I came again for lunch and it was night and day difference. The first time I ordered online and if you've never had cava it can be overwhelming. I ordered just like I would order in chipotle. I got everything on my bowl. That was a mistake because it was too much and the food just was not good. This time around I spoke to a coworker who told me to keep it on the simple side and go in person. I tried it again and got a rice bowl with falafel humus and crazy feta, then added some corn and pickled onions and super important here garlic sauce on the side! The first time I ordered it had every single free topping and every sauce they had. With the changes and an extra pita. Cava was not half bad. Just know It's not authentic Mediterranean food. I wish they had tabbouleh but that might just be cause I'm a foodie. The only thing I will say it's that you better be ready to wait. The lines are huge and it took me like 30 min to get my food. Anyway food 8/10 service 8/10 price 6/10 would I come again ? Yeah... but for the price and because of the long lines I strongly advise you to try local family owned Mediterranean places instead. You'll help out the community, pay less, wait less and the food will be way better. read more

From the moment you walk in to the moment you're at the register, the staff is incredibly inviting and welcoming. I came here to end my long day with a bowl to cheer me up- but I wasn't expecting the staff to be so kind. I've come multiple times since and am met with consistent great service and food. Today was my 2nd time going to Cava in Rialto. My first experience was a 10/10 but they had just opened so I thought maybe the food and people were awesome because they had just opened. Came back and it was still a 10/10!! Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean, food was delicious, and Vey was just as AWESOME and SWEET as the 1st time I met her. If i could i would give this location zero stars. I placed my online order at 6:48, got to the drive thru at 7. It's already 7:30 and the line hasn't moved. What's the point of online pick up if it's sooo slow. I was in the drive thru for over 30 mins. Seriously the last time i come to this location i can't even get out of the line so whatever you do don't go thru the drive thru. I can't imagine how slow they're inside. read more

My boyfriend and I were so excited when this location opened. We became regulars until things started to go downhill. The food isn't up to quality standards. There have been several times that the lentils have been hard and not cooked through properly, the pita chips are cold and chewy and it's disappointing. We went awhile without going back and then decided to give it another try. This last time was definitely the last straw. There were several flies, flying around and stopping on the food. A fly stopped on my bowl of food while the worker was making our bowls and I asked him to make me another one but as he was doing that I noticed two other flies on the proteins on display. This location is just NOT IT. The workers are all really friendly, but they also have been short staffed and it's noticeable. I feel bad that they don't seem to have much upper level support for a better working flow, food prep and cleanliness for this establishment. read more

Gave Cava a try again cause Baqba across the way had a line out the door place was dead had one person in front of me with one girl making food and another girl sitting at the register and multiple people standing around talking to each other. Customer service is not good here no one greets you no one acknowledges you no one seems happy and I got attitude from a girl that has a nose ring now I see why this place is dead! First time eating at Cava today and it's a thumbs up! Mediterranean style food, lots of selections or build your own. Delicious, fresh and portions are fair with a large variety of beverages The dining area is nice but they need to stay on top of it more. We were there 40-45 minutes and never saw anyone clean the tables, sweep or straighten up the chairs. If they do those little things it will make a big difference. read more

The food and the concept are very good. Enjoyed the food and the many choices. Really enjoyed the drink choices too. Unfortunately, the dining room was a mess. It was dirty with trash everywhere, dirty tables, benches and floor too. The drink station was dirty too. During our stay in their dining room, not one restaurant employee came out to clean the dining room. They came out and helped themselves to something to drink at the dirty drink station. We had a difficult time finding a clean table to dine at. Even the trash bins were at their capacity, on the verge of over flowing. read more

I first went in so excited to try cava new location but sadly that changed when I got in I wanted the spicy chicken the girl then tells me there's no more I asked her like none at all like all of it's gone she said yeah like they aren't making anymore so I didnt want the bowl anymore I left and stepped out of line I was confused because they usually make more so I go back inside and ask someone who was nicer and he said they run out but always make more so now I had to wait in like all over again for 20 mins the girl see me again and I ask for the same thing she rolls her eyes and gives me a little bit that's not a portionable size amount I then ask for a little more she said that it was gonna be extra and only drops three more pieces of meat on the bowl I then get moved down to the dressing and corn. I love corn so i warned the lady is gonna want a lot she does three scoops and I tell her I would like more she then gives me an attitude looking annoyed at me so I just tell her it's okay I was so upset and I'm sure the guy ahead of me noticed how they were treating me because he paid for my food honestly that was the best part of that place sadly the food was cold and not as good as usual.
