CAVA is in my top 3 restaurants. It is so fresh and yummy. When you customize a bowl you can get as many toppings as you want. Every time we go to CAVA my taste buds are jumping in joy! I love how everything goes well together. The workers are very flexible and kind. They don't get mad when I ask for extra and they load up my bowl! When you walk in it's very clean and a cute space to eat and chill. I get a make your own greens and grains bowl. I get the Splendid greens, white saffron basmati rice, I get one scoop of hummus on the side, chicken, tomatoes and cucumbers, tomatoes and onion, pickled onions, pita crisps, cucumbers, pickles, corn, extra pickled onions on the bowl and on the side, and the greek vinaigrette on the side. read more

Horrible customer service. Placed a mobile order at 12:30 and was given a pick up time of 1:00pm. When I got to the store after 1pm there was no line no customers and no order to pick up. They did not start making my order until I asked where it was. I got my order after customers who walked in without an order received theirs. When I expressed my concern about not being helped in a timely manor the associate just shrugged at me. Not even an apology for not meeting the expectation set by Cava. The food is soooo good here- it's like Chipotle and Panera had a Mediterranean baby! So many different flavors in my salad! And the pita chips are the BEST I've ever had- they're like fry bread- gotta get the crazy feta dip with it- I could've made a meal out of just that. This is my new go to spot! read more

Just visited for the first time this week and had a delicious lunch. I ordered the custom made bowl with lamb meatballs and grilled chicken, all the veggies, a bunch of toppings, it probably was enough for two meals but it was so delicious I gobbled it down all in one sitting. I enjoyed The tahini Caesar dressing and OMG you have to try the garlic sauce. Truly delicious and the bonus was very low carbs in all of it! My favorite part was the wall behind the counter was filled with bins of all the different green bases, they had shaved brussels sprouts baby spinach Romain lettuce spring mix, you name it it was on the wall. I really liked Zoës kitchen and I like the concepts where your food is prepared right in front of you, I do not have one single thing I can suggest to make it better, will definitely be back. read more

This location frequently gets my order wrong and doesn't have it ready for pickup on time. This most recent time, they forgot an entire bowl as part of my order. I discovered the missing bowl when I got home, and upon calling the store they asked be to come back and pick it up. My alternative was to refund the bowl, resulting in me having to still go out again anyways to get lunch. I don't understand why it's my responsibility to right their wrong. I should be receiving store credit greater than the price of the missing bowl, or the bowl should be delivered TO ME free of charge. This seems like trivial customer service when a mistake is made by the business. read more

Typically I'm a fan of Cava. Been to many in MA. And we've been to the South Howard location too. But this one? Wow. It was so bad in so many ways. We used the app to order ahead. My gf ordered the Balsamic Date Chicken. They forgot to put any chicken on it. Kind of weird to leave out one of the main ingredients. My custom Bowl was a cold mess. The roasted veggies on it were RAW. Crunchy carrots, tough & raw Brussel sprouts. Yuck. The chicken was stringy & extra fatty. It was repulsive. Massive fail for this Cava. If you are going to replace Zoe's. At least serve good food. This was a miss. read more

Food is 5 for 5. However, the entire experience was miserable. Filthy restaurant where the two available tables were trashed. Trash cans were overflowing everywhere, the attitude of the limited staff was horrible. We were the second ones in line with only 2 other tables filled but by the time we powered through to the log jam at the register there were about 14 people in line. Wwe were charged wrong and sent on our way with items missing. Had to go back and wait. We also noticed they had several tables packed up and stowed away for some reason. Mind you it was 5:45 on Saturday night. I won't say what they should do because that is their business. But I can say this is what NOT to do to run a business. read more

Been here 6 or 7 times since they opened... experience is always hit or miss. Had lunch few days ago. 2 negatives and a positive. On a positive side, the food was tasty, I had a pita with chicken, my wife had one of their bowls, well-made, ingredients fresh. On the downside, the people in here, just do not look happy, the person that assembled our order did greet us. She talked in a very low and monotone voice, and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. She may be having a bad day, and that is understandable, but there's very little enthusiasm with the staff here. 2nd and more importantly, the dining room area was filthy, it was a late lunch hour, so maybe one family of four was dining inside, every table was dirty, was not wiped down, stuff, everywhere. Trash overflowing. As I've always said, very little effort to keep the dining room of a quick service restaurant clean! send someone out here every to spend 10 minutes wiping tables picking up trash so you feel safe and comfortable if you choose to eat in the dining room. read more

Food was really good. Lots of different flavors and options to create your own bowl or pita. You definitely feel healthier after your meal. No food hangover where you feel like taking a nap rather than finishing the day. Service for me and my wife was great. He even remembered us from the only other time we gave CAVA a shot for the first time. Atmosphere was was very clean and simple. Menu was simple as well even though you can make pretty much anything you want. The only hurtle I see is the location. For whatever reason that part of the shopping center struggles.
