even asked me if I wanted a receipt and I responded with a cheerful "yes, please!" but I didn't get one and he walked away. I ordered a Greek salad online. The options were clear. I think I chose too many which in retrospect was confused the flavors. However, nowhere in the description did it say it came with Brussels sprouts. Brussels sprouts should never be on a Greek salad, the flavor is too bitter. I ordered feta cheese and got none. I ordered micro greens and could barely find them. There was something else that was bitter in the bowl - red cabbage maybe? Falafel were overcooked outside and mushy inside. It was pretty bad. My fiancé and I tried this location twice this week, and will be the last. The service at this location is some the worst service I've ever seen at any establishment. The workers seem burdened by the presence of customers in the store and roll their eyes if asked any questions. One specific employee displayed an attitude when my fiancé asked the name of an ingredient, saying "look right in front of you." This was the only question she had asked and there was no one behind us in line, so this comment and attitude did not seem warranted. This level of communication seems to be a constant among the entire staff. On several occasions I've opted into ordering online in order to skip the potential wait in line: BIG MISTAKE. My order has been incredibly late EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today my order was late AND missing several toppings. If it were once or twice I really wouldn't be leaving this review I'm not a Karen & I understand things can get busy. The bottom line is there's absolutely no reason anyone should be waiting upwards of 40 minutes for their food when they ordered it online 30-40 minutes in advance.
