I've always admired how CPP has their own food truck on campus. It just makes getting lunch a lot more convenient and accessible. If I don't have time to stop by the food court, I would usually head to the Trolley to pick up a quick snack. They offer sliders, quesadillas, fries, tacos and as well as few breakfast options. But what I love the most here are their tacos! Their BBQ pork sliders are my go to meal. I can't seem to recall the exact price but I believe it was under $1.75 a taco. It's a fairly good portion for a decent price. The pork is tossed in a sweet bbq sauce and placed onto mini flour tortillas. After that, coleslaw is added on top of the pork which is topped off with a orange creamy sauce and green onions. It's the right balance of sweet and savory all in one tacos. The coleslaw balances out the richness of the pork. It honestly the best snack on the go. Great pit stop to refuel yourself if you're ever in a rush. Just make sure to head there before everyone gets out of class. The line can get long sometimes.

I've eaten at the truck several times and tend to get either the avocado tempura tacos, Soyrizo poly bowl, or california avocado burrito. The tacos are made really well and I love the contrasting crispy-creamy texture the tempura battered avocados have. The poly bowl reminds me of elotes because of the dressing and cheese they spread over the fries, and once again, the avocado adds a nice creaminess to offset the crispness of the french fries. Finally, burrito offers a ton of flavor with the tots as well as the slaw, but the price can be a little off-putting at times - it costs $8.50 for the thing! The service is okay too; kind of slow, but hospitable and kind. Overall, I enjoy dropping by between classes and really enjoy the food here, go give the joint a try when you can! ...and make sure you have a nice beefy wallet while you're at it ;)

AKA....Foodapalooza!…read more This would have been a 5 star review had the guys from Grill 'Em All showed up on time. But they didn't, in fact, they showed up about an hour late and took another 45 minutes to prep. So this totally clogged up the Grilled Cheese truck. Luckily, the line at the Nom Nom truck was short enough and my GF was able to order a Pork Banh Mi. The banh mi was great. It was my GF's first time and she fell in love. She had this look in her eye, it was special. There was another burger truck, a cupcake truck and an ice cream truck also on the premises. But it seemed that everyone was here for the Grilled Cheese truck and Grill 'Em All. There was also a jazz band that played beautifully. I think if I wasn't in a hunger daze, I probably would have turned around to find out the name of the band. I'm sorry, I was here for Grill 'Em All. Once the Grill 'Em All truck finally opened, I was disappointed to find out that H-100's and Truffle Oil weren't available. I was so looking forward to the H-100's. So what did I do? I ordered a Behemoth (burger, bacon, and grilled peppers between TWO grilled cheese sandwiches) and a side of Pommes Frites. Watchu know about the Behemoth...

Different trucks every week. 1st week was Grill em' all, Grilled Cheese, Nom Nom, King Kone, and a couple other dessert ones. 2nd week was TapaBoyLA, Ta_Bom, MightyBoba, JoseOMalleys, & NaanStop. Shorter Lines, great variety, lots of grass to sit on, lots of fun Still hard to swallow the prices for these food trucks personally though.

They're typically located in Covina, but I recommend checking their Instagram page before visiting since their location can occasionally change for events. I initially went to the address listed on Google and Yelp, only to find they weren't there. After checking Instagram, I learned they were participating in the West Covina Electric Boba Fest & Night Market. Each pizza is made to order and took about 15 minutes to prepare. I ordered the Diavola, and it came out with a beautiful char throughout the crust that added a delicious smoky flavor. The pizza was perfectly saucy, the crust was light and pillowy, and every bite had the right amount of cheese. I can definitely see the care, love and quality that goes into each pizza.

The food has always been solid. The tacos are flavorful, the portions are generous, and they do not skimp on the meat. It can be a little on the oily side, but for a food truck that is part of the experience and it still hits every time. You can tell the team works hard. Even when they're busy the line moves and the quality has been consistent every visit. The pricing is more than fair for what you get, which is another reason we kept coming back. It had been a while since my last stop, but I saw the truck driving the other day and it reminded me I needed to leave a review. Definitely due for another late night taco run soon.

There wasn't a line at around 5:30 pm, so it was quick to order. This truck accepts Zelle payments, which was huge! After browsing their menu, I ordered (1) al pastor burrito, (1) carnitas taco, and (1) chorizo taco. Despite a large order, everything was neatly packed within 10 minutes. They also included the sauces in the bag. The chorizo taco was a bit lacking in flavor, but I consider it 3/5. I liked the asada tacos a lot better and consider it a 3.5/5. For the burrito, this was definitely my favorite and I'd give it a 4/5. There was a lot of flavor in the onion, beans, rice, etc. The only drawback was the burrito was falling apart with each bite, so be prepared to get messy! One thing to note is that the pepper they gave was very spicy. If you're looking to dine here, there are a few tables in the front that accommodates large groups.

We were one of the only customers there but as we were finishing up our food, a line developed. My wife was craving nachos so she ordered that but I only got tacos. The cashier taking the order was very friendly and the food came out pretty quickly. Food I was shocked by the amount of stuff that they piled on top of the tacos. Most of the places just give you tacos with onion/cilantro/salsa and you grab side toppings separately. I actually enjoyed it because they threw a little bit of everything on there. All the taco meats had great flavor and the salsa had a good kick to it. I preferred the red one over the green. Definitely have to come back and try some of their other items.

It's a food truck, so you're really there for the food, but the staff was welcoming and they were cranking out orders as fast as they could. I happened to show up right as a big wave of people ordered, so my food took a little longer than expected, but considering how busy they were, I can't really hold that against them. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking them out, especially for the Taco Tuesday specials. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu.
