    Shrimp bowl
    Char I.

Ya know in hadn't been here in a couple years. I was hungry and looking for something not too heavy to eat after mt workout so I stopped here. I've only ever gotten tacos from here but I decided to try a bowl. Ahh I was pleasantly surprised. One it was a lot of food two the presentation was not what I expected pleasantly so! Their bowl doesn't come in the setup that we've grown accustomed to at the usual tex mex bowl places. But any rate. I ordered a shrimp bowl with pinto beans. Omg it was so good and refreshing! I ate all the parts as separates and totally forgot to mix it all together. But um this is a really good deal for some fresh tasty food. The cashier was very friendly and my order came out quickly.

I had always heard stellar things about Liberty Taco, but I didn't realize that this would be one of my best dining experiences in a long time To start, the exterior is inviting. The signage is big and vibrant. There is plenty of parking in the outlet, but there is limited seating outside, and when I pulled up mid afternoon all the outdoor tables were full. And it was a hot day. Inside there is plenty of seating, and plenty of AC The worker who took my order was incredibly professional. I was greeted, they made sure my order was correct, and I was told they would bring it out to me. This person jumped into action as I sat down, first bringing me my chips and queso, and then my tacos. It was something about the manner of attention to detail and speed that made it feel like I was well taken care of. I also watched ad this one worker took more orders and stewarded the entire space. I even saw them take an order out to a car The menu has something for everyone. Signature tacos, classic tacos, quesadillas, seafood options, veggie options, chicken, steak, etc The ambiance was fine. Again, plenty of seating, a spacious dining area. There were songs playing in the radio. The decor is quirky, but not overwhelming or distasteful The food was delicious. I didn't expect to enjoy the queso as much as I did. Sometimes a restaurant gives too many chips or too few, and somehow this felt like just the right amount. I was given a variety of sauces/salsas that were delicious. Warning: The deep orange one has quite a flavorful kick (spicy). I scarfed down many tacos, and my only regret was I didn't have more room to try others Some tips: I did see a sign over the kitchen door that read "please feel free to BYOB." If you're considering tacos... instead of Torchys or Velvet Taco, consider Liberty Taco Cheers!!

Searched for the place closest to where I was for some breakfast tacos, and this popped up. I originally intended to just get a couple breakfast tacos but their menu has too many great sounding tacos. Staff were very friendly and helped me narrow down my decisions. My favorite taco was the Baja fish one. 10/10! Can't wait to visit again.

The service was amazing--super welcoming and friendly. The location and parking were great. IG wasn't crowded at all. As far as food, the warm salsa was my favorite part. The flavor was great and I was not expecting it to be warm. The guacamole wasn't great. The tacos were a 3 out of 5. I would not go out of my way to come back here. But if someone really wanted to go, I would oblige and opt for one taco.

Finally decided to try Liberty Taco after the many highly rated Yelp reviews in addition to me loving Tacos! I decided to go on a Monday morning and when I got there I was in fact worried because there wasn't a single soul in line. Variety is the spice of life, so I decided to pig out this morning! I order 1 barbacoa taco, 2 egg bacon and cheese taco, chips & queso, as well as 1 chicken taco. All the meat on each on of my tacos was well seasoned, eggs were great and (real). For some odd reason, the Queso stole the show! The only drawback for me was that the tortilla did not seem like it was freshly made and instead store bought, but nonetheless all still great. Customer service was great!

Tasty tacos, fresh. Meat could be more tender and seasoned a little better but overall, decent tacos.

Liberty Taco was pretty close to our hotel after a late night concert at NRG so we decided to give it a try. Chips & Queso were good. Very similar to Torchy's but without the heat. Two thumbs up I ordered 3 tacos: Bacon, Egg & Cheese - Barbacoa - Chorizo, Egg & Cheese. The Barbacoa was fantastic. Very flavorful & delicious. 8/10. The Bacon, Egg & Cheese was pretty delicious as well. It's thick cut bacon that was cooked spot on. 7.5/10 The Chorizo, Egg & Cheese was my least favorite of the 3. The eggs were overcooked a bit & the taco was a little dry. 6/10. Overall, I enjoyed our food & would stop back in when we are in the area.

Found this taco restaurant near the mail and it was a good place for reasonably priced tacos. This was my fist visit and the staff were helpful with food suggestions. The tequila lime shrimp taco was phenomenal!! Thai basil was also amazing. If the future I will pass on the chicken tinga taco, it consisted of shredded chicken abdwas just okay. I had the medium salsa. It was green and not very spicy, next time I will request the hot when ordering. There is a mix of tall stools without backs and metal chairs in the dining area.

DANG! This place is is good. I'm talkin, really good! I love fusion restaurants and they will already hold a special place in my stomach! We had the Liberty steak taco, Kogi taco, Fajita Quesadilla, and the chips and queso. I have zero things to say besides "everything was super tasty and left me NOT WANTING MORE". Usually I hate that I have to purchase more food or I'm thinking about getting snacks afterwards. All I want to do is lay down and rest after eating here. My wife even said that this was the "best fajita" she has ever had and that it was so "soft and moist" when she bit into it. 10/10 will be back!!! Love it!

They do not. But, tacos are worth it. Fusion you won't see at every taco place.

It works but What i found best is to order online because it's faster. It gets really jammed pack in there sometimes. Hope this helps

    Is it cheaper than torches?

Little cheaper. But better quality and bigger portion, in my opinion

We pulled up to this food truck and, while placing our order, I instantly had the feeling that this crew knew exactly what they were doing. The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and packed with the kind of simple, honest ingredients that make great breakfast tacos so satisfying. No gimmicks, no unnecessary fuss -- just well-executed food that delivers exactly what you're hoping for. The service was efficient, the operation ran smoothly, and it was easy to see why there was a steady stream of customers. Overall, an excellent breakfast taco stop and exactly the kind of local experience I look for when I'm in Houston. Saluti.

Alert: Cash Only…read more I've passed this taco truck countless times and almost always seen a line stretching from the window. There's even a security guard on site, which only adds to the impression that this place is fire. So when I happened to drive by on a 100-degree afternoon and found no line, I took it as a sign to finally give it a try. The small parking lot adjacent to the truck was nearly empty, except for a few other patrons who probably had the same idea. Ordering was simple and to the point. The menu keeps things straightforward: a selection of meats served as tacos or plates with a handful of sides. I ordered two barbacoa tacos with salsa verde. Less than two minutes after placing my order, they were in my hands. Fast service on a scorching day is always appreciated. With no seating available, I retreated to the comfort of my car to eat. Based on the amount of grease packed into these tacos, I would recommend doing the same. Eating them while standing could end with your shirt becoming an unintended side dish. One thing to note: don't count on a generous napkin supply. I realized after returning to my car that none were included. Consider keeping a few emergency fast-food napkins in your glove compartment. Those leftover Taco Bell napkins may finally fulfill their destiny. The barbacoa was flavorful, the salsa verde complemented it well, and overall, the tacos were overall tasty. That said, I left somewhat underwhelmed considering the crowds I routinely see gathered here during lunch and dinner hours. Perhaps I'm missing the standout item that keeps customers lining up daily. Even so, if you happen to have cash in your pocket and find yourself craving authentic tacos, this truck is certainly worth a stop.
