The bowls had 5 giant wonton each filled with juicy pieces of shrimp chunks which appeared to be more shrimp than pork. My favorite kind of wonton! The ramen noodles and broth were perfect in texture and flavor; the donut pieces were crispy and hot. The chicken wings plate exceeded our expectations this visit. The wings were coated in a heavier batter than their previously (likely from a different recipe from a new cook) keeping the chicken meat moist and crispy. The wings were only lightly coated with chili sauce that didn't soak the wings, all garnished with sliced jalapeños. This was dish we couldn't stop eating! The service was 5/5 because the waitresses recognized us, were efficient and more personable in serving us. The ambiance was very quiet for a change because of the long weekend which we didn't mind. We were able to have a quiet conversation easily. Although the place was only partially filled everyone there appeared to eat with slow deliberation and deep appreciation.
