I bought a 2004 Porsche 911 Carrera from CBM Motors In El Cajon, Ca. This car was a nice low mileage car and in great condition. I arranged for an inspection and it rated as a level-2 car with "1" being the best. Even though the tires had significant tread on them, they were date coded in 2011 and therefore the rubber was aged 8 yrs. and the rough ride was terrible. They should have disclosed that, but I was buying a used, 15-year-old car and therefore it's not expected to be perfect. I bought this car sight unseen and had it shipped to Miami which was a 2500-mile journey. My salesman Osama was excellent and kept me informed throughout the process. He gave me the deal I expected, and I was pleased that I got the car for less than market value. Julieta in the office was also very helpful & friendly. The only negative experience was from the finance guy, "Mike Kodaimati". When I applied for my Florida tag, the local agency reported there was missing info on the title transfer. They accepted it but stated the dealer failed to indicate a required odometer reading. When I reported it to CBM Motors, instead of apologizing to me for the inconvenience, Mike was quick to point fingers and claim the tag agency was wrong & they made the mistake. In the competitive used car market of today, you don't do that type of behavior. You work with the customer to resolve it and understand there are 49 other states with tag agencies that differ from California. I was also disappointed that Caesar the owner, did not chine-in and apologize for the paperwork problem but they are a new dealer learning about delivering good customer service. In closing, I would buy from them again & had it not been for the aforementioned issue they would have received 5 stars instead of 4 stars. read more

I'd give negative stars if possible. Bought a challenger and the next day discovered all tires where bald and had multiple plugs and nails still in tires and had mismatched sizes upfront. They only gave me not even 300 dollars back back out of 2000 I spent on new tires.because they where going to put cheap Chinese all seasons on my car. Kidding me right. All seasons is asking for it on that car. And few days later then the bumper falls off and skewed the car up.. $40,000.00 and you'd expect a better car than this. Not worth even20k. Cars been in accident with no report. Idk maybe Arizona auctions don't report this stuff. .Plus they have there own body shop. Drive line is starting to seriously fail within 100 miles from lot, I can hear flexing of the vehicle through the dash. Transmission is failing . Please be mindful of the money you spend and go to a big box dealer..I would not buy a car from them. Very dissatisfied and this will have a lasting effect on my household. But it's my fault for not going to dodge to buy a new one.. just don't even walk on there lot, they will get you. Be warned! I don't ever write good or bad reviews anywhere for any thing . But this. Impacts life and there's no laws to safe guard is from these lots.. I don't want anything. Don't even want this lot touching the vehicle because obviously lack of care concern or quality in just the fact of mismatched size tires and the shitty job patching a car together and everything starting to show all writhing 100 miles of purchase, just to make a buck of a hard working back.. I just want people to really hear a voice. I'm not mad or spiteful just really really disappointed and I'll pay for my lack of not using a big brand car lot... please Seriously think before you walk on the lot if your going to invest your hard earned money into a vehicle.. oh I forgot the callipers are severely worn. How come this vehicle was even offered for sale with the simple fact of safety not in place on just the tire issue upfront alone. I wish there really was help in these situations for millions of Americans daily dealing with these scum lots. read more

They were able to get me a better loan than the bank so I appreciated that for sure. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because my car wasnt detailed before taking it home and it wasnt noticeable that the windshield had two chips, after a few weeks the windshield cracked.
