Parkway was recommended by a family friend who goes there for all of their card repairs. They were pretty busy and it shows just how trusted they are by the customers who bring their vehicles back for all services. I was given an appointment for the following Tuesday. They allowed me to drop off my car the night before because I had to work early the next morning. While at work on Tuesday, they called me around noon and told me I only needed a fan an it ended up only costing $600 instead. They had my car fixed by the time I got off work, I paid over the phone and was able to get a ride to pick it up before they closed. Mr. Oral and his wife saved me a lot of money and were kind and honest. I definitely planning to come back for my regular oil changes.

I went to Reliable for 6 years - and was always happy until my past couple of visits. They kept my…read morecar for FOUR HOURS for an oil change and did not tell me that a tech had been injured, causing the delay. when I called at hour 2. If you would've told me that someone was hurt, I would've taken it back the next day. But that option was not provided and then I was made to feel bad about it when I complained that the appointment took so long. They also misdiagnosed a problem with vibration in my vehicle. I ended up replacing the front struts, which probably would've needed it down the road, but it was not urgent or the cause of my problem. They also quoted over $500 more than any local shops for the struts. They were even more expensive than mitis! And they wanted a down payment as a deposit for the work. I've never seen this before. Not just here but anywhere! The kicker is that it was not the struts at all, instead there was a driveshaft problem that they should've seen because I asked them to look at the alignment, steering, and rear differential. They also missed the fact that a rear strut was leaking during that same check (which should've been obvious if they were actually checking the rear differential fluid). When I called to ask why the service was so inconsistent with the actual issue, and to see if they would issue me a refund based on the extra work I had done because of them, I was hung up on. I'm not sure what's going on with the manager but she used to be a very nice person. Not lately. Don't get me wrong, are used to rave about this place. I even took down a five star review in which I joked that I hope they did not get too popular because I liked getting good appointment times. I wish this place was good. They were good for a long time. Not anymore. Watch yourself. Who asks for a deposit especially from a long term customer - over six years I've been going there and always trusted their suggestions and prices. Maybe COVID has affected the way they do business.

If I had questions about the process, he'd break it down for me. He was also super easy to work with- my schedule can be hectic! It was great knowing that he was upfront about what fixes were pertinent in keeping my car moving and what fixes weren't as dire. My vehicle was in and out in a day and most importantly, it was affordable! The area is a bit sketchy (next to Chaps Pit Beef), but you're not there for the looks. You're there for the great service. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!
