Came here on 2 occasions. The first time was for dinner with a friend, the experience was good and brought my husband here for lunch. Drunken noodle - So good! Quickly becoming my favorite dish compared to Pad Thai Alaskan Roll - Salmon, avocado and cream cheese, I was in heaven y'all Yellow Curry - was very good would get again Miso Soup Thai Tea I love the vibe of this restaurant and will be back!

This is the second Mangosteen. We visited both store. This restaurant is about 3.5 stars and round up to 4 stars. It is kind of empty during lunch time. We got the yellow curry chicken to start. The curry sauce or soup is decent like Japanese curry. Not Southeast Asian curry. Great for kid but not for me. We also got the mangosteen roll. This roll has tuna, escalor, salmon combine. I recommend this roll. We also got the seared beef roll. I would recommend seared beef to be appear on all cut roll instead of some area has avocado. Kind of not we paid for as advertised. Overall service is good. Love it. But not sure to repeat it.

Hidden gem! Love that Mangosteen is now on the Tampa side. We originally tried this place in DT STP and it was delicious but it was such a drive so we hadn't been back. When hubs found that they were opened just down the road we made our way over. Glad we did! The place is beautiful inside and staff is so friendly and attentive! I got chicken pad Thai and it was delicious. Their pad Thai isn't made with traditional noodles, they make theirs with thin noodles and they are very sticky. Taste is very good. We will definitely make our way over here more frequently.

Beautifully decorated space with eclectic menu feat. tacos, sushi, Thai and Laotian dishes. I had the Lao Lemongrass, which was an interesting combination of pickled vegetables, curry, and pork belly, couldn't detect the lemongrass. I, personally, didn't love the clashing flavors but it was creative, well prepared, and nicely plated.

Tried this place due to it was new and saw some posts on it. Overall solid good experience and we will be back. Customer service was good. It was set up well, good music, good art work on walls, clean. They had a Happy Hour drink special. Menu gave plenty of different choices more than most places. Food was overall good. Had Spicy Pork Dumplings, a Pork Belly rice dish with pickled vegetables plus Cilantro with rice and 2 pretty good Sushi Rolls.

I'd come back here because it was really good and there are great options. It's on the brink of being AMAZING but it's just not there. The seaweed salad was very tart and the drunken noodles tasted kind of burnt from the wok. The best items were my chicken and veggies and the bang bang shrimp. The service was awesome and our waitress was very attentive. The restaurants decor is beautiful!

There is nothing less than perfect about this restaurant. We went here for lunch, no wait for a table today. The place is gorgeous, it always amazes me the caliber of restaurants inside small plazas. The waitress was charming and efficient But the food! It was probably the best Thai food I have had yet in the area, and we eat at a lot of fusion restaurants. So flavorful, and so much...I took half home and I didn't even get rice!

Delicious food and fast service from Dee Dee. The atmosphere is great. We elected to sit on the patio to get some fresh air. We had the edamame dumplings and drunken noodles with tofu.

The seared beef sushi roll, fried duck dumplings, and Mangosteen noodles were all excellent. Our waitress was super friendly, attentive, and fun. Highly recommend for both the food and the service!

I saw this local gem as I was driving past Whole Foods and had to do a loop around to check it out. My intent was to get a Togo menu, in hopes of dining there tomorrow, as I had a rambunctious toddler in the car. I ran in to get a togo menu, which they do not have, and was greeted by a very enthusiastic server, MuMee. She showed me their menus and told me they're a small chain; with the first location being in St Pete. Since there wasn't a Yelp listing, and the restaurant was empty, I decided to place a Togo order to try out a few things. Our server was very helpful in highlighting some of her favorites. Ultimately I opted for the Lao pork spring rolls, the steak Yakitori, the steamed duck dumplings, the snapper roll and a side of fried rice. While we were waiting on the order, we had a look around at the beautiful renovation that has taken place. The dark colored mural gives it a warm feeling, but the 3 big screen TVs won't let you get too comfy. The music was a little loud for my taste, but my toddler loved dancing with the staff/owner while we waited on our order. The food was delicious and deserves a solid 4! (The steak wasn't as tender as I like it and the veggies were a little overcooked on the fried rice.). The snapper roll was a textural delight and the Lao spring rolls were a hit. The fresh flowers on the tables are a nice touch. The staff and owners were all very welcoming. I hope Mangosteen II is here to stay! We'll definitely be back for their BOGO beer/wine happy hour special.

    Bi bim bop
    Brianna J.

I've been craving the bi bim bop since I got it last, it's sooooo good! The portions here are huge too and the duck egg rolls are to die for!! 10/10 will be back

Saki/wine cocktail was so good. Was a great substitute given they don't have their full liquor license yet.

Good food. Diverse choices. Would give 5 star but portions a bit small for the price.

Best Thai food and sushi anywhere. Their drunken noodles are fantastic, but their ramen with red curry is the stuff of dreams!

We had the drunken noodle, red snapper, and the Tom kha, all were some of the best Thai I have ever had. Great service as well!

Another great find near our new home, and only about six miles away!…read more This was our second time ordering delivery from Xtreme Tacos, and both times everything has arrived tasting incredibly fresh. We had it delivered, and honestly, you would never know it had traveled anywhere. Nothing tasted tired, soggy or like it had been sitting around. My son is a creature of habit once he finds something he loves, so he went right back to the Xtreme Loaded Fries with grilled chicken and the Meatlovers Burrito. He LOVES both of them. Me? I love the Xtreme Nachos with chorizo, but unlike my son, I apparently feel obligated to investigate the rest of the menu. This time I ventured out and tried the pork belly MiniChanga and the ground beef Mini Crunchwrap, and I am so glad I did. I love that the mini items let you try something different without committing to another full meal, especially when you already have nachos sitting in front of you calling your name. And then there are the churros. Dear God, the churros. We tried the traditional, caramel and Bavarian cream, and they are to die for. Warm, sweet, indulgent and absolutely worth ordering even when you are convinced you couldn't possibly eat another bite. Apparently you can. Two orders in and Xtreme Tacos has officially made it into our rotation. Fresh food, huge flavor, fun choices, great portions and food that actually holds up beautifully for delivery. One of my favorite things about moving has been discovering all these new places around us, and Xtreme Tacos is definitely another winner.

Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. Almost everything I ordered was way too salty…read moreand unpleasant to eat. The corn was extremely salty, and the birria tacos tasted old and tough. The cheese inside the tacos tasted like it had been sitting against a burned pan for way too long--it had that burnt, bitter flavor that completely ruined the tacos. I really wanted to like this place, but based on this experience, I doubt that I would be back.
