Quick easy fix that would have taken other places months to finish. Recommend it to every one.read more

Hi Roman, I'm going…read moreto respectfully disagree with your response because we never even got to the point of sitting down to complete paperwork or process payment. The reason the deal stopped was because the vehicle developed multiple serious issues during my test drives. On the first and second test drive, the vehicle triggered: * Check engine light * Battery charging malfunction warning * Engine overheating warning * Limp mode, limiting the car to under 1,500 RPM After returning to the dealership, I personally inspected the vehicle and found the main pulley had failed/separated. What concerns me is that the vehicle was advertised across multiple sites as being "fully inspected & serviced by our state-of-the-art top-rated service department." Based on the condition the vehicle presented in during my visit, I do not feel that statement reflected my experience. If I wasn't serious about purchasing the vehicle, I would not have: * Sent a $1,000 deposit * Booked a flight from Southern California to Sacramento * Planned to drive the vehicle 7-8 hours home At no point was I unwilling to buy the vehicle due to paperwork. The transaction never progressed that far because the focus became the vehicle's mechanical condition and drivability concerns. My review was based entirely on my actual experience at the dealership. I also have photos and videos documenting the warning messages and condition of the vehicle during the test drives. I wish you and your team the best moving forward.

There were several aspects of the visit that I appreciated:…read more* The facility was clean, and refreshments and donuts were provided * The undercarriage inspection video was helpful and informative * The cashier kindly allowed me to borrow a charging cord for my phone * My Service Advisor, Matt, was informative and did a great job explaining the available service options to help me decide which services to select for my vehicle However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall service experience and wait time. I scheduled my service appointment for 9:00 AM, but my Service Advisor, Matt, did not meet with me until approximately 9:45 AM. While he was very helpful during our discussion, I was quoted about an hour (possibly a little longer) for the completion of the service. By 11:30 AM, my vehicle was still not finished, and I had to ask the cashier to follow up with Matt for an updated ETA because he was assisting another customer. At approximately 12:00 PM, Matt apologized and explained that there was only one technician handling oil changes that day. He then advised me the vehicle would be ready in another 15 minutes; however, the service was not completed until around 12:30 PM. In total, I spent approximately 3.5 hours at the service center for a Service A appointment, which I find completely unacceptable, especially given the originally quoted timeframe. I understand unexpected delays can happen, but better communication and time management would have greatly improved the experience.

Worst dealership ever. Sold me a lemon, wouldn't even let me test drive before I bought the car…read more Like everyone else here says, it took almost a year to get my paper work and registration and every time I called they said they sent it and I never got it. They sold me a C300 2019, wouldn't offer a warranty even though I offered to pay for it. The car is on pace for $16,000 worth of work in just a year of me owning it. No maintenance was ever done to this car and they sold it without telling me how much it needed, which is probably why they wouldn't let me test drive. So far: All Shocks and struts need to be replaced. Plus a broken transfer case. $4,000 worth of work that I haven't done yet. Now I just had to replace spark plugs coil overs and an oil pump valve. That cost me $8500 3 days after I picked it up it now needs a transmission valve replaced which is costing $1800, they also said if that doesn't work I'll have to replace the transmission that cost $6,000. Also brakes and Rotors are gone which is gonna cost me another $1400. They sold me a car for $16,000 which turned out to be 21,000 after I got to the finance office, I am about to be $16,000 in repairs on a car I owe $18,000 on and have only owned it a year... Please avoid this place at all costs. If you live in Sacramento, drive up to El dorado hills, you may have better luck. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!!!

I purchased my SUV from Mirage Auto Sales April 2019 for $10k ($13k after taxes & warranty). Since…read morethen I have spent almost $5k in repairs, the most recent being the water & auxiliary pumps and sensor all having to be replaced. Even though the pumps were supposed to be covered under the warranty, I still had to come out the pocket almost $900. While the mechanic had my engine taken apart, he inspected it and told me that the engine is so badly corroded (see pic)....that he didn't think I would get any longer than 6 months out of the car and I shouldn't drive long distances with it. I haven't even gotten 2 full years out this car yet and still owe $10k!?!? Long story short.....BEWARE of the vehicle you buy from here. Most of the cars are older, have high miles and are cars that certified dealers would not sell themselves. Do your research...ask for the Car Fax, have car checked with a mechanic and/or compare Kelly Blue book, before buying. It's worth the extra few thousand dollars to buy from a certified dealership, because you could be spending that extra thousands of dollars in repairs anyways, on a car from here. Don't end up in my situation!!!
