I ordered a Greek salad online. The options were clear. I think I chose too many which in retrospect was confused the flavors. However, nowhere in the description did it say it came with Brussels sprouts. Brussels sprouts should never be on a Greek salad, the flavor is too bitter. I ordered feta cheese and got none. I ordered micro greens and could barely find them. There was something else that was bitter in the bowl - red cabbage maybe? Falafel were overcooked outside and mushy inside. It was pretty bad. Never going back. I don't recommend this place. read more

My fiancé and I tried this location twice this week, and will be the last. The service at this location is some the worst service I've ever seen at any establishment. The workers seem burdened by the presence of customers in the store and roll their eyes if asked any questions. One specific employee displayed an attitude when my fiancé asked the name of an ingredient, saying "look right in front of you." This was the only question she had asked and there was no one behind us in line, so this comment and attitude did not seem warranted. This level of communication seems to be a constant among the entire staff. Gotta say, it was pretty tasty Best way to describe it is Mediterranean food served in a Chipotle manner You walk the line and choose what you want served in either a pita type wrap or in a bowl Very healthy menu, saw many other healthy folks walk-in to pick up orders Seems like ordering online and walking in to pick up is the way to go...that is once you figure out what menu items you prefer Lawerence was our counter guy and he had a good attitude even though he was working at a pretty good pace We will be back for sure! read more

Overall, love CAVA and this location! I just went and had Brianna as our cashier; she was very friendly and quick. I've had times in the past where the line takes longer than I feel it went in a Dallas location and where online orders had some mistakes, so that's why I'm at 4 now. For someone with food sensitivities or someone who is older, this can definitely be an issue. overall I've never had an issue aside from other people being confused on what to order and taking a long time to make a decision, which understandably frustrates everyone involved and makes the line long. Food is good, selection is large, portion sizes are reasonable, drinks are ice cold, and the employees move quick if you know what you want. On several occasions I've opted into ordering online in order to skip the potential wait in line: BIG MISTAKE. My order has been incredibly late EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today my order was late AND missing several toppings. If it were once or twice I really wouldn't be leaving this review I'm not a Karen & I understand things can get busy. The bottom line is there's absolutely no reason anyone should be waiting upwards of 40 minutes for their food when they ordered it online 30-40 minutes in advance. The food is OK. It's never hot or even warm. The service is TERRIBLE. The gal who was working the line stared at me blankly until I said "are you ready for me?" with a smile on my face. "Yeah (eyeroll)". I asked to try the lentils and she rolled them again. The lentils were like eating rocks...completely undercooked.
