I wish I had an awesome experience like some others on here, but I didn't. I was taken advantage of and given nothing. The salesman looked me in the face and told me no one gets this deal. Honestly they took a valuable asset of mine and gave me nothing but switch and bait numbers. So much went on at this dealership that was not right. Their own chat bot was aghast with the details lol which they have now shut down. I talked with everyone Subaru of America everyone and they won't make it right after being told they would. Yes I'm sure some people have an awesome experience but sadly I didn't. I showed the paperwork to my niece who is a lawyer and many friends and they said the same. Nobody gets a deal like this was right. They gave you nothing but a bad deal. A senior citizen who was taken advantage of and the salesman Justo who was stone cold. This was the second salesman after I was ready to leave the first day the floor mgr came over and gave me Justo. My lucky day! The first salesman was rude and condescending and inpatient. The GM would not return my calls or e mails I asked them to make it right and no response to do so. So no I love my Subaru but so sorry I went to this dealership. Sadly the next day I had an appointment at another dealership and well can't cry over spilled milk. This dealership is independently owned. The salesman also used many fear factors. Saying oh I worked at that dealership you want to go to and they won't give you a good deal. How do these people sleep at night. One thing the salesman also mgr gave me was an extended warranty but I already paid for their over priced warranty because finance said I should have it. I'm an elderly lady and I was hot, tired and worn out. This was my second trip to them so it is my own fault. I will remove this review if they make it right. lol they won't they don't need to and they don't care. I have ADHD and I told the salesman that and he says he does to. This Subaru on the repair side is hands down the best one in town. I went in because my car was showing a malfunction with the thermostat for the engine. They took the car in, and despite a miscommunication between me and the person that scheduled my appointment where I thought a loaner vehicle was reserved for me and there wasn't, they were very professional and were able to find me a loaner in time for me to get back to work that same day. They didn't have to do that, and I am very grateful. They were very helpful and timely in repairing my car as well, and I've had no problems since. read more

We will never forget. For nearly a year now my family has been thinking about the car they basically stole from my elderly mother on an all cash deal for her (likely last) car purchase (of this lifetime). She went in for a new vehicle and told them them she did not want to trade her existing car, she wanted to keep it in the family, and by the end of two days of playing an intentionally exhausting and confusing game of numbers with her, based on unnecessary add ons and hidden fees, they managed to take her excellent condition used vehicle (she deeply cared for, over a decade) for penny's compared to what they almost immediately re-sold it for, when she was paying all cash for her new car from her remaining life savings, why would they encourage a trade in on an all cash deal? My mother devistated after the dust settled I called on her behalf (as her power of attorney) and gently asked for review and the opportunity to purchase back the vehicle for the trade amount, the used car manager John said he would sell it back to us, with some potential cost for inspection/repair, we understood and agreed. This began a long series of deceitful behavior from all sales reps involved dodging our follow ups and selling the vehicle to an internal friend of the dealership. In the end they pacified the situation with an extended warranty she will likely rarely, if ever, use. Just read that again and let it sink in, then consider 1 of a million other dealerships. Centennial Subaru - My new ride!! - Auto Repair Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

The positive: The person that helped me, Megan, was easy to work with and responsive. They also provided a shuttle back and forth to my home. The person that drove the shuttle, David, was also very nice and punctual. I provided a 1 star review because the repairs they recommended were well overpriced and unnecessarily invasive. I brought my 2018 Outback limited in for service about 1000 miles early as I heard a pronounced rotational noise coming from the rear of the car. I also asked them to check the rear brakes as I knew they were close to needing replacement. I had just moved to Vegas (the day before I brought it to them) and had previously had all scheduled and recommended services performed a Goldrush Subaru in Auburn, CA. The last time I took it in for service, At Goldrush Subaru, they told me their was a slight valve cover leak. They also told me that it required the engine to be jacked up to repair but that it wasn't really necessary to have it repaired. I told this to my service advisor when dropping it off to Centennial Subaru. 5 hours later, they give me an estimate: The loud rotational noise is bad rear wheel bearings ($1793.58). The rear brake pads needed replacing ($372.88) and they stated that the Engine Cam Carriers need re-sealing ($4,954). The cam carrier re-seal would necessitate removing the engine entirely. Keep in mind that this is at 102,000 miles and the car has been meticulously maintained, garaged and all services performed at the dealership. I had also approved their regional recommended service at $489. So, my bill was going to be $8248!!! I, of course, took the car back and took it to another mechanic I found on Yelp. I also called my friend, who is a service technician at another Subaru in California. He had looked at my car two weeks prior as I asked him to give an opinion as to whether or not I should replace the valve covers. He called the valve cover leak a very minor "weep" and noted that there was no oil on the undercarriage and said to not worry about it. Anyway, after picking the car up from Centennial Subaru ($589 down the drain for a partial service package & $200 diagnostic fee), the other mechanic I took it to quoted me $839 for the rear bearings & hub replacements ($1793.58 at Centennial Subaru). He quoted me $274 for the rear brake pads and rotor re-surfacing ($372 at Centennial Subaru). Regarding the cam carrier re-sealing, he said that it was just a very minor valve cover "weep" and said not to worry about it. He also confirmed there was no oil on the undercarriage or cover under the engine. He also said that there was no way that Centennial Subaru technicians could say if the Cam Carriers needed re-sealing or not as they are concealed and the valve covers need to be removed to speak to this. My friend mentioned earlier, a Subaru dealer technician in CA that had just looked at the car, also confirmed this. I gratefully had the other mechanic perform the work and saved over $7000 by running away from Centennial Subaru's service department. You've been warned. read more

I wonder if this Subaru dealership is independently owned because pricing here is outrageous & inconsistent. I took a used vehicle in for a pre-purchase inspection. I was quote $262.50 + tax & supplies. When I arrived, the advisor told me $365. I mentioned about $262.50, the advisor said it has been a yr since they didn't a pre-purchase inspection, so the price might have gone down and he didn't know. He then checked with his manager and said they would honor me $262.50. After the inspection, I was charged $280.61 OTD. They said they would take the car out for a drive on the highway as part of the inspection. I asked about that when I picked up the inspection report and noticed there was only 1 mile difference from the drop off. The advisor said what's what he put on the inspection, he didn't know what it is on the car. I later checked the odometer and no, they didn't take it out for a drive as part of the inspection. No video or photos taken either. The advisor did show me what they meant by exhaust leak. They were super slow here!!! A couple days later, I took another vehicle to Subaru of LV for a pre-purchase inspection and their price was only $199.99 OTD. They even offered me a ride from/to them. Customer service was much better & faster. Centennial Subaru is bad news! I wouldn't come back. read more

I Got a 2019 a220 not even a month later ran into problems got injectors changed, spark plugs, and ignition coils all because of a fuel mixture code no problem was solved reached out to the dealership they said the car was sold as is let's not add that they knew the sunroof was broken reached out day after I got it and just got brushed off and told to pretty much kick rocks, come to find out this car has an open tsb for valve seats getting damaged and the solution is to replace the head so the whole time the dealership knew and I just got played. **Beware of Centennial Subaru!!!** I recently had an extremely distressing experience at Centennial Subaru that I feel compelled to share to warn others. I took my 2017 Subaru Outback in for a diagnostic. Their diagnosis came back as the short block needed replaced at an outrageous estimate of 12,918.45! I did some research on Subaru's Website and the cost of parts came $3,730.09 compared to $7,448.45 in Centennial's quote. Not only was this estimate shockingly high, but they also tried to lowball me with an offer of $5,000 to trade in my car which is a fraction of its worth, suggesting I should just buy a new one instead. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion from another auto repair shop, and guess what? The 2nd mechanic diagnosed the problem to be a loose coil, to which the mechanic tightened up for a diagnostic cost of $180! This leads me to believe that Centennial Subaru engages in fraudulent and unscrupulous business practices, exaggerates repair costs to push customers into unnecessary expenses or tricking them into selling their cars at a loss. Today I had my second, less than stellar, visit to Centennial Subaru. My first visit was in May of 2023. I was pressed for time and looking for a new car, so I called the dealership ahead of time and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. I explained I would only have a short time frame to spend at the dealership that day but if I could test drive it at my appointment time, and then come back the following day (if I decided to buy the vehicle). They were fine with the plan and said they would have the vehicle ready when I came in to the dealership. If they had it ready I might be driving a Subaru right now, but they did not. After waiting 45 minutes for them to pull the car around, I got up and told another worker that I couldn't wait any longer and left. I never went back. I told one of my friends about my experience and they couldn't believe it because they drove a Subaru and loved every location they've visited. So the most recent visit to this dealership was a few weeks ago when I went with that friend to get their oil changed. I think I jinxed them because they had quite the hassle. They had bought oil changes when they bought the car and the dealership didn't want to give them to my friend. My friend had to call the dealership where they bought the car and have the team there talk to the team at Centennial. Meanwhile, I was sitting in the waiting area and a female employee with blonde hair must have passed me three times and each time she acted like she was too good for me, couldn't smile, couldn't say hello. I'm sorry, but you work in SALES. The main reason this dealership got two stars (instead of one) was their snack and beverage bar. Lots of snacks, soda fountain, coffee. It was nice. BUT I'm not sure dealing with the employees there is worth the free bag of chips. read more

I cannot speak for their new cars, but I can for used my 18-year-old son bought a used car from here . 30 miles after we left the engine light came on we took it back. They would not fix the problem. We ended up paying half and they covered half 30 miles later engine light still on . So then we took it to Volkswagen and had them run a $200 test they came back with a $7000 fix it list obviously I know that everything needed to be done but it's $2300 to get the engine light off. They had us come back in to Subaru to try to do the right thing but all they were really willing to do was put him in a brand new car which we could've done at any dealership. I will not buy anything from here ever. I suggest you don't either. And if you read the feedback part, they never did fix the problem. The engine light never did come off and they try to get them from a $220 payment to a $680 payment which we can do at any dealership and the tech did state that they think there must've been a rat or something it got in to the engine bay but he said that could've been at our house lol this place is a joke read more

i just want to preface this review by saying that i have supported this dealership since it opened back in early 2023. i leased a car here, and that experience was great. i have also come in regularly for maintenance, and the staff have been nothing but amazing until this point. i scheduled a meeting to discuss my lease end options because i have never leased a car before and wanted to know my options. they were so incredibly pushy. i understand it's their job to sell cars. the appointment that was set up today was to figure out what my options were, not to leave with a car the same day. i still have three months left of my lease, and the whole point of this meeting was to discuss the options ahead of time so i could be prepared. i mentioned over 5 times how i wasn't planning on leaving with a car today, and i still felt extremely pressured. my mom and i left very disappointed by how pushy they were, and it made us feel like we should take our business somewhere else when my lease ends. i would've left a one star review if it weren't for the amazing service center staff. read more

Bought a used car there about 3 weeks ago. I have purchased dozens of cars at many different dealers in 4 states over the years and this process was the worst. They tried to stick me with a $1700 reconditioning fee on top of the sale price. Also a $109 oil change fee. I chewed the recon fee down to $100. I got the oil change fee removed as an electric car has no oil. I wonder how many people are so happy about a new car and overlook such items. Jessica the salesperson was nice enough but knew nothing about the car. Maybe you do some homework before your customer comes in. Due to a paperwork change the dealership owed me over $2200 which I had overpaid. I just assumed that they would have a check for me when I picked up the car. That was not the case. Dominick the Finance Manager said it would take 2 days and I could pick up my check. Don't promise and under deliver. It took 15 days to get my refund and I had to hound them. On top of all that there were 2 recalls on the car that were not taken care of. The car is a Hyundai and I know that they can't do the recall. The Hyundai dealer is right next door . You could have taken care of that for your new customer. Have you ever heard of customer service. I had to drop the car off for the day get shuttled back and forth and have no car for the better part of a whole day. Terrible sale process. Facility: Such a beautiful new facility, very well designed, easy to find, open, airy, clean, modern and very inviting! And the best snack area I've ever seen in a car dealership! From the very first text I received introducing himself as my Brand Specialist, (from an inquiry I did online) I felt his positive energy and willingness to help me purchase my dream car, and we hadn't even met face to face yet!
