The food is great . I would just say the service & ambiance is terrible. Every time I go there , which I go about twice a week, they're always under staffed & always a line, sometimes out the door . They need to hire more help for as busy as that place gets & they know they're busy but it seems like nothing ever improves . I also want to mention , the young man who seems to be nice towards the customers but I over heard how he spoke to his employees a couple times wasn't that nice to them , I didn't like that because those workers seem to do be doing their best & busy 24/7 . this is the second cava location i've tried (first time was irvine) and this location was honestly a little nicer! smaller, but it was relatively clean and well stocked in everything ingredients were all fresh and everything tasted great! shawarma chicken wasn't dry which was nice haha - the fire roasted corn was really good! honestly everything tasted a little better for some reason lol portions were pretty generous in my opinion and the workers were attentive, helpful and nice as well! read more

Placed an online order and they didn't include some of the toppings I asked for. If they missed one thing, I would have let it slide but they forgot a couple of things in both my bowl as well as my husband's. Also, the side of skhug they gave me is so watery, why is that? The skhug in my husband's bowl is fine but what is wrong with their to-go ones? I don't even want to eat it because it literally just tastes like water. It also said that a lot of the toppings were unavailable online but if the things we asked for were unavailable, would have been nice if we were given an option to replace them with something else, or at the very least, a heads up saying some of the things we wanted were unavailable.
