This is an exceptional dental practice. I am a special needs patient in a wheelchair. I also have moderate lock-jaw (can open the front of my mouth an inch.) Few dentists have all the features I need, but this one does. Their chairs are removable so people in reclining wheelchairs can stay in their wheelchair for the exam. Their hygienists know how to patiently and thoroughly clean my teeth and use a Prophy-Jet to power wash my teeth in addition to traditional methods. Other practices do a poor job am figure "That's good enough for such a difficult patient." This practice makes no excuses. Because of my lockjaw, a cavity in the back teeth could be hard to fill and endanger my health. Dr. Dahman is doing EVERYTHING to prevent cavities, and it works. I get fluoride treatments, prescription toothpaste, prescription rinse, and cleanings 4 times per year. Two cavities formed and completely re-mineralized between appointments, making the cavities hard. No filling was needed for the hardened cavities. When one didn't re-mineralize and had to be filled, Dr. Dahman put a topical anesthetic on my gums before injecting the novocaine, and he injected it slowly so it fell like pressure instead of pain. It is much more comfortable than with other dentists. In addition, they have a tool to measure how much your gums have receded. They take digital hi-def x-rays. They file for insurance payments for you. They are in-network for Aetna, Metropolitan, Cigna, and Delta. They tell how you need to improve your home care without making you feel bad about yourself. They tell you your costs upfront. What more can I say but that if you've ever had trouble getting good care, this practice will treat you right! read more

I had my first panic attack while getting an implant with a dentist who does not use anesthesia. It was a nightmare! I waited years to get the courage to go back to any dentist, though I really needed a lot of work. A dentist close to my job recommended the Center for Dental Anesthesia and I called to make an appointment. No recordings, no bots, no pressing numbers, just a chat with Stephanie, who was so nice. I went in for a consultation and Melisa guided me patiently through the whole process like an old friend. She helped me understand what work I needed and how it would be done. She answered all my questions and even helped me arrange financing. She was there every step of the way. Then, Ebony was amazing! She personally went out of her way to help me with my transportation needs and couldn't have been nicer. Look, if you have any fear of the dentist or you need special attention for any reason, just call Stephanie and ask her to book you with Dr. Mady. He is amazing. Very bright, very professional and very kind. They use all the latest technology in their office. This is a peaceful, warm, clean, comfortable office where they treat you like an old friend (they play good music, too!) . Our son, age 33, has special needs. He has been coming here every six months for many years. He has had dental work done under anesthesia and while awake. I cannot express enough how confident we are in the outcome of the procedure. Everything is always explained to us in detail and the whole staff has a way of totally understanding dealing with someone with special needs. It takes a special team to be able to put one's anxieties at rest and this Center achieves that. The whole office is beautiful with the latest in equipment, etc. and you are put at ease just looking around. Our son feels comfortable when he comes for his appointments and that means the world to us as parents, He had a gum abscess last Friday, I called the office and was told to bring him right in, which we did, and he was treated. We went back again yesterday for a follow-up and a cleaning so the infection would not come back. This is a dental office that will exceed one's expectations of easing fears of procedures that need to be done. From the front desk, to the hygienist to the doctors we thank you for providing services to our son with the utmost care and concern of how the experience affects him. Fear of the dentist is an understatement, when it comes to me and my mouth. I expect the absolute worst of everything, and somehow my first appointment was a hoot. The entire staff was fun and friendly. Yes, I actually said fun! Of course, it's easy to be relaxed on the first exam, they aren't doing anything. My first impression of Dr Duffy was- "is this guy for real?" He can read you like a book! When you have that, "I have a question", look, he stops mid-sentence, and asks, "what is your question?" No-one does that anymore!!! Today is 12/11/2019, and my procedure was on Friday the 6th. Everything went very well. I have had almost no pain, after 2 extractions, some fillings, a couple of crowns, and the dreaded DEEP cleaning. Dr. Allison Nassif "ROCKS" the IV world. She started my IV so fast, that I didn't feel it! Ms Betty gave me a hug, and the next thing I know, Dr Duffy is asking if I was ready for a cup of coffee! I was taken back at 7:30, and was sitting on my couch at 10:30- I live an hour away. Today, I am finally doing a happy dance! I don't have to sit around dreading having this stuff done, anymore. I have been a patient at this office for many years and was nervous when my dentist retired and I had to start with someone new. Unfortunately, due to health reasons I was loosing all of my teeth. Dr. Dahman picked up in my case at a complicated time because I had one more surgery and then we had to create a new bite along with new teeth. We replaced everything six months ago and I just went for my check up today and I couldn't be happier. My life feels normal again and my new teeth and implants are very stable and strong. I can eat anything I want and socialize now more than ever. Dr. Dahman was not only professional and an excellent dentist and surgeon, he truely cares about his patients and I never experiened any pain or discomfort during his care. I'm Corina's Mom and would like to review on our experiences with the Center for Dental Anesthesia. We've been coming here for years and have always had a tremendous experience. It used to be so hard for Corina to face a dentist unti we changed and began using CDA. Everyone is so nice that it makes it a joy to come to an appointment. Lavinia is so warm and friendly and now her new cohort, Allison fits right in the same mold. Corina's most recent experience with Carli as her tech for cleaning and the dentist who did her exam as her tech was certainly excellent, and she just loves the whole staff. Dr Mady and his staff take the fear out of going to the dentist! Dr Mady isn't only nice but the office atmosphere is very calming. And while other dental practices offer sedation dentistry - by giving you a pill - Dr Mady has a board certified anesthesiologist who makes sure the patient is safely sedated while Dr Mady does the work. Dr Snyder started this practice years ago to help patients who have a fear of the dentist or who are challenged and Dr Mady continues Dr Snyder's good work today.
