Let me tell you that she is the nail artist that I've been searching high and low for! There aren't any Japanese/Asian style nail artists around the IE where I live. And I couldn't get myself to travel to OC, or near LA for nails. Celia will work magic on your nails! Not only is she talented, she's very detailed oriented and really values your input and ideas.
