They…read morefixed my hood which was beautiful work besides ordering the wrong color letters and actually putting them on the vehicle without giving me a call first to confirm (he said he was confused why they didn't match the letters on the back of the vehicle when I complained I wanted them changed). They tried to half ass the bumper and paint over my scratches thinking I wouldn't notice but I did. So they needed to keep my vehicle longer for this. They replaced my windshield that was caused by an accident and while replacing it they ripped my leather on the inside that hold the windshield and touched my suede ceiling with glue on their hands. All things that could have been avoided if they didn't do half ass jobs or more attention to detail. They claim to call you back but never do with updates. They shove tools in places they don't belong to get the job done quicker! I could not recommend more to avoid this body shop! Everytime I returned my vehicle to get refixed I left with another problem. Still have issues till this day but I refuse to return. Go there if you want original pieces destroyed and to return atleast once a week.

He looked up the spoiler and told me it would be an easy install because it uses adhesive to bond the spoiler to the trunk. The price he quoted me to install was very reasonable. I appreciated his time explaining the process to me of what needed to be done should I decide to do the service. I would definitely bring my car here if I need body shop work. The customer service sucks and any positive expectation you'd have throw it out the window. I took my SRT Durango here to get fixed after it had just been stolen and recovered. I called in advance to make sure they had room for my car to be fixed they agreed so I had it towed there. Knowing the car had just been stolen,had a back broken window,unlocked doors, and torn out dash...they decided it was a bright idea to keep it parked on a main road for everyone to see. My car then got stolen AGAIN while in the hands of the body shop. To make things worse I didn't find out until 24hrs after it got stolen. They didn't contact me,my insurance who they spoke to the day it was stolen,or the police. They will blame you on the car being stolen and lie about everything. If you have a nice car do not take it here they aren't capable of protecting it or even fixing it. Oh plus their cameras don't work either :) As your replay states you didn't have a key which you were told about when you called me to say my car was dropped off in your lot. Therefore acknowledging the car was in your possession. You didn't have a problem with the key not working or the tow truck dropping it off the day you called me to confirm I was the owner. Your lack of communication,empathy and professionalism is horrendous. Saying because we are leaving reviews is bullying is so insane when your shop has tried to gaslight me and bold face lie about everything during this situation. I seriously hope you change your procedures and customer service, considering I'm not the only one with a horrible experience.

Spoke with Elam Muhammad who told me the price would be $250-$350 for the make & model of my vehicle. He told me "you do realize that holes would have to be put on the trunk of the car". I did not know that so that made me want to take time to think about if I wanted to get the work done. I thanked him and Will who also was there providing information. After doing some research checking the spoiler part that would need to be installed and also getting a second opinion at another body shop, I was shocked to find out that this part is installed using adhesive, no drilling needs to be done to install this part. I was really upset to find out that this place didn't even take the time to look up the part to find out how the install would be - just off the fly telling me that holes need to be drilled. So glad I didn't use them although they are nice and I also think black owned. I won't be back. Don't trust them.

Originally went to this body shop because of the convenient location to where I lived. The first…read moretime I had my car repaired there.\nUpon pick up , I noticed that the repaired section was not painted properly and was very rough to the touch and had no reflection. When I brought this to the attention of the shop and the owner, I was told that nothing was wrong. However, you could clearly see that the unrepaired portion of my car gave a mirror like reflection and the repaired part gave off no reflection at all, just a blurry image because it had not been properly buffed or sanded. After going back-and-forth repeatedly, one of the body repair guys came out and admitted that it had not been sanded properly before being released, so they eventually took it back in after much discourse. Flash forward about 4 years.I had another situation with the car and reluctantly went back to the same shop.Assuming that things would be okay and I wouldn't have any issues. Boy was I wrong when I brought the car in.I told the claim guy that there was damage underneath the vehicle that happened during the accident , but I had to have it temporarily repaired or else the car would not be drivable. There was a plastic fairing that covers the bottom of the car which had been ripped down and broken as a cause of the accident, which enabled the car undrivable, so I had it temporarily screwed up so that it would not drag the ground. after telling the C&O guy MULTIPLE times to make sure that that is part of the claim he neglected to do so. when I finally got the car back, the Fender was repaired. But nothing underneath the car had been repaired. And the same broken piece was still temporarily screwed in when I brought this to his attention, he denied that I ever told him about the broken part yet, I told him multiple times he then refused to have it fixed and demanded that I call State Farm to make another claim. But everything could have been fixed. Had he just Assessed it while we were there the first time. The bottom line is, i should not have to have an ongoing argument about things that you did not do or you neglected to do in the first place. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone EVER. find another place that works with the customer and isn't argumentative or lacks accountability.

He charged 2 diagnostic and tried to continue stating he fixed the problem but needed to look further on something he think might be a problem. He wouldn't answer when we called. I saw what he was doing after he went from 2800.00 to try to increase it. I called him cursed him out. Letting him know that can pay you a visit. I don't play about my child. Release the car tomorrow . Beware of people coming into your community to feed off you. Close up and go to the back of the yards.
