We used CC Relocation for our recent move from Orange County to Reno. Moves are logistically complicated and emotionally and physically exhausting, so for a moving company to consistently maintain a 5-star average rating from its customers, that should tell you that they are truly experienced and on top of things. I can confirm. From the outset, Randy was extremely responsive and professional, and the quote he gave us was by far the most reasonable out of the ones we got, which was great. Randy was also a truly genuine guy and I felt very comfortable we were in good hands. He told us we could call anytime we needed, including while he was on vacation with his family! We went with packing plus moving services from our 1400sqft OC townhome to a 1500sqft house in Reno. Thankfully our stuff fit in a smaller trailer so we were able to do a flat rate, but they do bigger moves too. The move took 4 days: one for packing, one for loading the truck, one for the guys to drive it to Reno, and one for unloading at our new house. On packing and loading/unloading days, the CC team showed up promptly on time, explained what to expect for the day, and were very efficient and careful handling our belongings. Our packers Justin, Jesse, and Benito were awesome and even saved us some money by MacGyvering some flat boxes instead of mirror boxes to pack our picture frames. Our movers Ricardo, Benito (who was also our packer and driver!), Isaiah, and Siul were also awesome and were quick and efficient all day despite moving some seriously heavy stuff. I can say now after a week of unpacking boxes that not one thing was broken or damaged (although they do have insurance) aside from a dust jacket on one book getting a little crumpled...that's how well this stuff was packed and loaded. I don't even know where to begin. First of all the moment that I spoke with Randy was so polite and he must have known that I was feeling a little overwhelmed by all of the questions that I received from other moving companies he walked through the entire process and scheduled within a few days. It was an easy process, he stopped by my place to walk through and give a solid estimate he also gave me all the info I could possibly need for the day of and moving tips. I was excited and thought this is too good to be true. Moving Day: My movers Ricardo, Cesar and Siul showed up at the exact time they said they would and we're ready to roll. I was amazed how efficient they were. I had some items that were loose and needed to packed last minute and they packed everything for me and helped me in any way they could. I unfortunately moved from a 2nd floor unit they were like this is nothing meanwhile I was exhausted from all my packing the night before they just smiled the entire time and said they wanted to make me happy that's all that mattered. Oh my gosh! I would totally recommend this moving service to anyone for the simple matter that they have integrity, great customer service, they are honest they will not rip you off, they are professional and very thorough! We all know moving is never fun, but hiring an honest company is hard to find and I can honestly say that this company from The initial call to my moving day and the arrival of the movers I felt completely at ease. I had the greatest experience with CC Relocation from the beginning to the end. First, Randy, the owner came out to bid the job. I interviewed 3 movers, one of which I used twice previously for moves, and Randy was the only one to follow up with me. I met all a second time and once again Randy was the only one to follow up with me. Being in sales myself, this is what swayed me to deviate from a mover I had worked with previously to someone unknown. Also, Randy quoted me pricing that was much more favorable. Now for the day of the move, there were three gentlemen to make the move from Irvine CA to Grass Valley, CA. They were on time, professional and really wonderful to work with. Super fast and helpful movers! Packed up 2 rooms worth of furniture and hauled down many flights of stairs and did a great job being careful (as can be) and fast as well! Appreciated the amazing communication from Josh who seemed to be the team leader for the move. Only negative is that they showed up just after 8am and I had to ask them to move the truck and by the time they did that and I showed them what needed to be moved it was about 8:30 but they charged for that first half hour which seemed excessive and I've never had movers charge for time not spent moving. We were moving from Mission Viejo to downtown San Diego. From a 4 Bedroom house to a two bedroom condo. My wife and I were super nervous about the move since we had a lot of art work and high end furniture. Randy showed up on a Sunday morning to see our house and give us a quote. Nice guy, very friendly and direct. I booked an early morning on a Thursday to avoid weekend San Diego traffic. Ricardo, Arturo, and Francisco moved everything with a smile and were extremely hard working for a very long day, as we had a lot of stuff to move. They were amazingly nice, courteous, and respectful of all my goods as they were being packed. Wardrobe boxes being included is a huge bonus as most places charge extra. Moved from a one story two bed apt to a two story two bed apt. Ricardo, Jose Luis and Josh made the experience pain free and super enjoyable. They worked SO hard were respectful and didn't leave until the job was done. Infact, they had a flat tire afterward and while they were waiting saw us unpacking our car. Curt and team are awesome. We are downsizing so we weren't certain where everything was going in our new house. CC's team worked with us throughout the moving day ensuring we ended up with the right furniture going in the best room. They also made sure that what we ended up with in the garage left room for one of our cars.
