Holy moly, what a delicious spot hidden by a massive H‑E‑B. I have passed this place several times when leaving the curbside section of H‑E‑B. I stopped this morning before I picked up and it was delicious. My oat milk latte was delicious and the burrito I had was superb. There was a new staff member working the front and she was great. Greatttt service. It feels like a family owned business. The atmosphere is very cozy, tasteful, and clean. My friends and I got the bacon breakfast burritos and they were soooo good. Believe the hype! I don't eat salsa, but my friends did say that the green sauce was milder than they would've liked. The burritos tasted great without it anyway. I think my friend enjoyed her hibiscus aquas frescas and I would go back for a coffee - it looked good. The snickerdoodle cookie?? AMAZING. The consistency was perfect for a cookie on the go. It kind of had a shortbread feel to it but it wasn't hard or too chewy. Crumbled just perfect without making a mess. The owner recognized that we weren't regulars and slipped a little something extra in our bags. We'll definitely be back! WOW what a great little place!!!!! I have been leaving H-E-B in Bellaire seeing this little cafe for months. I finally decided to try it this morning after reading the other reviews. The menu is simple, with three tacos and a breakfast burrito but they are spectacular, especially with the verde sauce. Their cappuccino is also very good. Lastly, the ladies are really nice and the service is quick. I will definitely be returning. We need to get the word out about this place. read more

The menu is small, but all of the food is GREAT! The coffees are just the right temp, with many ways to enjoy them. Park in behind the cafe for easy access parking spaces, because there are a lot of customers coming and going from the cafe. AND, their hot sauces are #1. The red sauce is very, very hot, and the best I've had in Bellaire. Goes great with their "a la Mexicana" jalepenos. read more

Went for breakfast tacos and let me tell you the tacos are LEGIT. They tasted homemade like my Latina friend's mom made them. They were still hot 1.5 hours later after I also went to target before eating the last one. I did ask for corn and got flour, but I'm not mad about it because they were SO GOOD. I'm contemplating going back tomorrow morning. It's a cute little converted house and you can park on the right side of the building or across the street by HEB. Fresh, delicious food at a really good price. The hibiscus tea was dark and full of flavor.

The breakfast tacos here are absolutely fantastic! Everything is made fresh daily, and you can taste it with your first bite. The migas and chilaquiles are also both very good, as is the coffee. I could eat breakfast here every day. The ladies that work here are so nice. They will do anything for you to make sure you are happy with your food and drink. The prices are also very reasonable. I'm confused on why this place has ANY stars at all. The 2 women who I saw working weren't rude but definitely were not friendly and the coffee was TERRIBLE. First and last. I get it a small area you want to support local business but COME ON! This place really is gross ...coffee wise. Very unfriendly place. Had a terrible experience here after being a customer since the original location. Waited almost 15 minutes for 4 breakfast tacos to go (one was only beans, like how hard can it be to just dump toppings in a tortilla) with my 2 small children. Eventually we all decided we were sick of standing around and waiting and wanted a refund. Of course the manager told me they were finally done as soon as they processed my refund, but never even offered to make things right and let us keep the food (although that was obviously never even my intention). Asked if I could leave a message for the owner about our poor experience and she told me no, so hoping the owner sees this and knows that the restaurant is not being run properly. read more

Breakfast tacos seem so simple of a concept but there is definitely a difference between good and great (no, I don't think there is a "bad" breakfast taco). Had a potato and then a bacon breakfast taco and they were REALLY really great. Tortillas were awesome, the homemade salsa gave it that extra something. Also got an iced coffee and it was delicious. Calorically I can't eat breakfast tacos often, but I'll be back here when I can. read more

I almost missed it! No signs with the name of the place. And they have two entrances with a different address. Good thing we figured it out. Good coffee. They also provide breakfast food which we didn't try. The Lemmon cookies were outstanding but a bit pricey. Great open kitchen all in stainless which I really enjoyed. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Nice stop if you're in the area. I'll make sure to try the food next time which is done right in front of you. Place clean with concrete floors and glass windows throughout. I went and got a breakfast taco and asked for "potatoes bacon and chz and she was like okay and egg I was like yea I guess but very lite egg. Very small with mostly a large coffee menu and a few pastries - BUT - the breakfast tacos are incredible. They are fresh with freshly cooked flour tortillas.
