Be Aware, This is really going to impact you at the end of your lease. Do not sign your agreement unless they completely verify your carpet and flooring. we got screwed out of our deposit and 3200 dollars because we lived there for 2 yrs and their contract mentioned if we're there for 2 yrs we are responsible for all the wear and tear so even their dishwasher was having problems and we notified them and no one came to help fix it because they already knew they're going to charge us hefty after we leave. if you have to go 1 block down and lease somewhere else, do that, I am telling you. you will be paying $4000-$6000 dollars more than what you expect after you leave unless your lease term is below 12 months. if you live there over 2 yrs, you are screwed. I could've hired an attorney but who's going to hire an attorney for 3200 dollars, they already know this and they just scammers Basically, their contract says, you have to buy laminate flooring, new carpets, and no matter how much you clean, they will take your deposit plus more! - poor elevator service, poor security, and maintenance team - poor management and customer service. - poor service overall - they have broken vehicles in the gated security area - their security guys smoke weed outside while people come and go - they had worms and insects crawling on our floors and no one ever fixed it wee had no pets, no kids or babies, me and my wife were always at work and we were actually out of town probably 7 months out of the full term of our agreement, basically, they will set you up for failure. I was shocked knowing this is actually an Irvine Company because most of my experience I have had with their commercial properties and they're usually exceptional at customer service and organization. I think they may be doing this because there are lots of immigrants living there and they like to treat everyone poorly since they have a stacked up legal team behind their back and they have a deep lease agreement. even their inspector told us to not worry about the flooring but then after 10 days they sent us this 3200 dollars bill after taking all of our deposit, we had paid a cleaner to clean the whole house and they still charged us the whole amount. Their laminate flooring is super cheap, and they blame us for doing this while they had open tickets for maintenance and they didn't take care of it at all. **READ your agreement before signing** do not get excited signing their agreements before reviewing each step! no apartment would ever do this** This is their response below: Be aware of these before signing a lease -"I (we) have inspected the above apartment and, except as noted above, have (a) not observed mold, mildew or moisture, and (b) found the apartment to be in good and clean condition, with no spots, stains, marks or other damage." -"I (we) understand that all discrepancies other than those noted above are my/our responsibility and, if not sooner repaired, will be repaired upon move-out and deducted from my/our Security Deposit." **we opened multiple tickets about the dishwasher but they didn't respond to us** The work order that notated the flooring condition that was submitted for May 2019 would not constitute normal wear and tear as this was after about 2 years of residency and does fall under the resident's obligation at that point in time. In regards to the pre-move out inspection, this is only an estimate that is given and is not an official or final scope of work, as there is always the possibility that other items are found after move out that need to be addressed in the apartment. As these pictures do not depict normal wear and tear, the flooring replacement charge does stand. ** Part 3: about the insects, this ended up being not a big deal to them** now imagine worms crawling on your bedsheets and they find this to be ok but not cheap Chinese laminate flooring that obviously will be teared up with a damaged dishwasher that is their responsibility from the fist place In regards to the insects described in your apartment home, the office did email you back when you reached out regarding this and we let you know that this is something our exterminator can take a look at and to treat for your apartment home. However, we did not receive a response back to set up this appointment with our exterminator as suggested. read more

There is a Computer Room, a Game room with the largest TV's we have ever seem. The TV's are complimented with steroe surround sound through out the rooms. There are Gas Powered Fireplaces Outoside for relaxing enjoyment and community BBQ Grills that are Miraculously Cleaned, as if new, every single day in the morning hours by the Amazing Cleaning Crew. Inside the Community, it is surrounded by Beautiful Palm Trees, Flowers and Floral arrangements that are maintained and even changed when needed by the hardworking Grounds Keeping Crew. The Centerpointe Apartment Community is a gated and locked community with a roaming security staff. The Community uses FOB Techchnology to enter and has a working intercom system which is coded to your cell phone to allow guest to enter. There is a true sence of safety and security. Community Common Get Toghther Areas are truly magnificant. These areas are wonderful to host your guests and have a nice fun time outside. The Outside Common Areas and Rooms are always closed down in the evening in acordance to the Lease Agreement so you never have to worry about loud noises at night keeping you awake. However, as mentioned, there is plent of time for having fun here and believce me, there is alot of good clean fun! You can hear laughing and a livley time though out the week and wekeends. The Maintenance Staff which is ran by Marcos and Richie is top notch. We have never experienced such service and skilled proffessionalism form a Maintnance Crew. As a tenant you are able to create a maintenance ticket to the centerpointe APP from everything to changing a lightbulb or having your HVAC system looked at if you need. You can also call to the front desk if you like also. You can choose to have the maintance arrive anytime even when not home or at a specific time when you are home. I trust the Maintance Staff implicity not only with being able to reslove and fix my maintance issues but to come into my familys apartmemt even when we are not home. They certainly understand how to hire the right maintance staff and the training in top notch for any new hires that come as well. We like them all. Speaking of the Front leasing office staff, Resident Services are always manning the front leasing office to field questions and reslove issues for cuurent residents and potential new residents as well. Tiffany is always Professional, knowlegable and always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you Tiffany. The Main reason that this Community is able to run so smoothly is because if its Managing Team. Donald and Ivan are true proffessionals in thier field and it shows every day in the daily maintance of this over 700 Unit spectacular complex. We always are in amzment that they are availablke to us when needed with all that is going on. If there was ever a time that they could not see us at a particular time beacuse they were running the communty issues, they always get back in a timely fahion and it is always appreciated. They run a tight ship and make it seem effortless. We do not know how they do this. Both Donald and Ivan are Credits to thoer industry and Centerpointe Community is luck to have them. My family has moved to two States from New York City over the past 4 years. The first was Nevada and then California which was during C19. When we first arrived for a self guided tour and viewing of the property and apartments we immediately felt like we were on vacation in the most beautiful resort that you only see in movies or commercials. The grounds were impeccably clean and lush with trees and plants. The pools and immenties were new and high tech. Pure bliss. The apartments are the best layouts we have ever seen. The appliances are all stainless steel and seem to be brand new. We immediately asked for an application. We met and started doing business with their leasing specialist Tatiana. She was kind, professional, experienced and made the process easy for us. Tatiana streamlined the entire process and was readily available with answers to questions. If she was off or with other potential renters the other leasing specialist such as Christine, and Stephanie were able to answer or complete tasks as if I were dealing with them the entire time. Completely professional well trained staff, all around nice and good people. Now as tenants, we are equally impressed with how the Centerpointe Community is ran. Resident Services are whom we deal with for any questions or requests as tenants. This is when we were introduced to management as well. Mckenna the Community Manager and Jennika the Assistant Manager put together a very wonderful staff that are very well trained to make the living experience truly the best we have ever experienced. Every single person I have met or spoke to on the phone are all on the same page. Respect for where they work and for where we live as tenants. Centerpointe is a rare experience for us where you actually get what you pay for. We are safe and taken care of as tenants. Pampered really, it is truly appreciated. A word or two on safety. There is security that walks the grounds. The grounds are nicely locked down using high technology and key fobs. The cleaning staff are the best I have ever experienced. The grounds are cleaned daily. Everyday we wake up and look out our window or patio we are in complete awe on the cleanliness as if the entire Centerpointe Community was wiped clean, unbelievable. BBQ's are cleaned like new every morning. garbage thrown out and picked up. flooring is power washed. Pool is always monitored and kept up to the highest standards. By the way, Salt Water pools, insain. All the Cleaning staff are wonderful people who take pride in their jobs and in Centerpointe. Maintenance staff, you can call in your requests or use the Centerpointe Application, I am 50/50, the app is amazing and works 100 percent, but some issues I need to talk to the Resident Services. You are alerted by email and text message of the progress of your maintenance request and I never waited more than 24 hrs, usually with in the same day. Maintenance are friendly and knowledgeable in their job as well as policy and procedure of the Centerpoint Community. Amazon Lockers also use Text, Centerpointe App, and email to alert when there is a package. The USPS postal boxes are large and the system for delivery is extremely efficient, the best actually. School bus picks up our son at a location set up by the building and is safe and just another thing that was well thought out. We are obvious fans of the Centerpointe Community and its Staff, and we are not the only ones. Small Shout out, to Holly, Allison., Samantha, Stephanie, and to everyone else. I have been living at Centerpointe for about a year now. The unit is beautiful and I love the high ceilings which brings in a lot of natural light. I enjoy the amenities such as their two big pools, bbq grills, and 24 hour fitness gym. The maintenance staff and residence office staff have always been friendly and helpful. This is an apartment complex so it's very normal to hear your neighbors. If you are sensitive to sounds, maybe don't live in a multi-floor apartment. I have neurotic neighbors downstairs who constantly complain that they hear footsteps, drawers and doors opening and closing, etc, from my unit and how they can't sleep and I keep their baby up at night. However, I'm hardly at home due to business trips and when I am home I'm relaxing and not jumping up and down, stomping around, or having loud parties. I understand if they're upset if there's constant loud music in the middle of the night or abnormally loud noises all the time (which I don't do), but complaining about hearing regular footsteps and drawers closing is a ridiculous complaint. You're basically saying that you're upset that people are just living their lives above you. It's not my fault that the building's infrastructure between floors is not completely sound proof here. I'm not paying rent to tip toe around my apartment just so the people living below can live comfortably. I hear EVERYTHING that's happening in their apartment below me too, but you don't see me complaining to them. I hear the people above me all the time as well and sometimes my room shakes if they are jumping or dropped something, but it doesn't bother me because I'm used to it. This is apartment life. So if you're not used to living in apartments and sound is an issue for you, make sure you look into that before choosing to move in here. If you have the budget, get a house or condo. If not, there are other apartment complexes out there that are built better where the sounds are more muffled, so I suggest you find those or else you'll be writing reviews on here like the others complaining about how you suffer from insomnia from the noises ;-) I'm giving them 4 stars because food/furniture deliveries are not convenient as I have to meet them at the leasing office instead of them being able to come straight to my front door, the parking design is not great with all the tight corners, and lots of dog poo and water bugs everywhere inside the community grounds. If you want to get robbed of your money, rent at Centerpointe. I rarely write reviews, but after what my family has been through with Centerpointe, I feel obligated to warn anyone considering renting here. My wife and I were tenants for nearly eight years. When it came time to move out, we gave proper notice, requested the move-out inspection they required, and had their own maintenance team walk through the unit. The inspection went fine. Their team acknowledged that certain items would need to be replaced given the length of our tenancy - normal wear and tear after eight years. No mention of excessive paint. No mention of additional maintenance concerns. We left feeling like the process had been handled correctly. Then the invoices started changing. We received what was labeled a "Final Statement." A week or so later, when we went to pay it, the total had increased by more than 50% - with no notice, no call, no explanation. We had to log into the portal ourselves to discover the number had quietly gone up. When we contacted the office, we were told additional maintenance had been added after the fact. Items that were never raised during the inspection we specifically requested for this purpose. The items in question - two coats of paint were needed instead of one. After months of back-and-forth, Centerpointe acknowledged in writing that they had made an "honest mistake." And then refused to correct it. Eventually, they stopped responding to emails entirely and sent the balance to a collections agency - which then reported it to my wife's credit bureau before she had even received her first written notice from them. Let that sink in: they admitted the mistake in writing, refused to fix it, went silent, and then sent it to collections. For context on the kind of company this is - Centerpointe had no issue raising rent by up to 10% annually, even in the midst of Covid, when the complex was nowhere near full occupancy and residents weren't allowed to access any shared spaces. A corporation generating far more revenue per month from us alone than the disputed balance they refused to correct, for tenants of nearly eight years, could not extend even the most basic professional courtesy of honoring their own admission of error. If you are considering renting here, understand that your loyalty means nothing the moment you become inconvenient to them. Eight years. This is what it's worth to Centerpointe. read more

Their maintenance team and management are extremely unprofessional! This is the second maintenance request and the same situation. I created a maintenance request a couple of days ago. In their email response, they stated that a technician would arrive within a 2-hour window, from 2pm to 4pm. At 3:30pm, I tried to contact the leasing office just to remind them about the request, but nobody answered. (Why I need to remind them?!) For the next 30 minutes, I tried calling the office 6 times, and still, nobody answered. Luckily, on my 7th phone call at 4pm, they finally answered and said they would contact the technician. The technician arrived at 4:30pm!! So I spent 2.5 hours just waiting for them, and they only came after I reminded them. The reason we requested maintenance was that our toilet was extremely noisy and leaking. My wife is 9 months pregnant and she uses the bathroom 6 times during the night and because the toilet is so loud it wakes everybody up every time she uses it. The technician said it had nothing to do with that. He replaced the fill valve and flush valve, but nothing changed. When I asked him why the noise didn't stop, he said it's normal and should be like that. So I went to Home Depot, spent $27, watched the instructions, and replaced it myself. Now it's QUIET!! Our dishwasher was leaking, and all the dishes were still dirty after a full cycle. After the wash, the detergent was still there. The technician wiped it off, put in more detergent, and turned it on again. He waited another 15 minutes and said everything was fixed, but he didn't do anything. He just opened and closed the door of the dishwasher and turned it on and off. When I asked him what he changed or replaced, he couldn't answer and just told me to put fewer dishes on the lower level. I said it wouldn't help, but he insisted he fixed everything and stopped listening. We tried to use our dishwasher again and nothing was fixed!! When I started telling him that he didn't fix anything, he just closed the door in my face. The maintenance team thinks people are completely stupid and will believe everything they say. When you pay $3800/month for a 2 bedroom you should get a completely diferrent service. I am completely dissatisfied with the apartment, management, and maintenance team. read more
