Allen is a hard worker and does all he can to solve problems and does great work. Now they sell furniture hand made by a craftsman. He has a lot of cool tables and desks. Allen is fantastic. He helped me figure out complicated windows for my house 6 years ago, quickly fixed my windshield after my son's friend climbed on my car and just quickly replaced my car window after someone smashed it in last night. We are leaving out of town tomorrow morning early for the holiday and we are driving. He quickly order the parts and made the repair happen today while I waited. He is hardworking and intelligent. I love this place. Last night when I came out from dinner and saw my window was smashed I didn't even get worried because I knew exactly who to call. I picked up my phone and called Save On Glass and Alan answered even though it was after hours and quickly order the parts to replace my smashed window. I love this place. However the speed of service, peace-of-mind and lessons learned were well worth the money spent and I do want to recognize the business. We have this heavy, aluminum/tempered glass sliding door to our patio. Its not used frequently, but on the hottest week of the year (so far) the wife opened it and did some cleaning. Neither she nor I could close it back all the way. There seemed to be some metal piece wedged at the end of the top rail, preventing the door from being flush. Huh? I never noticed that piece before and did temperature extremes and earthquakes over the years cause my door to change in height or mis-align so it doesn't close anymore? Why now during unhealthy air day? Affordable Glass was the one business we called that offered to come out and do the repair, and on a same day appointment. They were transparent in explaining that the cost can vary up to several hundreds of dollars if the rails had to be replaced. Several other places I tried never returned my call, and one nearby company only offers repairs for doors that they install or sell. Masoud showed up and diagnosed the problem. With a flat-head screwdriver, rubber mallet, and step ladder he pried away the metal piece, repositioned it behind the door along the top rail, and cleaned up and lubricated the bottom rail. Done and now the door slides perfectly and shuts close now. Somehow the door alignment changed so it "dragged" the metal piece from one end to the other end, creating a temporary door stop. Totally unexpected but now we know what to do next time. I wanted to recognize Affordable Glass for promptly offering to take up my small repair job and for same-day service!

Will - replaced 2 windows for me in my top floor condo.  The picture window in the back wall is…read morevery large and on the 3rd floor, requiring scaffolding.  While the big window was out he found and repaired some water damage inside the back wall of the building.  Great job.  He communicated with me on every step.  He was there every day on time.  He cleaned up inside and out each evening.  He stored his tools out of the way so no one in the HOA complained.  He knew how to work with the old lath & plaster walls, and even matched the different paint colors of the interior and exterior walls, so you'd never guess it was a replacement window.   The smaller window was a 120-year-old property line window with significant dry rot.  3 other contractors weren't interested in working on it.  He had to take the old sash and glass out covering the hole with plywood.  He took the old sash to be duplicated exactly, so it fit perfectly when he put it back in place.  He painted both the interior and exterior, he even replaced the old hardware. He was there to supervise when the scaffolding team arrived and again when they took it away, making sure that everything was cleaned up, un-damaged, and locked-up when they left.  I have already recommended him to a neighbor.

Rob got in touch and said he could board it up before dark and quoted a reasonable price. It seemed too good to be true, but it wasn't.
